About the sap mails

if sales order or purchase order rises then automatically send  sap mail to the customer or vendor. and tell me how to use the nace t-code.

for sending  sap mail   ,
  create    a  z object of your  sales  order   or  purchase  order   , by copying the  standard   program  and  include  the  logic  of  creating  spool  request for sending it as   mail  .  please use the  below  link for  logic  of   sending as  mail.

then , place  the  z object   which  you have created in the   NACE  transcation , output  types for   sales order  or   Purchase  order  .
there will  be an  option in the   output types   as tabstrip  as' mail'    , call   the   z  program  and give the layou also  either  z layout or original   layout as  per Country specific .
reff :  you can  see the default program where it  is called  in general data , the  program  and  formroutine are  called    yo can   give the  same in the  mail   tab also  .
