Any body help me.thanx in advance

Hi buddy
Dont worry!
You will get everything for Win 7!
I installed Win 7 on my A210 and Win 7 recognized most devices.
I installed additionally the VAP (value added package) released for A300 Satellite and installed flash card support utility released for Sat L500. The flash card tool is important for FN buttons.
WLan, LAN and graphic card driver were recognized by Win 7 .
But you can also use the Win 7 automatic driver installation option in device manager choose the device and then choose driver update
The first option will allow you to search for driver updates automatically its nice option!

  • About the Reader 9.5.2 Update

    Hi Everybody:
    Yesterday, Adobe Reader successfully updated to 9.5.2 - CPSID_83708 as correctly shown on my "Add or remove programs" feature.
    However, the app still shows version 9.5.1 in the Help > About Adobe Reader 9... page, same as half of the plug-ins (whether loaded or not) shows version 9.5.1.283 instead of 9.5.2.295.
    Also, Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape "9.5.1.283" in Firefox 13 finds no updates for it, and interestingly, I just found a rare "PLUGINS" folder containing this plugin for Firefox but in the IE program folder?
    Is this a known issue or a problem my side?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Pat:
    Not all modules are necessarily rebuilt for a security update, so some modules may still remain on the previous version.
    I wouldn't have thought of that, being that it's a "quarterly" update.
    Can you check what version the following modules have:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.?\Reader\AcroRd32.dll
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.?\Reader\AcroRd32.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.?\Reader\Browser\nppdf32.dll
    You're correct: They still pointing to version 9.5.1.
    If main file AcroRd32.exe is still 9.5.1, I suppose the update (contrarily to what I previously thought) did not install successfully at all.
    As it was an automatic update process and being that the installer did not show any error message but a successful completition, plus the fact that new version 9.5.2 is listed in my Programs feature - so creating a false impression of a successful installation - I would think that can be classified as a "bug"...... What would you say?
    Could it be a factor that the update installed over 9.5.1 and not over its base 9.5.0? meaning that 9.5.1 should've been uninstalled first. This is to say that the automatic mechanism does not work properly for these updates. I don't know - just wondering!
    How to troubleshoot this now?
    In Reader X they all have been updated to 10.1.4.
    I was planning to upgrade to X in the near future (before 9.x EOL) but now I may do it earlier.
    Await your advices with interest. Thanks,

  • No "About Adobe Reader" tab... How to check for updates?

    How do we check the version of Adobe Reader installed on an Android 4.3+ device?  Especially, how do we check that all security patches have been installed? There is no (apparent) "About Adobe Reader" tab.

    Hi,
    There's "About Adobe Reader" page which tells you the App version. The page comes by "Select help tab", press the hardware Menu button (or select the action bar overflow button on top right) and then select "About Adobe Reader".
    For the various new features in Reader and other Help related stuff, you can go to the "Help" tab and find various options there.
    Please let us know if there are any issues.
    Thanks,

  • Please advice about fast reading/writing

    Hi All,
    I am building a custom system for Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4, I know this is not a PS forum but I think the hardware experts are here.
    The components I have already selected are:
    i7-3930k
    ASUS P9X79 PRO
    64GB RAM (GSKILL)
    WD Caviar Black 1TB
    Since I have enough RAM the scratch disk is not something to worry about, after reading this article about SSDs for PS:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-performance-photoshop-cs4-cs5.html#main_Solid _state_disks
    I think a SSD is useful only when starting the applications (having them in the SSD), which is not important for me (I do it twice or three times per day). What I would like to do (and is the matter of this post) is to open and save my large pictures (700MB to 1+ GB) as kickly as posibble, is the Caviar Black a good choice or should I consider a SSD? What about a WD velociraptor? Also, I would appreciate advice about other options.
    The last custom build I did was probably 8 years ago so I am not up to date with the hardware technology, I have learned a lot reading this great forum :-).
    Thank you,
    William Gonzales

    William,
    I use Photoshop CS5 and Bridge a lot and care particularly about how fast the PC can read since this dramatically impacts how fast you can process and rank lots of shots.
    Bottom line...
    Suggest in addition to whatever your boot drive is you configure a 2xRAID 0 7200rpm drive setup for your data. You have an extremely capable CPU and lots of RAM, so your disk speed is definitely a bottleneck.
    Another alternative, although more expensive and quite a bit smaller would be one of the latest, fastest SSDs that can finally deliver on the write side. (i.e. Samsung 840 Pro and its competitors). This would be a secondary drive to whatever you have for your boot drive.
    Another suggestion, is make sure you have a video card with good 2D speed. That is get one that can move lots of data; this spec. (Memory Bandwidth, often in GB/sec) is often buried since gaming and 3D features (cores, shading, memory size, etc.) are most important for most users. My video card, a GTX 480 has a memory bandwidth of 177.4 GB/sec, but probably any card with at least 80 GB/sec will probably work very well with your apps.

    Jim

  • C855-S5308 - SDCARD reader really slow?

    Hi,
    I have a C855-S5308, and I've installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on it.  I downloaded all the various drivers for this from Toshiba's website, including the one for the SDCARD reader, and everything shows up ok in Device manager.
    However, I've noted that the SDCARD reader seems to be very slow, much slower than an older Toshiba L series that I had before this, even with the same SDCARDs.
    I've tried setting the "Policies" for the SDCARD to "quick removal" and "better performance", but it's still slow.
    Has anyone noticed this problem?  Is there maybe a better driver than the one that Toshiba provides (I think it's the Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader" in Device Manager - Dated 7/28/2011)?
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Jim,
    How were you able to get your network hardware working? Where did you find the drivers?
    I recently downgraded from win8 to win7 and have been unable to establish any sort of network connection because my system won't recognize any networking hardware.
    I'm not sure which network adapter is installed in the machine... Intel, Realtek?
    Thanks,
    Kevin

  • Lenovo V570 SDcard reader not working

    I got my Lenovo last year Aug 2011, and now the SDCard reader is not working.
    How can I have it repaired?   I have purchased support for it, and bought in Las Vegas, USA, but now I am staying in Singapore.   When I purchased the laptop I have also confident it is an international warranty, as I am not a resident of US.
    Thanks.

    Computers sold in the USA *DO NOT* come with an international warranty.  Best Buy does not sell add-on international warranty.
    It wouuld probably be cheaper for you to buy and external USB SDcard reader.

  • What should i do about disk read errors

    Using MacBookPro (Mid 2010, 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB Hitachi drive, OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)). I use Carbon Copy Cloner as part of my backup strategy. Today it reported read error: /private/var/log/asl/2014.09.06.U0.G80.asl is on a bad section of the hard disk. 1) What is the file’s function & should I worry about recovering it? 2) Ran Disk Utility before & after Mavericks upgrade last week & after CCC report; DU reportd disk appears OK. 3) Suggestions?

    The log file itself isn't vital to anything.  Most logs can safely be removed (easily using MainMenu or similar tools).   Logs are really only handy in forensics of what may be going amiss with a system, an application, or tracking user behavior.  However, the deeper issue is why that sector went bad.   Drives age -- we all know that.  But if your drive is beginning to really show some issues, it's cheaper to go ahead and replace/retire it.  Yes, reformatting after a complete bootable backup via CCC or a complete TimeMachine run is an option.  Bad sectors will be noted and written around during the reformat.  But it could also be a sign of troubled waters ahead.

  • Bogus "Device Removal" Alert for SDcard Reader

    Using the same SDcards, same reader, same USB hub as I did before the 10.5.8 update, I now get a "Device Removal" alert after a period of time once an SDcard is inserted. It varies from just a minute or two to around an hour or more. When I click off the alert window the card remounts right away but the alert always comes back after a while.
    Something tells me a PRAM zap might fix it, but is anyone else seeing this with 10.5.8?

    More Info: After resetting PRAM and a reboot, still the same symptoms except this time, after the "Device Removal" message came up. the lights on the reader flashed for a while and then the following alert window appeared: "Disk Repair The disk "NO NAME" was not repairable by this computer. It is being made available to you with limited functionality. You must back up your data and reformat the disk as soon as possible." Never saw that one before. This alert finally went away by itself, another "Device Removal" alert appeared, and now it's continually mounting the card then showing the removal alert, every few minutes.

  • Information about database reads

    Hi gurus,
    i have a  small doubt about sapbasis related information
    1. what is the difference between logical reads and physical reads
    2. what is the difference between direct reads and sequential reads
    can u please tell me the answers what i mentioned above if u know

    A query result... is the output for a query... simple heeee...
    Basically a query is a question asked to the database, for example if you ask the database via an sql command to list all objects in a certain fields it will produce a list, that list is the query result or output.

  • A question about creating READ ONLY users.

    Dear all,
    I have a question about read only user accounts and I would appreciate if you could kindly give me a hand. I have a schema named SCHEMA1. Whenever I want to connect by using sqlplus I run the following:
    sqlplus user1/[email protected] SCHEMA1.WORLD is the entry in the tnsnames.ora referring to the schema SCHEMA1.
    I need to create a read only user who is able to SELECT all tables and views created by user1 on SCHEMA1 (this user will not modifiy anything at all. The user is used only for a person using SQL queries to read data). for several tables I write the grants explicitly, for example:
    CREATE USER user2 IDENTIFIED BY user2;
    GRANT CREATE SESSION to user2;
    GRANT SELECT ON S001_COR_ECLASS TO user2;
    GRANT SELECT ON REF_ECLASS511 TO user2;Is there anyway to do the same thing but for all the tables (because there are a lot of tables and views)? Besides, even with these granted permissions when the user connects with SQL Developer to the database, he is not able to view the list of tables/views in SQL Developer GUI. What causes this problem?
    Thanks in advance,
    Dariyoosh

    Hello Dariyoosh,
    he is not able to view the list of tables/views in SQL Developer GUIyou can either go to "Other Users" - user1 - tables. There you see every table you have permission to select.
    Or you can create a synonym in schema2 for each table in schema1 and set a filter on the tables node of user2 "Include synonyms".

  • About the read from http request, I think it is a bug in weblogic

    Hi guys,
    sorry for the previous post, I press the wrong button, I didn't finished yet.
    I have experienced a problem when I try to read from http request in a web application.
    the following is my code:
    InputStreamReader isr = new InputStreamReader(new URL("www.myhost.com").openStream(),"8859_1");
    BufferedReader bfr = new BufferedReader(isr);
    String request = "";
    while((request = bfr.readLine()) != null)
    stringGotFromServer += request;
    the problem is it always hang in there when BufferdReader reach the end.
    but in java specification, BufferedReader should reture null if reaching the
    end.
    Does anyone have any good idea for that?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    I think if you follow the instructions as given in the example you will not have any problems.
    here are the instructions below
    "This example code demonstrates one technique of handling test failures.
    If this step fails, a dialog will be displayed giving options to Break, Terminate, or Retry.
    The On Fail Post Action calls the HandleTestFailure sequence which is
    another sequence in this sequence file.
    The sequence file has the SequenceFilePreStep Callback overridden where
    the initial statue of Runstate.SequenceFailed is stored in a local variable. Create a local variable in your sequence called SequenceAlreadyFailed which is a boolen.
    To use this in your sequence file:
    1. Copy the HandleTestFailure sequence to your sequence file.
    2. For a step to use this, you
    must set the On Fail Post Action to call the
    HandleTestFailure sequence.
    3. Override the PreStepCallback.
    4. Copy the step from this example's PreStepCallback to yours.
    5. Copy the TestFailureDialog.* files to the same directory as your sequence file.

  • Need info about DataInputStream - read (byte[] ) method

    Hi all,
    I would like to know when does
    datainputStream.read(byte[] buffer) method return?
    Here dataInputStream is an object of type DataInputStream.
    Does the method return only after buffer.length bytes are read from the input stream? or Will it return after some bytes are read , even if the number of bytes read is less than buffer.length?
    I need this info because while developing a J2ME application and running it in an emulator , the above method seems to return even if some bytes are read.But when the application is transferred to a Mobile device, the method does not seem to return if some bytes are read, and seems to wait until buffer.length is reached.

    one more?
