About send mail through Outlook Express

I send mail through outlook . but system shows "your server has been terminate suddently. The possible reasons include servers error , NetWork error or long time among inactive status ." I promise the setting of POP3 and SMTP is right. Who can help me ? thank you.

I would start first with, do you know that the smtp setting for your server actually points to a Sun Java Enterprise Messaging Server?
what do you get on a command line when you do:
telnet <what you have for smtp> 25
?

How could i send mail through Microsoft outlook by using PL/SQL Program.Nonsensical question. MS Outlook is a mail client. A PL/SQL program is also a mail client.
Both these need to talk to a mail server. It does not make sense for one mail client to "+talk+" to another client for passing it e-mails that need to be send.
The mail client talks to a mail server using the SMTP ( Simple Mail Transfer Protocol ). There are also other protocols such as IMAP (open standard) and MAPI (Microsoft proprietary).
Oracle's PL/SQL environment by default supports SMTP via the UTL_SMTP, and UTL_MAIL packages - these provide the PL/SQL developer with an interface to use to send e-mails.
MS Outlook (client) does not feature anywhere in this regard, whereas MS Exchange as a mail server will (assuming it is being used on your network).

This should all be on one line. It might get truncated by mail servers.
The %20 gets translated to a space. You can leave the ?subject=etc.., and
you can even leave the email address. It's also possible to fill in the
message, but I never got it working (or forgot how to do it).

Problems in sending mailes through outlook proffesional pro 2013

I have the office profesional pro 2013
lately I can not send e. mailes I do not receive any error notification it seems that the problem is in the outlook

Hi,
What type of account are you using in Outlook? Exchange, IMAP or POP3?
Please try logging on your webmail(owa), check if your can send emails on Web.
Moreover, are the sent emails stuck in Outbox or in Sent Items?
I suggest you disable the firewall and anti-virus program to try again.
In case it's caused by a corrupted data file, please run Scanpst.exe to repair the data file(.pst or .ost):

You should also go to FILE tab -> Account Settings
-> Account Settings, double check if the smtp settings are correct in your account. You should contact your ISP to get the Account Settings.

Cannot send mail through Windows Live Mail with 3rd party email address

I know this problem has been thoroughly discussed, and I basically understand it. I must change my outgoing port to 587 on my two non-Verizon email accounts that I pull into Microsoft Mail along with my Verizon mail. One of the accounts is my web site email with Network Solutions, and one is an email address through Onebox.com.
When I used port 587, neither worked to send email through Outlook Express or Windows Mail. I called Onebox. and was told to use (for them) port 465, which did not work to send, either.
I have not called Network Solutions yet. I did call Verizon Support, however, and the support person tried to find the solution. Finally, he told me I need to call Onebox again (and Network Solutions).
I am just checking to see if there is something I missed that anyone knows of. I would really like to consolidate my mail on my computer...it will be complicated if I cannot.

Cannot send SMTP through Outlook

I cannot send mail through Outlook when I am connected to my WRVS4400N router. If I drop the router it sends fine so it's not my ISP. I can also telnet to the SMTP server. Any ideas??? I have gone back to factory defaults and still nothing. I am trying to use a godaddy relay on port 25. Someone please help.

Don't know if you resolved your issues yet , but I was having the same problem. Heres what I posted. I've been reading these forums for some help regarding not being able to send email from Outlook. I tried everything that was posted here and nothing resolved my issue. Router was configured correctly, latest firm-ware, tried disabling all of my firewalls, bypassing the router and connecting directly through my modem, changing router settings as suggested... nothing. I then deducted that because I still couldn't send emails just going through my modem, it wasn't at all a router or fire wall issue. I did some research on ISP's and port 25...the port for send/receive emails. Heres what I found out and the changes the cleared up all of my issues. Many ISP's are blocking port 25 due to being overloaded and not telling their customers...like ME! Port 25 is the ISP's front line for blocking spam. If port 25 is blocked, you cant receive or sometimes even send email. To find out if your port 25 is indeed blocked, go to this web page and let it run. It might take a few minuets but it's a free diagnostic port scan and will tell you which ports are blocked. http://digconsys.com/testdir/portscan.html If port 25 is blocked, there are a few others that you can use and they are easy to change. The other ports for email are port 587 and port 1025. Port 587 is the most common ISP's recognize and this one worked for me. To change your port in Outlook, and I ASSUME in Outlook Express, do the following. Open Outlook Go to "TOOLS", choose "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" and double click on your account(s)to open. Choose the "MORE SETTINGS" tab and then click the "ADVANCED" tab. Here, you will see the "OUTGOING SERVER(SMTP)" it will be set to port 25. Delete 25 and replace it with 587. Hit "OK" ad then click the "TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS". You should have successfully sent a test email to your self. If 587 didn't work, do it again and replace it with 1025. Port 587 works like a charm for me. I hope this helps some if not all of you out that are having the same issue as I was. I was ready to punt my laptop into the next state! Hi All,
I tried to send a mail to outlook from workflow by giving the email address in the step mail, but it was not working.
i am getting the workitem in the sap inbox so tried setting the automating forward which we can forward from the sap inbox to outlook.
Searched in SDN , but my issue was not solved..
Could you please help me out with this issue to get the mail from workflow to outlook inbox.

Can't send E-mails using Outlook Express on WRT300N

Hello, I searched through the forums to find problems similar to mine, but everyone had a different router than mine, plus none of the solutions worked for me.
I just purchaced and installed my router yesterday. Since the install, I have not been able to send e-mails using Outlook Express, but I do recieve e-mails. I am using the WRT300N Wireless-N Router.
Trying to get my local news service up and running, and right now, e-mail communication is vital........

Well of course, but the error message says socket error, which doesn't tell how to fix it. Even the Outlook Express help site doesn't give any suggestions to fix anything, other than "Your internet connection has failed," which is not the problem.
To the disable firewalls suggestion: I did try disabling my firewalls and all of my virus/ e-mail scan software just to check it out. The thing is, I don't see how my Windows XP Firewall, or anything I've been using could be a problem. Right now, because of the error all my sent e-mails are stuck in the outbox, when I disconnect my router and connect everything back up leaving the router out of the picture, the e-mails are sent out as normal. This problem only occurs with the router connected.
I also need to stream live audio, and I've heard it's a pain using a wireless router...
Thanks for the suggestions, hopefully someone will provide the winning suggestion so I don't have to call customer service!

Actually i checked the mail ID for WF-BATCH using su01 .But i didnt find any mail ID for WF-BATCH then i added the email address of the user.Then we tried sending mail it was successfull.
But later i removed the email address what i entered in WF-BATCH user .Even after removing the email address also iam able to send the mails through workflow.
So iam confused whether it needs an mail address or not.But now we are able to send a mail to outlook through work flow but not able to send mails to GMAILor yahoo.For that we need to do any settings.
ABAPer is sending mails through work flow.

Hi Poornima,
RSWUWFML is very old, you should use RSWUWFML2 at least but if you are on release Basis 6.40 or above you should use Extended Notifications. As mentioned in the other posts you need to restrict your selection criteria by task TSXXXXXXX. The task associated with the work items you want to send a notifcation about. You need to open the workflow definition and open the step in th definition that corresponds to the work item.
Another way would be to highlight one of the work items in the users inbox SBWP in the backend and click the "Details" button in the toolbar. You will see the task ID listed there.

Sender unspecified in outlook express

I just installed PSE 7 and as with some of the previous versions I am getting the "sender unspecified" in outlook express when I try to share pictures. I realize that an easy fix is to just press forward, but c'mon Adobe, can't you make this software work with outlook express. I tried the hotfix that is posted on the website and my computer says that I already have a newer version of the update and lets me go no further. So therefore, still no fix! Anybody have a suggestion on how to fix this problem or is it something you just have to live with. Thanks for your help.

Just spent hours trying to resolve this issue. After several days and out of the blue I ran across this information which I followed and it solved the "sender unspecified" issue with Adobe Photoshop 9.
"I have now discovered how to stop the auto analyzer running on startup - you have to run Premiere Elements, choose "Organize", choose "Organizer", choose "Edit > Preferences" and choose "Auto-Analyzer Options". There you can untick "Run Analyzer on Start Up" (and you might want to untick "Analyze All Media in Catalog Automatically". Then click "OK".
However, you are then confronted with a dialog box titled "Missing Sender E-mail Address" which reads "Please enter your E-mail address". Click OK, and you find yourself in a dialog labelled "Sharing" in which you are required to enter your name and your email address."
Thought I would copy this info and repost it as a reply to these enquiries. The problem drove me nuts and the above procedure quickly resolved the issue for me, although I did not have to do the part about "Missing Sender E-mail Address" etc. as after I did the first part I then tried to send a picture via Photoshop via Outlook Express and the email produced was correct with the appropriate sender name, send button etc.

Can't "send" mail in Outlook Web App

Firefox version 34 on Ubuntu Linux 12.04
Several users cannot "send" email using the Outlook Web App. I'm in the process of contacting Microsoft to see if the problem is on their end. The "send" button works fine in Chrome.
I've tried:
-Using the keyboard shortcut (Alt-S)
-Restarting firefox with addons disabled
-Changing the zoom level
-Tried in Private mode
-Tried using the popout window to compose and send
-Tried disabling the proxy (does not work with or without the proxy)
I've noticed that after creating a new message, no draft is saved. Cannot send with a new message or when replying.

Did you realize this is a forum for MacBook Pro's? Outlook is a Microsoft product that only runs on MS Windows. Perhaps you could provide more information such as:
I am running Windows XP, Vista, Win 7 under Boot Camp and am attempting to send mail using Outlook. I am running into the following problems........ and then tell more about how you have set up Outlook, what issues you are having and what troubleshooting steps you have taken.

Problem in sending mail through workflow

Hi All,
I am trying to create a workflow. I created a workflow and once document is made, this workflow trigerrs and i am able to get user decision to my user id. once if i click on approve, mail should be triggered to my mail id. but mail is not coming to my mail id. i checked in SOST transaction, <b>mail status set to Transmitted.</b>, and not as sent .
But i tested a sample test message from sbwp to my mail id and it is working fine. Only through workflow, sending message to outlook is not working. i checked my user in the system in SU01 transaction also, there also mail id is mentioned. what could be reason for not able to send mails through workflow.?
Its urgent.

Check that all the bindings have been done in proper way as it is configured.. Try to do the binding manualy..This could also be the problem..
