what is type of error

    Hi Experts,
    All messages in XI going to schedule status in SXMB_MONI. When i check in SMQ2 to release after some time the messages are going to "SYSFAIL (Time limit exceeded)" status.
    When i double click on the message in SXMB_MONI, the system is going to "Runtime Error (TIME_OUT)".
    Could anyone please help me how to fix this issue.

    I have gone through as you suggested still when i double click on message in SXMB_MONI...i am getting Runtime Error (TIME_OUT).

    What if the Queue is registered....do registered Queues not face this type of problem??

  • Synchronous Inbound ABAP Proxy - Manage status in SXMB_MONI

    Hi Gurus!!
    I have a synchronous SOAP->PI->ABAP Proxy. This ABAP Proxy sends a response to the Sender SOAP with the result of the process execution.
    If the execution finishes with an error (by example, the material to change is locked by another user), the ABAP Proxy sends the response with this error to the SOAP Sender, in the response of the message, without exception. In SXMB_MONI the execution of the message is correct. Is there any way to set the status of the message on SXMB_MONI to other status, and continue sending the corresponding response to the SOAP Sender? If is possible without exception handling?

    Hope I understood your question. You can send the response (happy flow without exception) and fault message (application or business exception) from the inbound proxy response. But in both cases , SXMB_MONI treats the response message is success. Only in the case of system or connectivity between systems, it shows error message. You could handle even using a specific field in the payload whether the message is successful or not rather than thinking about setting status in monitoring level.

  • Green Flag Status in SXMB_MONI

    Hello,
    I have te follow scenario
    Idoc go to BPM.
    In SXMB_MONI I have a finisch flag.
    In SXMB_MONI_PE I have a green status flag that says:
    "message scheduled on outbound site".
    How can I resolve this threat?
    I Did already the following
    1) Deleted Integration Process and re-import it to Integration Directory
    2) Checkt SMQ2 and SMQ3 but there is nothing in the que
    3) SXMB_ADM -> Manage Que -> Deregister, Register and Activate
    Nothing works, Anyone Idea's??

  • BW Queue Status Stopped:  SXMB_MONI

    Hi
    I am passing data from XI to BW into a Data Source via Inbound Proxy. The problem is for some of my messages I get the status as Green Flag(Queue Status- Stop)in SXMB_MONI.
    That means all those Messages are not posted to Data source even though they are successfully transferred from XI.
    If I manually try to restart them. It says that the message are already scheduled in Queue. But in Queue there is no entry.
    Should I regenerate my proxy? Even though out of 10 I still have 6 successful Messages and rest 4 as Queue status stopped.
    Can anyone suggest what can be the problem?

    is there any trasaction in BW where you can register your Queues. somthing like sxmb_Adm--> register Queues...
    B'cos this was the same problem that i encountered when i was using another client(105) in XI-IS when executing server proxies. Then the queues in the client system were not registered.
    so check if there is any place in BW system where you can register the queues.

  • Error in Outbund Status in SXMB_MONI

    My scenario in XI is File to IDoc. I have done all the necessary settings.However, my Idoc is not getting posted in R/3.
    When I see the message in SXMB_MONI  it shows the status as processed succesfully.but <b>the Oubound status of message is in error</b>.
    it wud b really  very helpful if somebody cud throw somelight on this.

    hi ashwin
    check the authorization for the user that you are using in RFC destination to log into R/3. In R/3 that user may not have the authorizations to post the IDoc.
    In that case give proper authorizations to required objects  ....then it should work

    Hi Ankur,
    Pls do check the following.
    1. Pls check whether on the outbound side the user id and password you are using are correct and is not changed.
    2. The messages are getting assigned into the queues and the queue processing is happening properly.
    3. If the volume of data is more, say for eg more no of idocs, etc. then it will take some time for the processing.
    4. First of all go to the message monitoring tool and cancel all the messages of the same interface which is 'on hold' status and cancel them all from the beginning.

  • Status in SXMB_MONI when using BPM?

    I've dona a BPM that sends a mail whne a mapping or a transport creats a fault. This is done for async communication and works fine. In SXMB_MONI everything looks great with nice checketflags abd acks that indicats faults. This is done so we dont see the faults when the sender sends wrong contents but the sender gets a mail with the fault. Same with the communication and then the accurate person get a mail if that's down. Still checketflags in SXMB_MONI wich is great because the rigth person get a faster response if something is wrong and the fault get fixed faster.
    Now I done the same for a sync communication but here I get the red dots in SXMB_MONI. In the async BPM I used transport acknowledgment to solve the red dots but that option are not availebal for sync communication. Dose anybody know an easy way to solve this problem?
    The thing is that we want to use this solutionn for all our webservices and we want an easi implementation for it. Please say that i just missed an easy way to fix this.

    In sync u will not find the Acknowledgment option as u will get a response or error in sync case. Ur implementation will change a bit. U have to include an exception branch which will be called in case of error in response. So whenever ur webservice sends an error response it will move to that branch and u may use the send mail option there

    I would like to know when to open a file such screen shot of file on Desktop and then close it. The file is not activated which means I can not edit the name or
    delete the file immediately.

  • Message status in SXMB_MONI

    Could you plz tell me when this particular condition will occur ?? If i am not wrong Messae ID will be created randomly for each message that passes through the XI.
    So how can message with same ID will be created in XI ??

    A message with this message ID already exists in the receiver system. Processing is therefore completed for the sender system.

    coz XI maintains an entry in a table with the Message ID and the status of message after each processing steps..new message ID's are only generated if u have logical routing or ur sending an all together new data from the sender system.
    since XI maintains the message ID along with the status,it knows that the message waz processed successfully.

  • About Status Profile (used in sale document)

    Hi all,
    I'm gonna use a customized status profile to forbid transferring requirements to MRP right after a new sale order is created(released), but I can't find the right 'Business Transaction' in 'Transaction Control' tab, is there any guru can help me out? Thanks in advance...

    If you want to do it Status profile- you have to go with the enhancement & write coding accordingly.
    Try this-
    Maintain 2 status while creating status profile in BS02
    eg:
    INTL - initial- approval required
    RLSD - Released.
    Create Zschedule line category & determine in such a way,so that while creating order, this Zschedule line category has to be triggered ( you can do it with VOV5)- ( make sure, in Zsch.line cat- "Requirements" box should be unticked)
    now, Use the userexist to overwrite schedule line category- like- when the status is "RLSD", then sch.line cat has to be -CP(normal with "TOR" marked like in normal sch.line cat)
    check : USEREXIT_CHECK_VBEP in MV45AFZB 
    else check with
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP in MV45AFZZ  ( for more info- you can verify with your ABAPer)

    On the candidate short list page, is the status of each candidate referring to candidacy status or application status defaultly.  Also, what are default activities for changing status of candidacy? thanks.
