Accepts the serial number but it doesn't install...
i began the trial a couple of days ago but as it turns out my father had the program so he just handed me the serial number. thing is, i type it in and it accepts the number and all but after i type in my adobe id it redirects me to another window which tells me that the program is unable to install at the moment and that i should close the program and re-start it. done it twice, including re-starting the computer and yet it still does the same thing all over again.
Simply install it cleanly from the original CD/ DVD and make sure you have proper user privileges.

I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/

I bought a new mac. My old creative suite design standard works well but acrobat reader 8 doesn't accept the serial number.
Please, is there any methods do make this?
All is right with my subscription. I just install the suite one time on my old mac.

YoannWas the FCS on your old machine an upgrade? You will need to enter your original, full version serial first, and then you will be prompted for the upgrade serial number.

Make sure you have 24 digits serial. also let me know if you have installed the product from creative cloud app, if it is installed through creative cloud app you will get invalid serial number error

sariif you purchased from or registered with adobe, you may be able to retrieve your serial numbers by checking the account used to buy/register, Adobe ID

My iMac was stolen the receipt doesn't have the serial number but I did register the computer so Aplle must have a record of it. How do I get it.
Go to the Apple website and your support profile. It should list that iMac and the serial number for it. You'll need your Apple ID and password for that Apple ID.

No, you should be able to use/install LR5. Make sure you are using the correct number. If the problem continues explain the details of what you do and what happens.

Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.

I have a CS3 Creativ Suite. - I have uninstalled it fram XP the corret way. Now i have installed Windows 7 and try to reinstall the creative suite. It accept the first CD an the serial number, but when i get to the second CD it stop. Any one who can help?
If you have Windows 7 Pro you can try to install CS3 in XP mode.

uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then properly install (do not migrate, use timemachine etc) using the installation files.
