Hi Sandeep,
Please open http://HOST:PORT/index.html for all SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java administration.
Here you can find 'SAP NetWeaver Administrator' that will open NWA Adaminstrator(http://HOST:PORT/nwa).
For SAP Management Console - (http://HOST:PORT/sapmc/sapmc.html)

  • Keystore access in nwa

    Hi Experts,
I've got one question regarding the authorizations needed to access the keystore in NWA.
In UME there is a role "Administrator" which contains this authorization, but this role also contains full nwa Access.
So what I want is to give access to the keystore only with the rights to create, view and Change entries.
I want to create an own rule with the necessary Actions, but I don't know which Actions are necessary.
What I want in Detail is:
    - Access to nwa
    - Access to configuration tab in nwa
    - Access to security area under the configuration tab
    - full Access to the area "certificates and keys"
Do you have any experience with that and could give me some hints?
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards!
    Christopher Kühn

    Dear Christopher,
Please go to the user management--> Enter User Name-->Open Assigned Role tab -->Open Role" Administrator". Here You can Restrict the user.
Please find the attached screen shot and assign some points also if answer is helpful....

  • Cannot Access NWA using Internet Explorer 9.0

If you are having trouble accessing the nwa and are using IE9,  it may be due to the browser.  Set the browser mode to compatibility mode.
    The error I received was:

  • Message "Password is blocked" when trying to access nwa

    Hello everyone,
when i try to access the nwa with the administrator user i get the message "Password is blocked".
    1. Why is it blocked? It's the first time anyone tries to access the nwa in this installation
    2. How can i unblock it? Note: the password is only blocked for the nwa, SAP Logon can be accessed without problems.
    Sincerely,
    Tanja Wiemann
    EDIT:
when i enter a wrong password, the same message appears.
Do i have to set a distinct nwa-password for that user somewhere?

    Thanks for the answers.
I'm not really a SAP-Expert so i don't know most of the abbrevations used in those links.
I used another workaround: i created a new user and gave him the j2ee-administrator-role (which the blocked user also had).
The other user is still locked, but i have the feeling that i will have to invest too much time to learn how to unlock him (seems to be symptomatic in the SAP-world: great effort -> little effect...).
    Sincerely,
    Tanja

    Hi Roger,
Go through this link and check you have the same roles as mentioned in this:

  • Developers Log Access

    Greetings,
I have a requirement to give developers access to 'SAP NetWeaver Administrator' (NWA), but the problem is that I am having troubles doing this without giving them administrator access for portals.
I have tried assigning them to the default ROLES, but they are unable to log on and get the following error message: ' You do not have the appropriate authorization to use NetWeaver Administrator; contact your system administrator '
    DEFAULT ROLES:
      SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL
    ●     SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL_READONLY
    ●     SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_CENTRAL
    ●     SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_CENTRAL_READONLY
Please let me know if there is a way to give our developers access to NWA for reading LOGS.
    -John

    Hi,
is a way to give our developers access to NWA for reading LOGS.
For checking the logs in NWA , the role SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL_READONLY is enough .
Only provide the above role to users and check what error they get. Once they get authorization error , login to OS of java system and check Default.trc file.
    Thanks
    Anil

  • Your session is no longer valid. Log on again - no long time

Hi guys, I´m working with a CRM upgrade, and working with the e-commerce solution, when I transfer an item to the cart  2 or 3 seconds later the app gives me an error message like this "Your session is no longer valid. Log on again." I do not have access to NWA because administrative issues and already ask for logs but it will take long time. Were I can search the possible reasons for a close session if I do not have access to logs ? It seems to me, to be a configuration problem with the server, maybe the url .

  • Is there SAP Netweaver Administrator in ERP 6.0 EHP4/NW 7.01(ABAP) ?

    Hi all,
I want to know whether the SAP ERP(ABAP only) has web page for example as in the Solution Manager http://host:port with links to the Web Services Navigator and Web Dynpro Tooles? never met with such a question or just not interested .. And now my boss asking me that, because he saw this web page for abap installation in other company

    Dear Abay Mustafin
Can you give more details please ?
Your SAP system which has product version SAP ERP EHP4/NW 7.01 is a dual stack installation ? (Abap&Java running on same SID?).
Which OS are you using ?
NWA is only needed for Java since it contains the administration stuff for Java.
In Abap you have other transactions used for administration.
If you have Java you should be able to access the NWA, you can go through the index page of java to reach it as well.
    http://<fqdn>:<port>/index.html or directly http://<fqdn>:<port>/nwa
For example you have SAP system XX1 with instance number 05 on virtual hostname hostxx1.domain.com with usage type ERP EHP4/NW7.01 (dual stack) then you should be able to access nwa using url http://hostxx1.domain.com:50500/nwa
    Kind regards

  • Using "messaging.system.queueParallelism.maxReceivers"

    Hi Experts,
    Happy New Year 2012!!!
I am working in a landscape where there are integrations between 'CRM to MDM' and 'MDM to Non SAP Systems' using PI. There is a lot of data which flows through these interfaces and some times the PI MDM adapter clogs up and it stops both inbound and outbound data flow.
To address this issue we have been suggested to use "messaging.system.queueParallelism.maxReceivers" : Note - 1136790.
I was trying to collect some information on this but could only see scenarios using JDBC receivers. Hence i have a few questions to ask:
1.) Is this note only applicable to JDBC receiver scenarios? If yes, then can you please give a back ground as to why?
2.) If No, then how should i configure this in my PI system?
3.) How can i tag a particular scenario to this property? This is mentioned as a 2nd point in the note solution section but the steps are not given.
    Thanks in advance,
    Anshul

    Dear Supriya,
Thanks for your inputs. I have a few more questions to ask to further drill down this configuration:
2.) If No, then how should i configure this in my PI system?
--> You can configure this parameter in NWA for messaging system property.
Anshul -> Since i do not have access to NWA, can you please give the hierarchy path in NWA to reach messaging system property. Here do i have an option to mention 1 or 2 particular scenario where i want to restrict the number of parallel worker threads being used on the inbound adapter. This question is basically to understand how this configuration works. This restricts the number of parallel worker threads, so how it will work if i dont tag it to a scenario. What if i have 3 CRM to MDM scenarios with equal amount of loads happening at a single instance.
Does this configuration implies to one single instance of an adapter or it affects all the instances.
Is there a way i can test, how affectively this configuration is working to improve my PI system performance?
    Warm Regards,
    Anshul

  • SAP NW CE 73 trail version license key installation shows invalid license

    Hi,
I have installed SAP NW CE 73 trail version in my system.
It installed successfully, after I try to install license key using NWA it shows no valid license found.
Every time after restart it works 10-15 min after that it shows same error message (no valid license found).
Let me know how to solve my issue.
    Thanks,

  • Error using applications ESS

    Dear Experts.
I have a problema with applications ESS(Appraisal Document, Travel).
We are usign ECC 6.0 with ehp 6. Our portal is 7.4
For the applications of Personal Information, the system show a screen Blue,
I have created a trace using the t.code ST01 for authorizations, however the log not show problems .
What is a posible cause for this errror?
    Thanks-
    Regards

    Carmen,
In portal 7.4 to see the log here is the path.
Do you have access for NWA??
    If yes login to http://fqdn:portno/nwa.
    Trouble shooting-->Logs and Traces-->Log Viewer-->Open View-->Develper View
        below is the screen shot
Regenerate the error and check what error you are getting here.
And also check the system object connection and the system object permission is setted to the user.
    Hope it will help you.
Please let me know if you have any doubt on this..
    Regards,
    Anil

  • Ready to process the message

    Hi
In PI system, when can Ithe PI system process the message?
    How can I check?
Tr-cd SM50 When the "J2EE" entry is displayed.
    or
When we can access the NWA
    or
When we can access the runtime workbench
Do you have any idea to know the system is ready to process the message?
,however I know it is the best way to process the any interface acutally.
    regards,

Thank you King_Penguin!  It worked beautifully.  I had turned the firewalls off but not the antivirus.  You are great!  I am new to this apple community thing so it looks like I cannot mark your reply as "correct answers", but it was.  Thanks a ton!

  • WDDispatcherException error

    Hello all,
I'm having some issues with webdynpro environment (sorry I've no programming skills,I'm a sysadmin) with our portal SP14.
For example when I try to access the nwa webdynpro it crashes with the following error in defaultX.trc :
The error is: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.api.WDDispatcherException: Requested deployable object 'sap.com/tclmwebadmi
nmainframewd' and application 'html' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL.
There are other WD that sometimes raise the same exception..
In visual administrator -> server->deploy I can see the WD started without errors.
I saw there's a patch for the WD SP14 environemnt, could this solve my problem?
Do you have any suggestion ?
    Many thanks and regards,
    Michele

    Hi,
http://host:port/nwa works fine..but when trying to access java system reports for example I had the issue above.
This exception appears also in some application deployed on the portal..
    I found also a jmx exception :
Error#1#/System/Security/destinations#Java###An error occurred while reading the destination , type . The error was .#3#sap.com/tcjejmxwsconnectorsp/PCP/lipopk01#HTTP#<--Locali

y No such destination sap.com/tcjejmxwsconnectorsp/PCP/lipopk01 of type HTTP exists #
Please note that we have a clustered db/scs (as per sap ha docs) with central instance and application server running on 2 other hosts. We're running on HP UX
It seems it can't connect through lipopk01 (the scs host) with http protocol (firewall is ok)..
    Any ideas?
    Many thanks again and regards,
    Michele
