Hi,
you can define function keys using the af:clientListener and JavaScript. The default usage of ALT cannot be changed

  • Acces key

    dear exparts how can we find acces key for an user exit?

    Hi sridhar nayani,
    userexits usually do not need access keys because they are implemented as Z includes in Customer-functions or as BADIS.
    The only userexits you need an access key are the old-fashioned SD user exits implemented as FORM routines in Includes as SAPMAFZ*. Ask BASIS to register the object with SAP marketplace (OSS), the access key is delibered online.

  • RPREX010 User Exit - Acces Key

    Hi experts,
    sorry, I am begginer in "user exits".
    I am trying to edit the include RPREX010, which is an "User Exit" for class CL_EX_TRIP_POST_FI, in program RPRFIN00_40.
    But it asks for Access Key.
    Is it normal?
    My user has developer role and everything. I've been programming normaly.
    Any hint is welcome.
    Cheers
    Fabio

    Hi Fabio,
    The include has the BAdi. You cannot edit the include directly. You need to impliment the BAdi "TRIP_POST_FI".
    Badi definitions can be viwed in SE18 & you can create multiple implementations for a BAdi definition & all the implementations gets called. In your system, already an existing implementation available. Now you can create your own implementation.
    Badi's can be implemented in transaction code SE19. You need to create your own class to implement the BAdi.
    Select Classical BAdi & give the Badi definition Name "TRIP_POST_FI" & Click on create implementation.
    Give name for your implementation & Click OK.
    Give short text.
    On the interface tab, the system proposes default implementation class. You just double click on the  method which you want to implement & write your own code. Activate the class & Badi implementation.
    You can find lot of threads for imlementing BAdi's. If you still could find enough information to create a implementation on your own, I will help ou out.

    If you have the priviledge, you can get the developer key from SAP Marketplace. Else you have to get the developer key from your Basis guy. He/She will get it from SAP Marketplace.
    In SAP Marketplace, go to Keys & Requests -> SSCR Keys

  • Mnemonic on button : CTRL + N instead of ALT + N

    Hello,
    Can anyone help me.
    When I push CTRL + N in a screen, I would like a button to be clicked.
    A mnenomic is working with ALT + N. But it must be CTRL + N.
    Is this possible ?
    Grtz

    Alt is the standard mnemonic modifier on Windows, so you get this behavior for free from the JDK.
    If you want to support other keystrokes, you will need to do this manually. You can do so by inserting entries into the action map and input map of the panel containing your button.
    Here's an example that installs an action for Ctrl+N:
    package project1;
    import java.awt.*;
    import java.awt.event.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    public class TestPanel extends JPanel
      private final JButton _button = new JButton();
      private final JLabel _label = new JLabel();
      public TestPanel()
        setLayout( new BorderLayout( 0, 15 ) );
        add( _button, BorderLayout.CENTER );
        add( _label, BorderLayout.SOUTH );
        _button.setAction( new AbstractAction( "New" ) {
          public void actionPerformed( ActionEvent e )
            _label.setText( "Clicked!" );
        _button.setMnemonic( 'N' );
        getActionMap().put( "clickButton", _button.getAction() );
        getInputMap( WHEN_ANCESTOR_OF_FOCUSED_COMPONENT ).put(
          KeyStroke.getKeyStroke( "control N" ), "clickButton" );
      public static void main( String[] args )
        JFrame f = new JFrame();
        f.setDefaultCloseOperation( JFrame.DISPOSE_ON_CLOSE );
        f.setContentPane( new TestPanel() );
        f.pack();
        f.setVisible( true );
    }Thanks,

  • Ctrl and shift alt shortcuts not working in Illustrator CS4

    Hi
    Can´t seem to get these keys to work properly.
    For instance while drawing with the rectangle tool then pressing shift to get a square does not give me a square, all I get is a tooltip balloon saying "shift" same goes with ctrl and alt and spacebar. This only happens while using my wacom graphire 3 not with the mouse. Trying to use the up and down arrows to shange the number of points in a star also not working. But if I FIRST click the shift key then start creating a square its working, but not if I first start creating the rectangle. Photoshop cs4 does not give me this problem. Using Vista 32 bit swedish language, latest Wacom driver 5.0.8-6, latest keyboard driver and a swedish microsoft natural pro keyboard, latest logitech mouse driver. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Fonts... there are probably the most guilty of that cases. Ask yourself: when you add (drop, be forced) new fonts in your system, by management spoftware (directly into font folder)? Notice when web browser "ask" you about access to your fonts on your HD in last time (so often last days). When you "dig" somthing in a system, at any way, you disturb his  "sacramental peace" (Ohmmmm...) and it flow in other case like sensitive Illustrator or others -  I think all other "movements" eg. reinstaling, deleting, etc just "cover" problem by something others (for a short time) or don't resove it at all.
    So, first try... rebuild you system maintenace privilages (do this every month or often! Try Atomicbird Macaroni or Titanium Onyx or so, than...
    try rebiuld/refresh/clean your font cach ( I use for this, and manage, FontExplorer X Pro) and should be fine.
    ..."should" I'm not guarantee 100%

    I have no idea what should be done on PC

  • [SOLVED] Wrong scancodes for Ctrl, Super and Alt on keyboard

    I have bought this keyboard and I'm having an issue with it that I can't figure out. Under Archlinux, the Control, Super and Alt key are interpreted as the Shift key. I have tested it on a tablet running Android and its behavior is identical however when testing it under a laptop running Windows 8 it behaved correctly.
    I've checked the scancodes and keycodes using showkey and all of the 3 problem keys match the Shift key's scancode / keycode.
    When pluging in the keyboard, this is what dmesg outputs:

    Turns out I wasn't searching for my problem using the right keywords. After some variation in the search terms I have found this driver: https://bitbucket.org/Swoogan/aziokbd. I gave it a try and it seems to fix the problem.

  • How to make modifier keys lockable? (like Caps Lock for Ctrl or Alt)

    Playing around with the non-modal text editor ne, I found myself wondering if one could simulate a modal interface (like vim has) by having something like "Ctrl Lock" or "Alt Lock" (analogous to Caps Lock) and thus a "ctrl mode"/"alt mode". I would like to try this, but I am not sure how to make it happen.
    My best guess is that this could be accomplished via XKB, but its documentation looks pretty intimidating. Is anyone here proficient in XKB and could point me in the right direction?
    Other ideas:
    – Is this something that a terminal emulator could do? Is there already one that can do it?
    – Or a shell?
    – For console applications, would it be possible to have a small wrapper that did nothing but intercept keyboard input and just pass everything through to the wrapped process, except that it would take into account the desired lockable modifier key? (I am thinking of tput here, but from my first search it appears that it doesn't do this sort of thing.)

    @Trilby: Thank you for the elaborate input!
    @drcouzelis: "sticky keys" normally means that modifiers remain active only until the next keypress, while I want a way to lock them in active state for an arbitrary number of keypresses. But still, "sticky keys" was a worthwile input for the search engine.
    The program xkbset, which can be used to set XKB options on the fly, has a function that comes very close to what I desire:
    $ xkbset h
    Usage: To set or unset various options:
    xkbset <options>
    where <options> may be all or any of (the '-' switches the feature off,
    otherwise it is switched on):
    To switch sticky keys on or off, and optionally set or reset:
    () two keys pressed at the same time stops sticky keys;
    () a modifier pressed twice will be locked:
    [-]{sticky|st} [[-]twokey|[-]latchlock]...
    I cannot select specific modiers to be affected with xkbset, but that would be fine with me. Sadly, it didn't completely work for me:
    – It doesn't affect Alt at all for me.
    – The effect seems to go away as soon as I change the window. (Maybe I need to invoke xkbset from .xinitrc for its effects to persist throughout the session? I will try that.)
    So I went on and tried to configure XKB manually. I got up to a certain point without studying the documentation in-depth, but now I have landed on an error message that seems to suggest to me that I would have to get to a better understanding about the layout files before I could understand it. Here is what I did:
    1. Got my current XKB configuration:
    xkbcomp :0 output.xkb
    2. Editet output.xkb to include the following at the end of the xkb_compatibility section:
    //Hoping this makes the ^-key into a Ctrl-Lock key:
    interpret TLDE {
    action= LockMods(modifiers=Control);
    3. Then I recompiled the configuration back into the running X server:
    $ xkbcomp out.xkb :0

    The "Error" part is where I am currently stuck. It tells me that my changes were ignored (I no that it's about them because it goes away when I comment them out), but I don't yet understand why.

  • Catching Alt Key Press with the Key Down Filter Event

    I am writing an application that requires specific key combinations using ctrl, shift, and alt in addition to a function key (F1, F2, F3, etc).  The application works great except for when I try to catch an alt key press.  The alt key press does not seem to fire an event eventhough it is an option in the PlatMods cluster as well as the VKey enum.  When I press the alt key when my application is running the cursor changes to a normal mouse pointer from the usual finger pointer and prevents any other key presses from going through (in addition to not firing an event itself).
    I have tried completely removing the run-time menu, which doesn't seem to help.  I currently discard all keys after I handle them in my event structure.
    I really hope that the only solution isn't using a Windows DLL.  Any suggestions or ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ames

     Hi Ames
    As Kileen has said Khalid has already given you a good solution to detect the ALT key.
    I have another approach that might let you stick to your event-driven approach. I suggest that you have another loop in your app that polls the keyboard using the Input Device utility vi's. When this poll loop sees an ALT + KEY combo it raises a dynamic user event and will be processed in your event structure. This means you can keep your key down filter event to process the CTRL + KEY and SHIFT + KEY events.
    Example attached in 7.1
    cheers

  • My key bord changed its settings only on the inter net it has been set to french how do i fix this?

    my keyboard has been changed only for the inter net to french standard how do i change it back to American standard English?
    == This happened ==
    Just once or twice

    It is possible that you accidentally switched the keyboard layout.
    You can check the keyboard language (keyboard layout) setting for the application that has focus via the icon on the Language bar (Taskbar, right-click context menu: Toolbars).
    You need to do that while Firefox has focus.
    Windows remembers that setting per application and the default is a key combination (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) that you can easily use in Firefox to activate a menu item.
    Disable the key sequence to rotate layouts (Alt+Shift or Ctr+Shift) to avoid an unintentional switch and instead assign a specific key (Alt/Ctrl+Shift+number) to switch to the keyboard layout.
    For XP see: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Text services and input languages > Details > Key Settings > Change Key Sequence
    For Vista see: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards > Advanced key settings > Change key sequence

  • For some reason every so often Firefox responds incorrecty to certain key strokes .

    The details are that Firefox will work fine and then for no reason I am able to determine [Shift + 2] becomes @ instead of " and [shift + ' ] becomes " instead of @.
    This problem is only within Firefox as all other software continues to produce the correct characters. OS is Windows 7. Firefox is version 8.0.1. Keyboard is set for English UK

    Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application and you may have changed the keyboard layout by accident via a keyboard shortcut.<br />
    See:
    * http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/The-Language-bar-overview The Language bar (overview)
    It is possible that you have switched the keyboard layout by accident.
    * Make sure that you have the Language bar visible on the Windows Taskbar.
    * You can do that via the right-click context menu of the Taskbar: Toolbars > Language Bar.
    * Check the keyboard language (keyboard layout) setting for the application that has focus via the icon on the Language bar.
    * You need to do that while Firefox has focus because Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application.
    * The default keys to rotate the layout is a combination (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) that can easily be used in Firefox to activate a menu item.
    * To avoid an unintentional switch, assign a specific key sequence (Alt/Ctrl+Shift+number) to select keyboard layouts and remove the key combination to rotate layouts (Alt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift)
    * Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards > Advanced key settings > Change key sequence
