Access safari on tv via apple tv

I've had Apple TV for a while now, but not really used it. I've updated all my devices; iPod Touch & iPad with ioS5 &iCloud etc, but just wondered if I can use my Sony TV screen via Apple TV to access Safari using my iPad the keyboard, but the TV screen as the monitor? It would mean I could access the Internet in our back room for everyone who's sat there to look at various websites.
I know can access my iMac; music/photos/videos etc through AppleTV on my main television, but want to know if I can use my television as a large monitor to view Safari. If it helps I've got an Apple Express that I use to play my music on my iPod Touch wirelessly through my Apple Hifi speakers.

The iPad2 supports mirroring ,but I believe you need to be connected via a cable.

Pc laptop to access the iTunes store again too authorize home sharing.   I have tried it before. O for a while I thought the we're sharing, now the Apple Tv has gone back to telling me to use my computer too sign into iTunes.
there maybe a far simpler way to enjoy iTunes on my iPad and Apple Tv.   I also have the Sony blurry Google Tv. I will upgrade my PC with Windows Z8 and a screaming ran cache, ram disk on a 79 mother board and then pay 5 bucks a month for OnLive Plus that I hpe to show wirelesslypy on the big scree 50 inch Panasonic. Are you using the charger and cable that came with the phone?

When it doesn't accept the password from Mail , it can be things other than the password actually.
It could be their Server, which is contacted differently than through WebMail, it just means the Server listening on this port, (or not listening), is not finding your username & password.

Accessing BTMM via Apple ID

Mac A has BTMM enabled. Also enabled is the ability to access via apple id. In order to enable this it was necessary to provide the apple id and password. When I access Mac A from Mac B and select the via apple id option, I am asked for the apple id but I am NOT required to provide a password.
This seems very insecure since anyone who knows/guesses my apple id could acces Mac A via BTMM.
Am I missing something?

Accessing Imessages via Apple ID

Hi guys
Is there any way to access imessages (all history) via using Apple ID. If I go to "settings" > "messages" > "send & receive" on a friend's iphone - sign out of his Apple ID and then input mine, would that transfer all my imessage history to his phone? Will I also get some sort of notification about that on my phone or e-mail?

the only way for the atv to work with the items you mention is by using airplay from an iphone or ipad or ipod touch

That is the way it works. It designed to do that.
In addition to everything else you have to this other person's computer you would have to move your complete iTunes library over also. Only then will it recognize youriTouch.

Have you tried a "hard reset"? If so, I would take the phone to an Apple store. If not,
1. Make sure the phone is OFF
2. Hold the HOME button and then press the power button and HOLD IT.
3. Hold both buttons until the phone comes ON, goes OFF and come ON again (about 45 seconds)
4. Re-sync with iTunes.

The 169 IP address mans it did not correctly negotiate with the router:
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Which OS X is installed on your Mac ?
Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac. The version is noted there.
Troubleshooting advice can depend on that information.
