Hi,
Can any body explain me exactly in which situation we use party in integration directory, if possible send me one scenario with screenshots which uses party in integration directory.

This is B2B scenario where your data is coming from different customers located at different countries.
Usually for B2B scenario where you are receiving file in EDIFACT foramt which XI could not understand so we are using the third party adapters like AS2,XI400,OFTPS provided by seeburger, we need to install the seeburger package on XI and use the seeburger mapping program in the adapter module tab for converting the EDIFACT file to XML and XML file to EDIFACT format.
Refer below help regarding the seeburger adapters and configuration if you wanted to really understand:
Seeburger adapters like OFTPS,AS2,X400 are used for B2B scenario where the file is coming through WAn network or mailbox. As XI dont have capability to convert the EDIFACT format file to XML the same work will be done by seeburger adapters.
The SEEBURGER Business Integration Converter (BIC) is an any-to-any format converter, used to translate EDI data and legacy data formats into XML and vice versa. It can also be used for complex, high performance XML-to-XML mappings or to interface to existing JDBC data sources.
Supported EDI formats include:
ANSI
EDIFACT
INHOUSE
IDOC
XML Schema
XML DTD
CSV
Delimited Data
positional data
SWIFT
EANCOM
and many more.
See for converting the EDI XML to EDI and XML-EDI you need to have a seeburger mapping program at the adapter module which does the conversion. For this module you need a BIC tool of seeburger which provides the different module program for EDI to XML and XML-EDI. This program needs to be deployed on XI and through adapter it has to be called for conversion.

PARTY and ACCOUNT
A party becomes a customer when an account is created for it. The party by itself does not enter into any transaction.
An account for the party is created when the party (Organization or person) wants to perform a transaction (buy or sell).
A party is merely an underlying entity in the TCA repository. A single party can have multiple accounts but the converse is not true. So if the implementing organization feels that if any organization/person is a prospective customer or a future customer, then they can create a party of this entity.
In future when they become actual customers then we can go ahead and create an account for that party.
TCA maintains party to have one-source of truth for all your customers. It therefore has its own mechanisms to avoid duplicate parties. The underlying idea is to have a single source of truth of all your customers.
eg. 'John' could be an organization contact for the purchasing department of ABC Corporation. At the same time, John could be your customer personally. In which case, we maintain different accounts for 'John' but TCA identifies John by a single party.

Using iTunes to manage a song queue at a party?

All,
I guess I am coming late to party on the feature called iTunes DJ, which was killed off with the release of iTunes 11, but I am seeking a solution to the capability of allowing my guests to crowd source a song queue at my parties.
One I have already researched is Party DJ, which seems like a reasonable solution for iOS, but not a MAC OS based iTunes library. Party DJ only offered songs to be played that were actually downloaded on my host iPhone or iPad. My music library is too large for download to any iOS based device, and the app doesn't seem to present songs that are part of iTunes match (these are visible on the host iPhone/iPad, but not guest iPhone/iPads). Party DJ also allows anyone's iPhone to take control of playing music (as the source), but music on a guest's iPhone cannot be added to the host queue, it must me connected as the source (taking over the airport express). If I'm wrong about Party DJ, please let me know, but in my playing around with it that's about how far I got.
Any suggestions are much appreciated?
What I would ideally like to do this the following, and if any iTune's or Apple aficionado's out there can dream up a solution that would be appreciated?
1. I have Airport Express and Apple TV, as well as property wide WiFi. The Airport express is connected to a multi-channel property wide stereo amplifier.
2. I would ideally like to make my entire music library visible to any guest with an iPhone (supporting android would be great as well).
3. Allowing guests to add songs from my library to the central queue is the minimum requirement, but allowing them to also add from their personal iPhone libraries to the central queue would be the next most important feature.
4. Voting on songs to prioritize playback is great but not critical.
The ideal solution would be an app that allows this, but I'm willing to consider other ideas like having a central server, web interface, or using a host of my own iPads that people can share for this purpose. (Use them like coffee table controls to add songs to a central play-list was one thought I had to work around.

No, unlike WMP, iTunes won't scan your folders for music automatically.
WMP and iTunes have slightly different organisational schemes. In particular iTunes limits file & folder names to 40 characters and they treat characters that are not valid for filenames differently. As long as each media player can find your files it shouldn't really matter.
I meant to recommend that you read the whole thread preceding my post for background. Rather than point the *iTunes Media* folder up to *My Music* my suggestion is that it is better to move all music down into *My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music* and have the iTunes Media folder in preferences pointed at *My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media*. A particular advantage of this layout is that it makes your library self-contained (good for backing up) and portable (good for moving to different path/drive).
Again I recommend that you let iTunes organize everything as WMP will catch up. The converse is not true. If you move files around by hand iTunes will lose track of them. If have very definite ideas about how your media should be laid out I do have a script that I use for this but you would need to be able to customize it to fit your requirements.
If you're happy to start over, simply select everything in Music and delete it, confirm that you want to remove the files from iTunes, but that you want to keep the files. A safer bet might be to close iTunes and rename the file *iTunes Library.itl* as *iTunes Library (OLD).itl* and then start iTunes. It should create a blank library for you to start over with. Before starting iTunes move all the music folders from *My Music* down to *My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music*.

Hi,
The error XML Not well formed means that the XML that you've used as a test in message mapping does not conform to XML coding standards.
What you can do is to find a sample XML in SXI_MONITOR then right-click on the lower-right pane then click view source. Copy the all the values using ctrl+a and ctrl+c. Then under test tab in message mapping, click the src or source text view and paste the payload there (overwrite the empty one). Then you can test the mapping for transformation.

How To Select All Songs In An Album To Play Them?

How can I easily select all songs in one album to play them?
Now I have to click the checkbox for each individual song. Surely, there is a shortcut for this??? I keep the library sorted by album. And, no, I am not going to do playlists.
And, by the way, why isn't there a detailed manual showing how to use the product?

I close the browser so I can see the list of tracks and albums in the library. With the browser open and one album selected (to play it), it is the only album visible in the library. I found no way to "navigate away from the window with the browser" - the browser is the only view of the library available at that point. I am not using playlists at all (except for syncing with my iPhone and occasionally to burn a CD) so, no, I am not navigating to a different (or any) playlist.
Aha. That's easy enough to fix: create a playlist (called "Editing" or something) containing all of your music. (You could make it a smart playlist, using the rule "Date added is after 1/1/1900"). Then, while leaving the Browser open in your main library window, you can navigate to your Editing playlist to do all your editing. Then your album will remain selected, and keep playing, in the main library.
iTunes's functionality is dependent on playlists. There are solutions to the problems you are having, but trying to solve problems without using any playlists is like asking for help with organizing things on the Desktop without wanting to use folders.
Here's another solution: Leave everything checked, as I said above. Create an empty playlist, and tell Party Shuffle to use that empty playlist as its source. Then, if you highlight tracks, control-click them, and choose "Play next in Party Shuffle," Party Shuffle will add those tracks and play only them, then stop (because it will try to draw the next track from the empty playlist, and not find anything). I just tested this; it works fine.
Sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about. After messing around for 20 minutes or more, trying the iTunes (pitiful) help, and finding nothing usable about "Party Shuffle" (the so called help describes things I was unable to locate -- no Party Shuffle playlist, no source pop-up menu, etc.), I quit.
Step-by-step:
1) In Preferences > General, make sure the "Party Shuffle" checkbox is checked in the "Show:" options.
2) Close Preferences, then select the Party Shuffle icon in the Playlists column on the left of your iTunes window. It's probably populated with random songs from your library at this point.
3) Create a new playlist (command-N), but don't add any songs to it. Name it "Empty" or something similar.
4) In the Party Shuffle playlist, in the lower left-hand corner, there is a drop-down menu labeled "Source". Select your Empty playlist from that menu. (iTunes will probably warn you that the playlist you selected is empty.) Note that the Party Shuffle playlist depopulates, because it is drawing its music from an empty playlist.
5) Return to your library, highlight an album (or any group of songs), and control-click any of the tracks. Select "Play next in Party Shuffle" from the contextual menu that appears.
Party shuffle will play the tracks you selected. When it gets to the end of the selection, it will try to draw a random track from the Empty playlist, and fail, and stop playing. You can then continue to edit song information in your library, or navigate to the Party Shuffle playlist if you want see what's playing and look at the album art that's being played.
This solution does exactly what you asked for.

Shuffle, Grouping, and Classical Music

Okay, I've been struggling with advanced shuffles in iTunes. Here's the dilemma... most classical music has several movements.
This becomes troublesome when I try to shuffle my music. I'll often listen to iTunes for 6 hours running, and would like it to randomly pick music. However, I would also like it to pick the movements of my classical music in order.
I've successfully shuffled by album with my U2 collection, however I can't seem to shuffle by grouping with my classical collection. I assume this is because some tracks in a single grouping have different albums, but why would iTunes do this?
Example of desired behavior:
-randomly select Beethoven's 5th.
-play movements 1-4 of Beethoven's 5th in order
-randomly select something else, say Mozart's 21st Piano Concerto.
-play movements 1-3 of Mozart's 21st PC in order
-randomly select something else.
Now, is there a way to do this in iTunes? How about Party Shuffle? I use this feature all the time, and would love to use it for classical, too. And are there any ways to do shuffle like this on an iPod I'm considering for purchase?

Do you have the cds of the music?
If so, reimport the cd. Before importing, select the track which you want grouped together. I.e: 5-8. Select track 5, hold down the shift key and arrow down to track 8. Then, go to the advanced menu at the top of the menu bar and select "join cd tracks." Now import. This creates one long track including tracks 5-8.

If this is already imported music, and you don't want to reimport it, there are applications that will let you join already imported music. It will not join protected AAC files. You would have to burn those to a disc and reimport.
iTunes Join 3 is one. It cost $10.00. Note: I haven't used it myself.

"Enhanced" Web Service

I need some help concerning a topic called "enhanced web service" in some publications (eg. [http://www.sap-press.de/download/dateien/2221/sappress_netweaver_process_integration.pdf] ). What is meant by this term is a web service communication via an integration server. In the linked publication the following steps to define an enhanced Web service are listed:
1. To be able to generate a WSDL description for the caller, you need
a service interface. This can be either an outbound or an inbound
service interface. The service interface isnu2019t necessarily required for
further configuration because it describes only the signature for the
caller.
2. In the Integration Builder for configuration, follow the menu path
Tools u2022 Display WSDL. You create a WSDL description by entering
the following details in the wizard:
a) The address of the Integration Server or another Web server that is
supposed to receive the Web service call.
b) The service interface from the first step to publish the call signature
via the WSDL document.
c) Details about the sender of the SOAP message (party, service, and
outbound interface). When the Integration Server receives the
SOAP message, it needs these details to evaluate the configuration
data. You enter the information about the sender in logical routing
or operation mapping and in the collaboration agreements.
3. The caller can use the generated WSDL description to generate a
consumer proxy and then send the SOAP message to the Integration
Server by using the Web service runtime. You configure the receiver
for the SOAP message on the Integration Server.

I got my iPhone stolen at a party, the next day my friend gave me back my iPhone 4s and he said that it was jailbroken. Now it will not turn on. When i plug it in to a charger, the apple logo appears for about ten second, then connect to iTunes stays on.

Hello, i have a question on my iphone 4s. I went to a party a few days ago and it had gotten stolen. The next day my friend said that he had found it and it was jaibroken? The phone was on 1 % when i had recieved it. It then died and i plugged it in to the charger. When i plugged it in the apple logo appeared as if it was starting but, it wasnt. The apple logo appeared for about ten seconds and then the screen went black. After that, the connect to itunes screen popped up and will not go away. So now when i take it off of the charger the screen just stays black and wont turn on? I tried connecting it to itunes and restoring it. But it wont even show my phone any more on the side of itunes. I tried restoring it and an error had occured (2001). I have looked up on youtube how to fix this problem and non of them have helped or worked. Its my only phone and i cant even text my girlfriend which bothers me terribly!! Please help me ASAP!!

Question about: Auto PO generation for third party sales order

In Sales Item category we have a check box called generate auto po. By reading the help i came to know that it generates PO and/or Purchase Requisition automatically on saving the Sales Order. It is also said that we need to make some ALV setting. Can any one lead me how to configure the setting,so that i can be successful in knowing about Third party Orders.

It is talking about ALE- Application Link Enabling - not ALV. That is if you have distributed applications and use ALE to communicate between them. I don't think you need to do anything else. Just go ahead and test it. And if your MM Purchasing master data is set up correctly, you should be able to see the message about PO creation when the sales order is saved.

Doubt about third party process

Recently i joined in a company...so here we implement third party process.. My colleague has implemented third party process.
here he has done...va01...me21n...migo...miro and vfo1......but when i take coaching they dint say about migo in third party...so
friends please help me..what is the relevance of migo here...we are not receiving any goods from vendor...so whats the use...

MIGO - goods recipt, MIRO - invoice verification.
Third party process sales order > PR > P.O > MIRO > Invoice (delivery done by vendor to customer)
Individual purchase order (IPO) sales order > PR > P.O > MIGO > MIRO > Invoice (delivery done by vendor to company n then to customer).
You are right concept wise. Ask ur friend or team leader and try to have a discussion on business process.
Also check the Item category group is BANS (Material master), Item category TAS (Sales order) for third party .
If it is showing BANC, TAB. It is IPO as mentioned above and u have been disguised with business process explanation from your friend/ seniors or they din't understand the process.
You can discuss n debate , also raise a point of reducing the master data by eliminating migo transaction in third party.
This is what been taught to us too.

Confusion about third-party-libraries in different versions in CE 71.

After some research on the use of different versions of third-party-libraries in SAP netweaver CE 7.1, I am actually quite confused and would be happy if someone could shed a light on that subject....
1. Is there a way to tell netweaver CE 7.1 to use a library in my WEB-INFlib-folder by simple configuration?
E.g. we would like to use a third-party-lib in a newer version than the one which is loaded by CE 7.1. Many application server provide a simple configuration option (e.g inside META-INFapplication.xml) where the web as can be forced to use the library inside WEB-INFlib for this application.
2.Is the concept of "heavy loading" described in a blog by Georgi Danov(Using Hibernate in SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment) the answer to question 1.?
Does it also work for other third-party-libraries than hibernate? Does it work at all?
3. In the blog mentioned in question 2, Mr. Danov is talking about "shared libraries". Does this mean, that I have to forget everything about "bundled" and "standard" libraries explained in help.sap.com/CE, if I want to create a heavy loader?
He is referencing another blog (Applications and shared libraries) which is two years old? Can I still apply the information there to CE?
4. Are "Bundled libraries" applicable when using different versions of third-party-libraries in CE 7.1?
In "Working with libraries" (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce10/helpdata/en/44/f4e00e56ec0486e10000000a155369/frameset.htm) it says:
"Bundled libraries: These provide resources only to a single enterprise application, and are packed inside the application's EAR file."

Basically what you do is define a lib project in the studio and deploy it do the server. This may be less comfortable then just configuring manually, therefore it work better in larger environments because the server checks that libs are available in all running instances - which it could not do if you manipulate diretories manually (an approach you should never attempt in any SAP envrionment)

This was about anearly version of CE and even Georgi updated the blog this year to talk about slight differences. So yes, this still applies.

That depends... Your application uses it's own classloader which means it should only use your libs in case there is another version available on the server. But if you're trying to deploy a lib that is used by a service of the server (int that case loaded by the server not your classloader!) I'm not so sure.

You need the Studio. No way around that. [Edit:] Sorry, misunderstood you here: I thought you want to copy something into the deployed directory on the server! - Of course, any deployment method would do it and though copying binaries seems to be valid. However, I'm checking this currently with development in detail.

Can someone help me find the identifier so that I can add my plug-in's about menu item entry to it? Here is the code that I am currently using, and I understand that I would need to modify it slightly to add it to the submenu:

Use the Plugin Wizard to create it for you...
However, I see a MAJOR PROBLEM with the code that you posted.
You are using Adobe's developer extension ("ABDE:S4IXPAPExpressAnnotate") and NOT your own. You need to register your own extension and use that for your plugin(s).

About Third-party libraries..

Hello,
1) Is there any tutorial that shows how to use third-party jar files in our projects, step by step? I tried :
*Tools/Manage Libraries, then created new in "User" directory, Selected my jar files in class path then used Tools/Project Properties/Libraries/Add Library and selected the one that i added in previous step.
However when i type
import packagename.* it marks it as GRAY and does not do anything.. ?
2) If i add, does it encrypt and compress my third-party jar file in my Main jar file? Or do i need to make it read from external directory by my code?
If it does not ecrypt, how can i avoid people using the library that i used in my project when i give them my software?

Could it be that your JAR file you refer to in (1) contains your "library JAR" as a JAR file?
It looks like using a "Library File Group" in a "JAR Deployment Profile" includes the "library JARs" as JAR file in the new JAR file created by the profile. It is possible to add the contents of "library JARs" using a "Dependency Analysis File Group" in a "JAR Deployment Profile".

In JarStuffThread615655-v0.01.zip I have included two applications, "Thread615655MyToolApp" and "Thread615655MyClientApp" with in each one project (to avoid confusion about project dependencies).
The MyClient.jpr project has a "MyTool project library" configured, referring to "MyTool.jar".
So, you could try this scenario ...
(1) open Thread615655MyToolApp.jws in JDeveloper
(2) select "Deploy to JAR file" on MyToolDeploymentProfile.deploy
(3) open Thread615655MyClientApp.jws in JDeveloper
(4) select "Deploy to JAR file" on MyClientDeploymentProfile.deploy
(5) double-click the "MyClient\deploy\MyClient.jar", and see the "vSomeMyToolValue = some MyTool value" shown on the panel in the frame.
