Access to Cloud from notification area

Yesterday I set up BT Cloud all seemed OK, but today the icon that it placed in my notification area for quick access does not respond, yesterday when I right clicked the icon it gave me the option to Open Cloud or Open Sync Folder, today no response from either right or left click, what it does have is a small round symbol in the bottom left corner.  I can get into MyCloud by logging in to MyBT but it was easier from the notification area.  I can’t find anything in FAQ’s  Have I done something wrong, any ideas.

    What is the machine and what OS you are currently using?   iCloud is available in Lion 10.7.2 upwards and Mountain Lion.  It is also available in IOS5, I believe.
    It's always particularly helpful when your profile is filled out (and up to date).   Ideally you should mention your product or computer model, the model identifier and the OS you are running.   To find that detail go to … Apple menu > About this Mac > (plus) More Info.   A rough guide to your location can often help too.    Anyone trying to help you would be greatly encouraged to see this.

    Go to Verizonwireless.com, log in to your account (or register your phone number if you haven't done so).  Once logged in, Go to My Verizon, My Device, Backup my contacts.  That should bring you to your Cloud "dashboard" - where you can view Contacts, Photos, Videos, Music,Documents, and anything else  you've sent to Verizon Cloud.
    If this doesn't work for you, then where does it break down?  Do you get any error messages?

    After upgrading to iOS7, I was asked by the system to set an passcode.
    When i try to swipe from the notification area, it navigates me to the passcode lock screen which is expected but the same behaviour is not shown for a call - when i swipe from my notification area for the missed call it allows me to make calls.
    Is this a bug or expected behaviour? Why there is a different behaviour for different functionalities? Its just to confuse the users?

    It sounds as if you only had one line with an upgrade available. So you can only upgrade one line. For you to upgrade as well, you will have to wait until your upgrade is available. You can check that at MyVerizon. That's just how it works. All carriers and phone brands are the same. I have to wait until February to upgrade. The only thing you can do to get the new iPhone, is add a new line. But then you're paying for a line you don't need.

    Hi, I just signed up for a trial on Creative Cloud after downloading several adobe apps on my iPad. When I try to log in via safari I just get a blank screen. Any advice welcomed.

    Please be aware that having the Block Cookies settings in Safari set to "from third parties and advertisers" does not allow access to your company's online support chat system.  I was trying to figure that out earlier and this came up.  Someone needs to work out a way for there to be nonconflicting configurations for different parts of the site.
    (If you have it set to the default, the button for the support chat does not appear, only if you have it set to 'never'.)
    I am still getting an issue where I have an 'https:localhost/ appearing as a fail-to-open on the creative.adobe.com page, despite changing the cookies earlier as noted.   My hosts file is clear.  I can use it from Firefox and Chrome, but Chrome's issues with its caching drove me away from it (I do not need a 400mb cache), and Firefox has been rather slow.  The site works fine, I just am concerned about this 'localhost' request.
    In addition, the page simply sits there trying to load from it, and eventually I get an error that the page has hung while loading.

    I want to edit the tool Area iView to invoke an external web services.
    I created a tool Area iView to be customized by importing “com.sap.portal.navigation.toolarea.par.bak” file from the NW2004s and create new portal project.
    I know how to edit add or remove any part from the tool area iview
    But how I can access the web service proxy? or what is the best way to implement that.

    Stumbled into a small problem:

  • How do I access Creative cloud from my computer?

    I have had CC for a few years now but do not know how to access the 20G of cloud space available. Does it show up as a drive on my desktop? or, Can I make it that way? That would be most convenient but my main question is 'where is it?' and 'how do I get to it?'

    Any items (files and / or folders) you place in the Creative Cloud Files folder will by synced up to the cloud storage. (You can also Upload files just using a browser at the Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files).
    Once you have items uploaded you can do a read-only share from the Files page using Send Link. Or you can allow others to update the folder by using Collaborate.
    If you use Send Link the person does not need an Adobe ID. Collaborate does require a free Adobe ID.

    Hi, all
    setting up the new playbook. everything is working: email, internet, tethering, blackberry bridge...
    I have come across one problem though:
    i found that I cannot reply to an email when open from notification area. i.e when new email arrives, ntification flashes in the corner. when I press to open the new email I see all the buttons, but nothing happens. I would very muxh like to reply to email from that window.
    Is there something wrong with the playbook, or is it designed that way?

    Works just fine for me. The list opens when Itap the notification area. When I tap on the title or letter icon  for the new email, it opens in edit-reply mode.
    Edit: Not quite the truth... I have to click on the reply icon at the bottom of the just-opened message  - the envelope icon with the left green arrow.

  • Problems logging into creative cloud from desktop PC

    Hi,
    I have been using creative cloud file sync for a few weeks now and it seemed to be working fine.
    The other day when i clicked on my creative cloud desktop shortcut I just got a blank adobe creative cloud screen there is nowhere to enter username and password.
    I can't seem to work out the issue and need to sync my files again.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Just wondering if anyone can assist still not sure what to do about this problem was thinking about re-installing creative cloud desktop.
    I still get a blank white adobe login screen when I try and access creative cloud from my windows 7 laptop to sync files or update my adobe applications (see image below).This login worked fine until about 4 weeks ago.
    When I login to creative cloud in my browser my files are there up to the point of the last sync.
    I did try and use Adobe chat but they just advised to call customer support on 800-833-6687 but this call would cost a fortune from the UK.

  • 2 Macs, 2 iCloud accounts. Can we access both Clouds?

    My husband and I have 2 Macs. We both use each, although, I sync to the MacBook and he syncs to the iMac. I plan on moving my MobileMe account over to iCloud and he is going to be getting a new iCloud account.  If we both have 2 iCloud accounts, will we be able to access both "Clouds" from both computers?

    If you have both accounts set up, once your in your default gmail account, click Menu (the spot with 4 horizontal lines) and then touch "Accounts".  This should bring up a screen allowing you to select the account that you want to view.

    I'm trying to access BT cloud from a web browser but I get the following message
    Error 500--Internal Server Error
    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.1 500 Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
    After replacing hard drive on laptop I need to access BT cloud to get my music back but I just get this error message.
    Does anyone know how to fix this?
    I can't download the app because due to my laptop having a faulty DVD drive I am unable to get windows back on it so instead had to install Ubuntu using a USB stick.

    You could try web access at https://www.btcloud.bt.com
    I'm not sure how convenient it will be if you have lots of stuff.  Looks as if it may give you one big zip file, which while not the most convenient shouldn't be too bad.

    No, I do not mean just the music.  Copying just the media/music files or the media folder creates problems.

  • How does one access data in the cloud from two different computers

    This isn't a problem but a question anticipating a possible problem.
    I have a MacBook Air running os X (version 10.8.2) and a desktop iMac runing 10.7
    I notice that when I create a PAGES document on the Macbook Air, it automatically saves to the cloud with a tef extension unless I force the file to save to the hard drive.  Data on the hard drive is backed up, of course.  But there are files saved to the cloud that are not saved to my external time machine drive.
    If I lost the drive on the MacBook Air, can I retrieve the files in the cloud?  I have the other computer, but I don't think that OS 10.7.x can access those cloud files and I've been told that the iMac can not be upgraded to 10.8
    Even if I could load 10.8 on the IMac--how would I get to those files if I am not on my personal MacBook Air?  What's the key to retrieving that data?  I've checked some of the manuals that I have and they very happily tell you how to save files to the cloud.  There's no discussion on what to do if things go wrong. 
    I know how I would retrieve my oracle data here at work if I was sitting at another terminal--what's the equivalent process if I was sitting at another mac machine?

    Documents saved via the applications in 10.8 can be accessed from iCloud.com on any computer providing you have a mobile iWork application.
    Whilst documents are saved to iCloud on your 10.8 Mac, they are also written locally and therefore backed up with something like Time Machine.
    if you did update your 10.7 Mac, things would merely become easier, you could access documents saved in (say) pages on one Mac in Pages on the other.
