About time statement

Hi gurus,
I am having a problem with the time statement.I am using ESS 1.0 and ECC 6.0.And the time statement we are using is SAP_TIM_99_0001 for time statement. How we can set the time period shown in the time statement is there any configuration for that or  it is just populated by sap?
Thanks.

Hi Leela,
You can create a transaction code for that smart form and call it directly in ESS.
This is the function module /1BCDWB/SF00000019
which is called when you call the smart form SAP_TIM_99_0001 so you need to copy them to Z and in the function module you can default most of the values like company code,PA, PSA and other begda and enda .....if you want to show it for a fixed period. Or once you call the fucntion module give the access to the user to input the data required and on execution he will get the form as you desired.
Note : Both the smart form and Function module copy to Z and then do your customizing.
So you just create a transaction code directly to this fucntion module and call the same in ESS.
Hope this helps

Srikanth

  • PT61 - send Report Time Statement via email

I have a question about Time Statement Report.
Is there any change for send this report from PT61 to each person via email or is the only solution to create own report?
    Thank you,
    Mirko

    Hello Mirko;
As far as I know there is no standard functionality for that.
But you can read the results from cluster B2 and print it on smartform. And you can send this smartform via mail.
Of course it will be a development and you will need assistance of an abaper.

  • About C-States and VID

I have some questions about C-States and about this so-called VID.
First, what is that VID ? Core Temp shows me the VID, is the same thing with the vcore ?
I have a 3770k 4.5Ghz 1.2V and if i stress the CPU, in Core Temp VID shows 1.246V
And i had a picture from the past with my CPU and while he was stressed, and i'm using the same BIOS overclock settings, and in that picture under stress test with prime95 the VID was 1.22V, and now is 1.24V, why is that ?
And about C-States, if i put C6 State from BIOS, it will affect my CPU performance and every day usage ?
Because C States brings the CPU when is in idle into a sleeping state, and if the CPU needs to stress he wakes from the C States. This will not affect the CPU ?
So basically, if i use C2 State while already have a Turbo OC, of 4.5Ghz, will affect the CPU, beying in idle in a C2 state, and then if i need the CPU power, releasing from C2 state, then back to C2 state.
I mean is safe if i OC for the CPU to be in a C state ? I didn't have any kind of crashes or BSODS.

Quote from: CalinTM on 23-May-13, 01:53:49
Today i just saw that prime95 was crashing while he finishes 8K test. I am using the turbo OC, with 4.5Ghz, and all the save features on, except C1E. I use c-states, C2.
So, prime95 crashed every time, and i could pass intel burn test on very high, 10 loops, but prime crashes.
So, (i don't use vdroop, its set to auto), for example if i put 1.2V in BIOS and vdroop to 87% prime95 works a bit, but i have in event viewer full of WHEA errors, basically the OS tells that the CPU is unstable.
So, i don't use vdroop because my CPU can't handle at 4.5Ghz low voltages. I use it on Auto, and putted in BIOS vcore of 1.22V
So, then in idle it sets to 1.21V or 1.226V, and in stress test it lowers to 1.2V (due to native vdroop), and i find only at 1.2V in full load prime95 passes the 8K test, and going further on into the tests.
The temps was on the coldest core 67 degrees, and on hottest core (basically the middle cores) 75-78 degrees, but mostly stays at 73-74.
Also, another question, i have in the C-States section, an Auto and No Limit options, so basically if i select Auto C-States it's selecting C2 state, or every state in auto mode ?
EDIT: Also i find, about the VID, if i do a multiplier OC, the VID always stays at 1.246V, idle and load. But if i use the turbo oc (multipliers to 45) the VID drops in idle to 0.8V-0.9V
EDIT 2: BUT, attention in games i can use even lower voltage, and don't have a single problem, crashes or everything, only prime crashes if i dont put his wanted voltage.
Setting Vdroop to 100% will result in higher CPUV than when it is set to "auto".
If you change Intel C-states to "no Limits" you will notice that many options disappear. I think that you are disabling the feature when you do this. When it is set to auto the system will select when and how it is implemented. Otherwise you can make the settings yourself.

    Hello,
we need to print an information on time statement form in dependence of a special substitution. Is there any possibility to create a new rule for printing form to use in time statement form? I can't find any information about this.
    Thanks for your help.

Yes, I've tried this, but I get the error message:

What am I doing wrong? Do I have to create a customer form class and assign a customer time statement form?

The user is getting a critical error(com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException) when trying to access his time statements from ESS portal. The user recently moved to a different country and trying to access statement there. Are there any country specific paramaters that are needed to be changed or set when a employee is reallocated?
    Please help me.

    Hi Rafi,
We are also facing similar kind of issue.
When i select type of leave as annual it is giving an error message as
" Parameter  missing in call of method BUILD_ACTOR_SELECT_CLAUSE in class CA_PT_REQ_ACTOR "
But when i select some other leave type and click review it is working fine, again if i click on previous step and change the leave type to annual it is working fine without giving any error message.

  • How to display different Time Statement forms in ITS service PZ04

    Hi all,
I am working on a underlyinge R/3 4.7 system and are working with standalone ITS and ESS 50.4. I am posting this question to find out if any of you has experience with my problem.
The business wishes to use the ITS transation PZ04 standard and wish to be able to display different Time Statement forms in the transaction through customized variants for the report(RPTEDT00) that the PZ04 transaction executes. In the IMG it is posted that one variant has to be created called HRESS_TEDT00 and this works, but restricts the PZ04 transaction to always be called with this variant and therebye the same Time Statement form every time.
I then by debugging found that the underlying ABAP code processed from SAP standard has a variable VARIANT that is hardcode to = HRESS_TEDT00.
The question is: Is there anyway to setup the PZ04 transaction so that it can be dynamic decided which variant should be used, f.ex. from persons subarea from infotype 0001?
Looking forward to here if anybody can help.
    Regards,
    Allan Brauer

cud u plz help me how to sort out this problem actually in mu company the same scenario is here need to be display pe51 form instead of standard hrforms.....

Is the associated select-statement returning rows or not?
If yes -> delete is deleting
If no -> delete is just using CPU-cycles
To tune the delete-statement, you have to tune the corresponding select-statement. To tune the select-statement, you want to read the thread When your query takes too long ...

  • Regarding Customizing of Time Statement Form

    Hi All,
I have a standard form for Time Statement which is used in ESS (portal) and that is to be customized.
The Standard Form is a SmartForm and we need to make a "Z" form now.
    Std Form : PYXXFO_SAP_TIM_99_0001
The issue is that when we make the configuration changes in the HR Feature (PE03) "HRFOR" where the standard form name is given and change it to our customizing form name "Z_XXXXXX" still the portal is showing the Standard Form as the output.
Can some one please let me know the solution to it either through R3 configuration or through portal Settings.
    Thanks in advance.
    BR,
    Lucky

You may want to take the statement form, copy it into a Z form and then enchance it with the help of an ABAP'er as per your requirements.

  • Regarding time statement in ESS

    hi gurus,
i have developed time statement in PE51 name ZF03,BUT IN ess the time statement is coming from
tc-hrforms,which is totally different from ZF03,what i want that my form-ZF03 will display in ESS for this what sud i do how will i configure zf03 instead of form from "HRFORMS".
PLZ help me as i already searched alot in th forum but didnt get my answer.

You can't show a PE51 form. SAP has provided standard HR forms which you need to copy to your requirement.
You can do this without much abap knowlege as HRFORMS transaction is a logical nested loop of condition. Go to the layout of the copied form and customize as you want.

  • Any Expert in time statement forms?? (PE50)??????

    Hello,
I need to modify a time statement form (ZF00 copied from TF00) in PE50. I need that in my time statement form certain PDC terminal IDs doesn’t appear. That is,in my form I have to restrict the value range of the fields (BTER and ETER). The problem is that I can´t to introduce a condition in the field FIELDNAME2. SAP´s help says:
"In the 'FE' block, you only want to print the messages with error number '11'. To do so, specify the pseudo field '-LINE-' as the printing field with 0 as the length. This type of error is indicated using '^'. Choose 'ERROR EQ 11' as condition. This means that, in the case of database records with a different error number, the whole record/the whole line is not printed."
But I don´t know how to do it,can anybodu help me ??....
    Thanks in advance!!!!!!

  • Time Statement

    Hi experts,
Related time statement on ESS portal (EP 6.0 SP20 ERP2004),
    1. I have activated PYXXFO_SAP_TIM_99_0001  in "smartforms" t-code
    2. Activated SAP_TIM_99_0001
    3. Assigned the form in HRFOR feature.
It worked before, now the system is throwing an error form is not found. Does this form need Adobe Document Services Installed and working on AS Java.
Or is there configuration missing on R/3 side!
Please help me. I appreciate your help.
