hi,
i have a scenario where users from remote offices access internet through ho internet link (centralised). The solution required is, when the user tries to access the internet, the access is authorised based on the remote IP sbnet/username from proxy server, and then a counter starts for download size / connection time, on which an usage billing data is required to be generated. customer will provide for th unit which will be used for generating the cash bill to the user.
Please suggest if there is any solution for this using AAA and/or some other cisco software.

I am having this problem as well. In the last week or two, my calendars haven't been syncing properly. Nothing goes updates to my main computer from the phone. Then in the last few days I could only access the internet sporadically, today not at all. No map showing in the gps, safari doesn't work, no weather... It says 'Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding'. The 3G wheel is spinning and shows that there is service.
I reset my phone completely a couple of days ago, reset history/cache, etc in settings, have turned it off and on, etc with no change.

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set this to Allow Changes.

Link between GL account and Billing Document

Dear SD Gurus,
We are involved in a BI report generation. In the sales report customer wants to bifurcate the sales into Domestic and Export. They are give a logic of taking this bifurcation from GL account. Customer is maintaning 2 different GL account 40000000 - Export and 40100000 for Domestic.
My question here is How i will relate GL account to billing document? If yes, please tell me the table where i can find both...

hello, friend.
one way of looking at this is through account determination. billing documents are posted to accounting (and therefore, accounting documents are created that are linked to the billing document) based on settings in account determination.
please check if the postings to GL accounts are based on any or all of the following:
1. sales organization
2. account key (e.g. ERL for revenue)
3. account assignment group (customer, material, etc.)
4. condition type
we use t-code VKOA to do account determination.

Was given false information in store about accounts and billing, how to proceed?

Hello everyone,
13 days ago i joined up with Verizon after careful consideration of several cellular service providers and they were a great 13 days until i received my bill.
It was at the Reynoldsburg OH Verizon wireless store where i was being helped by a friendly lady that told my wife and myself that:
1. My cell phone service (unlimited talk and text) was going to only cost me 10 dollars a month.
2. My family/group account that i was going to be added onto would not change except for the data plan to be capped at 10 gig.
So at the end of the month i was expecting a bill of , as the nice lady told me : 10.00 USD.
Instead i was confronted with a bill of 88.00 USD, a discrepancy of 78.00 USD.
A activation fee of 35.00 USD, 12.00 USD for the amount of days in the current month and 30.00 USD for the coming month.
Plus additional minor charges regarding federal/state taxes i have never heard of.
To conclude, we were given false information and we specifically asked about this subject with these questions.
"Will our group plan be changed if i am added onto it?"
"Will i be paying only 10 USD a month or are there additional charges?"
So my question is, what is the most efficient way to get this matter resolved as my family is ready to switch to a different provider because of this.
This is off-topic but we are already trying to deal with a third party water utility company that is taking advantage of current Ohio lack of regulation and charging us double what we use plus service charges.

Accessing accounts and the trouble in using AppleTV

So our problem started when we found that AppleTV can only look at one iTunes account at a time. My iTunes has most of the music, my wife's iPhoto has most of the pictures. But we can't show a slide show with her photos and my music.
So I remembered how easily I can add music from her library to mine (we have accounts on the same Mac). I went in to her iTunes and found that she cannot get music from my library.
Then I noticed that in general, from my account I can access all of her files, even in the Finder. But her account cannot see into any of my folders.
I have gone in and manually changed the permissions in Get Info so that hers look like mine. But it won't work. We are both admins.
This seems curious. It would sure be nice if we could share music, photos, etc. on this one computer in different accounts. Then, at least she could copy the songs to her iTunes that we want to use on AppleTV for our photo slide shows.
Anybody know what to do? Thanks.

Relationship accounting and billing line item

Hello,
I have a fairly simple question. Is there a way to exactly determine from which billing line item an accounting line item was derived?
In other words, I have an accounting line item and want to know to which billing line item it belongs.
My question is purely focusing on line item level.

Hello,
I think thats because the invoices have not hit FI yet.
I feel this is more of a configuration issue and not any development or ABAP issue.
Check with your SD/FI functional consultant. But usually these fields should be populated.
We had lot of reports based on this logic in my previous assignments.

It is a problem if you can;t download/install apps. If you are sure that the card data is correct and the card is valid I would contact the itunes store. I would go here and select iTunes Store Account and Billing.

We are not doing the pricing and billing in CRM.We are using legacy sysetm.
So while defining Item Categories do we have to select the Item is relevent for pricing and Billing or not .

Can't update Xcode – "You have updates available for other accounts" and other errors.

I have 2 Macs, a 2008 Mac Pro running 10.8.5 and a 2009 MacBook Pro running 10.9.0, soon to be downgraded to 10.8.5. I can't install the Xcode update on either Mac, and I can't update MacTracker on my Mac Pro, which suggests that no updates work at all.
When I try to update, it says "You have updates available for other accounts" and "Sign in to ________ to update applications for that account." I'm already signed into that account. I tried logging out, closing the App Store, and logging back in. Then I tried logging out of both the App Store and iTunes as per a fix I found online, and it gave me "Unknown error" once I tried to update.
Is there a fix for this or at least a regular .pkg I can just install? Honestly, it's easier to update stuff in Debian Linux than on OS X 10.8 and up now.

Please try each of the following steps you haven't already taken, until the issue is resolved. After each step, relaunch the App Store and try again.
1. Follow the instructions in this Apple Support article.
2. If any App Store purchases were made under a different Apple ID, or if the bundled iLife applications were accepted under a different ID, sign in to the App Store with that ID to update.
3. Alternatively, delete the probem applications and re-download them with the ID you're using now. If you haven't already purchased them with that ID, you'll have to do that first, because purchases can't be transferred from one account to another.
4. Select the Purchased tab in the App Store window. If you see an item in the list marked "You have 3 apps to accept," click Accept.
5. Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/adoption.plist
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window may open with a file selected. If it does, delete the selected file. You may be prompted for your login password.

WCS Guest access account creation - options

Hi,
I'm looking in to different options for creating guest access accounts and need some help. I'm new to the product and bascially have been asked if there are any other options that the Web GUI to create account. We would like trigger the creation of an account using work flow. Saw that there are We services availble with NAC but not sure how the products relate
It's a new setup - so assume the latest verion of WCS is being used.

couple of thoughts as I'm going through the process of setting up guest access right now.
1) use RADIUS and maintain the accounts through a RADIUS solution that provides the UI you desire.
2) another thread somewhere here pointed to http://sourceforge.net/projects/simple-swag/ which is a web-based user account creator.
3) use an external authentication page and perform the auth there.
we don't require guests to have accounts but we do limit when it is available at our various locations.

Error message when accessing account/ contact list

Hi experts,
One of our users encountered this error message when accessing account and contact list.
message=>
Error: originating at /OnDemand/user/AccountList
拒绝访问。(SBL-DAT-00542)
Weird thing is she has exact the same user set up as others (same role, privilege, pagelayout, etc), but only she got this problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this, please?

Sabrina, I would recommend contacting On Demand customer care in reference to this issue.

App Store And Billing problems

I have a problem. When I try to make a purchase on the app store, It tells me i have changed my account information and need to update my billing information. How do i do that??? I have looked under my account information and i can't seem to find where i need to make the adjustments.
