Access to iTunes and App Store in iOS7

I just downloaded iOS7 on my iPhone 5.  Now I cannot see any content on iTunes (I type the artist's name into the search field, and nothing comes up) and I cannot accept the new terms and conditions in the app store (it just gives me the terms and conditions, with no accept/decline option and a nonfunction "email" button. Anyone have a resolution to this?

  • Intranet Apple ITunes and App Store

    Hi
    In our network environment, we are trying to limit a group of computing devices to only communicate in a secure environment. If we could limit these units to always communicate with a server in a DMZ zone, and the server pass the information to the small group of computing devices.
    Is it possible to configure a Mac or windows platform server to work as a relay that can provide connectivity to iTunes and the App Store?
    The goal is to have, in a secure environment, access to iTunes and App Store content without having the computing devices ever reach the internet.

    The "13" is, I believe, embedded in US Federal law. That does niot answer your question, however.
    If you are using a Mac, you can set up accounts for the children and use parental controls to limit acces to things. If you want them to buy things, do it through your own account under control.

  • ITunes and App store access after changing Apple ID.

    Having changed country of residence recently, I changed my Apple ID. However, the old ID continues to come up on my iPad and asks me for my password. The ID has been closed and it will not accept either my old password or my new password under the new ID. It does work on my PC under the new Apple Id, but I cannot access, download or update any apps etc on my iPad.
    When attempting to access the Apps Store it constantly comes up with a log-in using my old ID and will not et me change that ID. If I try to change the password using "Forgot password", it simply will not recognise the old ID as being a valid ID. The email address for the old ID is no longer valid or in use and that is why I chnaged my Apple ID rather than setting up a new ID.

    I am sorry to hear that you cannot connect to or download from the iTunes and App Stores. There are some very good troubleshooting steps that I would recommend in this situation. Please follow the steps and information in the article below. 
    Can't connect to the iTunes Store
    Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
    Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time. 
    Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
    Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
    Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
    Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
    Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
    Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
    Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
    If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

    I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. What a poor sync system! Really atypical for apple!

    I was wonders ring whether anyone would be able to help me with this problem that I'm having. My iPad is connected to the Internet and I can use any app that needs Internet access except the App Store and iTunes Store. Anyone help would much appreciated

    2. Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatically>On
    3. Check you Time Zone

    After updating to iOS 8.0.2, I have tried updating apps and buying music but nothing happens on my iPhone 5 or my iPad.  Can someone help with this?  All it shows it the rotating circle saying it's looking or working or whatever but even after logging in with the Apple id nothing works.  I can connect my phone to the computer and things update but still shows on phone/iPad after that I still need to update apps.

    I recently updated the software on my iphone 4. Now the itunes and app store display in french only. I live in Quebec, but French is not my native language. Is there a way to switch it back to English?

    Assume you have set up accounts as IMAP, so it is reflecting the state as it is on the server. You will need to access your mail via web and delete. Maybe the server did not sync with outlook exchange for deleted items.

  • What would cause no browser to find internet, but iTunes and App Store work?

    I am able to go to Apple iTunes Store, Apple App Store and check for Software Updates, but can't connect to Internet through Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome.  What would be the reason? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What happens when you try to load a page in a web browser? Is there some kind of error message, and if so, what does it say? Have you tried multiple different pages, with the same results? What about Mail - do you use that, and if so, is it able to connect?
    I notice there's a disparity between the short text preview of your post and what is actually showing. I'm not sure whether that's because you edited the post or what, but you had (at some point) said:

    The question in my mind is, what virus definitions? What anti-virus software do you have installed? Have you tried disabling it to see if the problem goes away?
    Edit: Ahh, and now I can see the post where you said that, whereas it wasn't showing up at all before. This forum software is having serious problems this week!

    Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

  • ITune and App Store Shortcuts disappeared from phone's home page

    I received my iphone 4 a few days ago and yesterday I noticed both the iTunes and App store shortcut have disappeared from my phones home screen. It seemed to coincide (not completley sure about this) with when I connected to my companies MS exchange server. How do I get these two items back?

    I don't have an answer for this, yet am experiencing the same trouble.  When activating my corporate email account on my iPhone via MS Exchange, the Safari Web Browser & Camera icons disappear from the home screen and can not be accessed or used.  I have tried this multiple times and this issue certainly coincide's with my MS Exchange account either activated (icons disappear) or deactivated (icons appear as normal).  My only thoughts are the MS Exchange server sends commands (set fourth by the MS Exchange account owner's IT security administrator) to the iPhone which disable these features.
