Abrir PDF en Explorer

Desde una aplicación con javaScript dispador la apertura de un PDF pero el mismo se abre en una nueva ventana minimizada. Ya intenté desactivar plug-in y no da resultado. Gracias

Lost ability to open PDF inside Explorer 11

I am running windows 7 Pro and Acrobat 10.1.12. I installed an alternate PDF software program called SodaPDF and then immediately uninstalled it since I quickly realized it would not work in my situation. But after removing it from my computer I could no longer open up any PDFs inside Explorer 11. I made a restore point but if failed to Restore for some reason. Now when I try to open a PDF inside explorer I get a new instance of explorer with an empty screen but for a tiny crossed out circle in the upper left corner. In toolbars and extensions in Manage Add-ons I see Adobe Reader is enabled and three other Adobe Create toolbars also enabled. Is there anything I might try before I deactivate and reinstall the software?

Try Help>Repair.

Acrobat32.dll crash when open pdf with explorer

Everytime that i prove to open a pdf with explorer 8 it crashes.
Error is cause by acrobat32.dll.
Anyone hlp me?

Necesito insertar en un formulario un control que me permita abrir PDFs
Ya sé incluir el control utilizando acropdf.dll
Los PDFs a abrir está protegidos por contraseña, y esta es conocida por el programador
No encuentro la forma de abrir el PDF protegido pasandole la contraseña.
¿Alguna idea?

You cannot do this simply. Only a plug-in can do this. If you want it to work with Adobe Reader, there is a license costing tens of thousands of dollars per year to permit such a plug-in.

Yo lo pude solucionar así de fácil, así que presten atención:
Tengo windows 7 y una vez que instalé el acrobat 8 y activé mediante el archivo "acrobat.dll", me pasaba lo mismo, duraba 10 segundos y se cerraba solo... ¿Solución?
Fácil, activa mediante la otra opción, usando el keygen generator que tuvo que venir en tu descarga, la cual es "activación por teléfono"; así que eso fue lo que yo hice, desinstalé el acrobat y lo instalé nuevamente pero activando mediante la opción telefónica usando el keygen generator y listo SANTO REMEDIO.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro - Creating PDF from explorer (Right-Click) problem

I am new here. I've searched the forums here and maybe I've missed finding the solution. We recently updated from Acrobat 6 Pro to Acrobat 9 Pro, and I can no longer get a PDF to be created in the same folder the Word, Excel or other file is located.
In otherwords, when I use (under Windows Explorer) the right-click option and Convert to Adobe PDF, Acrobat 9 Pro keeps asking me where to save this file! Under Acrobat 6 Pro, it would just create the file under the same folder unless I specified otherwise.
I have tried to look under the Word 2003 Adobe PDF "Change Conversion Settings" and I do not have the box next to Prompt for Adobe PDF file name checked.
Am I missing something? I would have assumed this simple process would have carried over from Acrobat 6 Pro. I really do not want to go through a bunch of processes just to save the PDF in the same folder. Under Acrobat 6 Pro, this was a simple task. I am not doing anything major, just converting various Word (.doc) files to PDF.

Using Windows 7, Acrobat 10.0.1, basically the same problem.
Explorer > Right-Click > Convert to Adobe PDF
brings up the Save As dialog and if you'll notice the path in the address bar at the top, it defaults to the last folder in which you created a PDF.
In the Save As dialog, browse to the folder in which you want to save the PDF then click the Save button. This folder will stay in effect until you change it by browsing to a different one in the Save As dialog.
Using Acrobat X, I tried everything I could think of to get a fast, efficient way of converting multiple files to PDF (with the same name and in the same folder as the source files) and, unfortunately, the method described above seems to be the fastest. I tried drag and drop to an Adobe PDF printer shortcut and that didn't work at all--it did nothing! In Acrobat X, File > Create > Batch Create Multiple Files will present a dialog with options for saving to the same folder and keeping the same name as the source file, although it seems like the files process slower in addition to having to click 8 times (not counting selecting the files) before the process begins.
I fervently hope that Adobe will change Explorer > Right-Click > Convert to Adobe PDF back to automatically saving to the same folder as the source document.

Blank Error Occurs when trying to Open PDF in Explorer 9

We have a WIndows 7 machine with Internet Explorer 9 and Acrobat X, whenever we try to open a PDF on a website, an error is returned with no error message just an ! in a circle then nothing after you click Ok. How do we fix this?

Unable to save PDF - Internet Explorer Protected Mode "A file error has occurred"

I hope you can all assist! Here's the detail:
Reader XI (11.0.06) and deployed as physical installation (.msi)
Windows 7 x64 Enterprise
Internet Explorer 8 & 9
Opening PDF's from HTTP & HTTPS locations
Users are unable to save the PDF file to their chosen location (network share or local directory) "A file error has occurred".
When the Internet Explorer Protected Mode is switched off, users are able to save the file to their chosen location.
Is this is specific functionality of IE Protected Mode whereby the ActiveX control is being restricted.
Is this due to Enhanced security within the Adobe Reader 11.0.06 application?
Our current Reader version (9.3.0) is able to save files from unprotected locations, so this is creates a problem justify upgrading.
Do anyone have any suggestions?
Look forward to any assistance or suggestions.

Hi Simon,
How are you saving the file (right click or from File menu)? Does the problem happen with any PDF file? Does the problem go away if you turn "Enable Protected Mode at startup" from Reader (Preferences > Security (Enhanced)?

I am having trouble opening pdf on Explorer site using either X or XI?

I thought I tried everything from the Help site and the Support site. Nada. Still a problem. I tried reinstalling, Explorer settings, older versions, etc. I am running Win7. Got any ideas? Being more specific, I can not open any pdf when pulling docs off a website. All that I see is the small monitor symbol in the upper left corner. I try refresh, nada. Any ideas?

Acrobat 7 va in crash aprendo un documento pdf in Explorer 7

Posto la mia richiesta qui in quando Adobe non supporta l'asssistenza alla mia versione via telefono.
Mi succede quanto ho indicato nel titolo del Thread, ma non riesco a capire il motivo.
Il mio sistema è XP, Acrobat gira regolarmente ma l'unico problema è quello evidenziato: quando tento di aprire un qualsiasi file pdf con windows explorer 7 mi viene restituita l'anomalia che riporto nell'immagine.
Sono a disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti.
Qualche volenteroso è in grado di darmi una soluzione? GRAZIE

Prova a tenere il tasto home e il tasto di spegnimento, allo stesso tempo. Questo sarà solo riavviare l'iPad. Questo dovrebbe risolvere il tuo problema!

Adobe Reader 9.3.0.148 crash on launch PDF from explorer

The following crash occurs when launching a .PDF file from Windows Explorer:
acrord32.exe

Uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Reader doesn't help.
This is a Windows XP system.
Viewing a PDF via Internet Explorer (add-in) does work.
Any ideas on how to get this solved?

Try uninstalling, running the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool then re-installing.
