early this Week i was on eBay.com & I Bought an Apple iPad Mini 16GB WiFi Only Tablet & it's Brand New they never used it, very tiny only 1 time it was used they said to me so i bought it for $240 so i have it & everything, i have only 1 problem it does not want to Charge with other Apple Cables, only this piticular 1, Why is that???
I Have like so many Cables & they all don't want to work, they won't charge & Sync The Apple iPad 16GB I Have, what kind of Cable i need??? is there a piticular 1???
when I Try to Charge & Sync My Apple iPad 16GB Using another Cable to My Apple iMac Computer it said it did not want to charge but when i put it in with the Wire it had in the Box it worked
I Usally buy all My Apple Cables on eBay cause it's Cheaper there, maybe i need to buy an Apple Cable from the Regular Apple Store???

buying such a thing from ebay isn't the best idea, but you got it, so I have a question for you:
Do you know if the seller reset the iPad? Which is what they would need to do before selling so it won't be associated with their Apple ID and you can associate it with yours.

PS: maybe you've been lucky until now, but I don't trust 90% of ebay sellers and you maybe don't remember several years ago when I helped you return something and the seller was forced to refund the money (can't remember what is was, but it was a fake).

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

I have been unable to download a free upgrade for the Adobe Flash on my new Apple Ipad? Do I need to download through Cloud or just download as an upgrade on my Ipad? Flash does not exist for iPad. Apples decision. any games or whatever must be downloaded as apps, which of course can be based on Adobe AIR/ Flash packager, but they must be self-contained apps, regardless.

#1. Understand that if you switch carriers, you can NOT take your existing iPhone with you. It won't work. You will need to purchase a new one.
#2. Your only choices are Sprint and Verizon. Decide who has the better coverage in your area. Keep in mind that you will NOT be able to get simultaneous voice and 3G data on either of these, as their CDMA networks do not support it. The U.S. T-Mobile network is not supported and is not fully compatible with the iPhone as it operates on a rarely used frequency compared to the rest of the world.
#3. What in the world are "niners"? Do you mean you want to be able to keep your existing "phone numbers"? If so, that should be no problem. Most numbers in the US are now portable.
#4. Consider WHY you want to switch. If the issue is really price, you're not going to see much of a difference. A few dollars a month at best for comparable voice and data plans.

Alright, I found the issue. This is how I have resolved my issue. I hope it will help you.
1. This issue could happen, if your apple TV doesnt have internet, connectivity to iTunes servers, or you haven't logged in to iTunes account in your apple TV
2. Test the network on apple tv - General - settings - network - test network, Try to aviod using wifi use LAN cable, since we are trying to fix the issue.
3. Set your exact location manually - Which city you are in from settings-General - Time Zone- choose your City currently you are in.
4. Login to iTunes account - settings- iTunes Store- set your default store - for example I am in Mongolia but using my New Zealand account on Apple TV, in our case my Apple TV iTunes account location is New Zeland.
5. If you are facing any issues to login to your iTunes account, That explains you have an issue with connectivity back to iTune servers, or sometimes it could be apple iTune servers may have problems. To verify which is one is the problem login to your itunes on your laptop or desktop for testing purposes, make sure you are using the same internet connection as your home apple TV is using.
6. if you are able to login you should able to see all the available channels and full list on Apple TV.

Your courier company had custody of it, they are responsible for it.
there may be a record of its serial number somewhere, but as KP said, it can't be tracked that way.
Replacing your iPad will be the responsibility of the courier so you need to look into their policies and work with them.

I have a WiFi only iPad1. I use a Verizon MIFI 2200 hotspot device that is about the size of a larger, thicker credit card. It easily fits into a shirt pocket. It does not connect to the iPad by any cable whatsoever. It is a free standing device. You can connect up to five devices at a time with the 2200. However, like any cell phone, 3G, wireless connection like this, in some areas the reception/connection is great - in other places - not so much. Sort of the anti - "can you hear me now?"

The pictures all transfered to my ipad in one very large folder (My Pictures) on the ipad2 instead of the multipule folders that were on my pc. Do I have to re sort all of them into folders on the ipad2 or is it possible to sync the seperate folders to the ipad2?

Create main folder e.g. Folder A, then sub-folders inside A e.g. B, C, D and have your Photos in B, C, D.
In iTunes Sync, click your device on the left Pane, then on right pane select "Photo" tab.
Make sure Sync photo box is checked, then select folder A, then All folders box within the selection.
Click Apply or Sync button at the lower right window.
you will have B,C,D folders under Albums.

No you don't need a service plan to use wifi. Take special precautions to make sure the seller is the owner. Be sure all their information has been removed properly. If it were me I wouldn't give the person the money until the iPad is registered in my name. I've read too many horror stories of people buying iPads they'll never be able to use because someone else's ID was still on it.
