  • ACCESS.ERROR:[service.jms.default.authorization : administrators].

    Hi ,
I am configuring the launchpad in quality inspector package. I am getting the below error when i run some of the reports
ACCESS.ERROR: Authorization check for caller assignment to J2EE security role [service.jms.default.authorization : administrators].
I have checked note 971249 and added the user accessing the content to the service.jms.default.authorization  in the security provider in Visual Admin. But still the error persists.
Appreciate if some one can give some pointers.

    Hi Marcus,
Have a look at below thread

  • I cannot upload the Facebook cover I created in PSE 13. I get the following error: "Service has encountered an error. Kindly retry again."

I have tried several different Facebook covers I created in PSE 13 and cannot upload any of them to Facebook.  I have authorized PSE to be able to post to my Facebook account and the App Settings are correct. I am able to post videos from Adobe Premiere Elements 13 so I know my Facebook settings are correct. OS is Windows 7.  I have contacted Abobe support 3 times and they cannot figure out why the Facebook cover I created in PSE 13 will not upload.

Looks like naming the LUNs in 1.1 went bad. I upgraded to 1.2 and renamed the LUNs (twice in fact) and then it worked. Hmm

  • BI SP13 - Authorization Error

    Hello All,
We are running BI with SP13 patch.
Unfortunately after applying SP13 , many issues have come up in the BI portal.
When the user tries to login,
the login page is prompted back with no reply about authentication failed or so. After logging in twice, the portal allows to go inside.
However, "Page Cannot be found" is what is displayed in the content area of the portal..
We have raised an OSS message for which Patch 3 was suggested to be deployed.
However , even after applying Patch 4(latest), the same error is throwing up...
Pls find below the trace..  Kindly share your experiences on the same..
    Note:
    1. We also have tried giving the guest user with admin and bc_commn_jsf role but no use.
    2. Bcos of this , we are not able to login to the Visual Admin also.

Were you able to sort out all your problems?
We are also having issues with SP13 having been installed. The first issue was to do with no report iviews working, but I have sorted that out by changing the SYSTEM property.
We are, however, still experiencing a problem with views ... some of our reports have predefined views available on them, and when I try to run these, get the java.lang.NullPointerException message.

  • Unable to access or view data with no authorization error

    Hi Experts,
Appreciate your guys help. I am ID administrator where by some of our user ID unable to view data/ display report for the some of data even the appropriate authorization already assigned to the user. However when we check in the transaction SU53 - authorization checking no error shown!
There is a case whereby user report that his ID (e.g. SAP ID = ABC) unable to access a transaction or infotype data for example HR infotype masterdata, upon checking there is no authorazition error (checked insu53), when copy the ID (ABC) to another new ID (ABC1) with no changes on the roles, the ABC1 ID able to access the said transaction. However, when copy back ABC1 to the ABC (naming conversion only), the ABC ID still unable to access the transaction with no authorization error. the
main problem here is the original ID is not working, but works fine if it is copied to another ID name.
    Kindly advice.

Over here I could find that physical path " c:\siebel\8.2.2.0.0\sweapp\public\enu\start.swe" doesn't really have any file named start.swe.
I have applied SWSE logical profile on webserver.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
this url is used to external system access Siebel Web Services. If you can generate a WSDL, you need access Siebel applications using url, http://localhost/callcenter_enu/start.swe for example, navigate to Application - Web Services, in Inbound Web Services, selected the WSDL and generate a WSDL file.
If you can import a external WSDL, you need get a WSDL file from third system and import to Siebel using Siebel Tools.

  • FusionApps web service call fails with error access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission)

    Hi Gurus,
I started test this webservice from EM (Test Web Service)
But while calling the service it is failing with the below error message
    access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/prc/poz/suppliers/supplierService/SupplierService#getSupplierVO invoke)
As per OER cookbook i have attached the "oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy" to the Fusion  apps web service.
I am trying to pass security credentials to the service by using all the methods... through composite ..through bpel through wsse header but in all cases i am getting similar error.
Please let me know if some one has called the fusion apps web service to create a supplier of solution to my problem  as mentioned above.
Is it any policy error or the authorization error ...
Are there any navigation steps I can check the existed permission on this resource etc..,
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi Sai,
Thanks for the quick and correct response. Yes, after doing the research, I'm also came to same conclusion. But what stops me here is that where exactly I need to check for this permission.
I mean the theory what I built on this Authorization/Permission is that:
For the resource - WebService (SupplierService), there is an assigned application role for which the Entitlement/Permission is provided.
Pls. help me in the below items:
    a. What is the application role(in role hierarchy) assigned to this resource(Webservice). Which page I need to check(navigation) this and the required credentials..
    b. What is the Entitlement provided for this application role for this operation (getSupplierVO) invoke.. Which page I need to check(navigation) this and the required credentials..
    Thanks in Advance.
    Thanks & Regards

  • An error occurred while trying to access the service?

I'm trying to convert a PDF into Excel but I get the message 'an error occurred while trying to access the service'.
I have tried logging into my Adobe account online and doing it within there, but once I have exported the file and pressed 'convert' it simply says 'conversion failure' with no explanation.
My subscription is still valid, so I don't see why the problems?  Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?  I get the error message regardless of whether I'm trying to convert to Word or Excel.
    Any ideas greatly appreciated!!
    Thanks
    Sophie

    Hi SHurcs,
I'm sorry that you're having such trouble with your ExportPDF subscription. Does this error occur for one particular file, or with any file that you try to convert? What operating system and browser are you using?
To get us started, here are a few things that you can try:
In Reader, sign out, and then sign back in.
Use a supported web browser:  http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/
    Clear the browser cache.
If you're using a networked computer, make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that prevent you from uploading files to the Internet.
Make sure that the files you're trying to convert are within the file-size limits for ExportPDF (100 MB).
If the problem persists, please let us know, and tell us a bit more about the files that you're converting.
    Best,
    Sara

  • An error occured while trying to access the service

i'm continually having issues with trying to convert my files from PDF to excel.  I keep on getting the error message "An error occured while trying to access the service" with no real explanation as to what is wrong.  I've tried several times on several different computers, logging on and off, changing users...same message everytime.  I have a time sensitive project to complete, and can't get it done if this conversion can't be done.  HELP!

Im trying to convert a PDF into an excel document and I keep getting an error message that reads "An error has occurred while trying to access the service". WHat am I doing wrong?

it seems my subscription had expired so I signed up again.. It was still having trouble so I repeated the sign up process again.. Then it worked perfectly.. Unfortunately, I think I just subscribed twice and need to cancel one of them. Ugh. Such a pain when I'm trying to get this project completed. I'll be canceling at least one of the subscriptions in the morning. Adobe is not my favorite company right now. None of this was intuitive. And trying to get help was an absolute waste of an hour.

  • Why am I getting an error while accessing the service pop up when I try to convert a doc from pdf to a doc?

I keep getting a pop up of "error while trying to access the service" when I am trying to convert a pdf to a doc?

    Hi snork8253,
Please let me know the exact workflow you are following when you get this error.
Are you trying to convert from within Reader or from Browser?
If from Reader then make sure you are signed in within Reader
Also try updating Reader to the latest v11.0.09 and check.
