Access to previous versions if I buy the last version ?

Hi,
I need to buy Robohelp 5 to import a project (realised by Robohelp 5), but it is not available anymore on the Adobe website. So my questions are : Can I buy Robohelp 5 ? And if I can't, will it possible to download Robohelp 5 if I buying Robohelp 9 ?

Pour créer une nouvelle société, il faut tout d'abord fermer la société en cours (menu Fichier) puis lancer la commande Nouvelle société (ou CTRL + N) qui est alors active. 
La création d'une nouvelle société s'effectue à l'aide d'un assistant qui détaille les étapes une à une. Les boutons Suivant et Précédent permettent de passer d'une étape à l'autre.
La création d'une société passe obligatoirement par la saisie ou la sélection des informations suivantes : nom société et Pilote d’accès, serveur SQL, raison sociale de la société, pays de la société, période de l'exercice comptable, type de comptabilité, tables de références à créer.
Après validation de l'assistant, le logiciel propose automatiquement de définir <A href="..\Préférences_de_la_société\Param_tres_Soci_t_.htm">les paramètres de fonctionnement</A> du logiciel.
 
Important !! toutes les fenêtres du logiciel devront être fermées pour modifier ces paramètres.

Buy the last version of numbers

I am still running on OS 10.8.5 (not moving to maverick yet) and I need to buy the last version of numbers that will work on my OS...its not for sale on Apple's site...where can I buy this ?

You will be purchasing the "Productivity Suite" of Numbers, Pages and Keynote called iWork '09. The apps will need to be updated immediately upon installation because they were introduced several operating system versions ago and won't function in Mavericks until you run Software Update. So, do that before trying to launch any of the apps.

Did you change the ID, or did you create a new Apple ID? If you had simply changed the ID then what I suggested above should work as the ID itself is the same (even though the name of the ID - the address - has changed).
However if you created a new ID, logged in with that, and purchased items on it, then you have two separate IDs each with purchased associated with them. You say that you can't log in to the original account with the 'alternate' email - have you tried logging in with the original email address? It doesn't matter if it doesn't actually work to receive mail, as far as logging in is concerned it's just a text string.

Access to previous versions of FCPX

I have just purchased FCP for my daughter to use at home to support her college work. Transporting a complete library between machines using an external SSD works well but the first time we tried to move her work to college we were caught out by a version compatibility problem.
College using 10.1.2
We have 10.1.3 installed at home
I have investigated and have discovered that 10.1.3 libraries are not compatible with 10.1.2. That is fine. The only sensible solution is to run the same version at home as is being run at her college.
We have never had version 10.1.2 as we have only just purchased. It would seem reasonable to be able to select the version that you wish to install when purchasing the software but the app store game me 10.1.3 and I cannot select the version that I install. I understand that not all versions can be made available. But for compatibility reasons it doesn't seem much to ask to be able to select from a small number of recent versions.
Where can a legitimate FCPX licensee like myself get hold of 10.1.2, the version that I need to achieve the compatibility that I need to make the software useful to me?

The ideal would be to get the college to update their software.
AFAIK there is no official way to obtain 10.1.2, unless you have an earlier copy.
But if can contact Apple directly and explain the situation, *maybe* they can help you.

Lost a previous session, session was not the last session, can I get it back?

The first thing to try is to open Phone, and simply dial "1" -- hold the "1" key down for 2 or 3 seconds. That should send you to your cellular carrier's voicemail box. You may be asked for a password. Type it in if you ever had one, if not, try your telephone number as the password. If that does not set up visual voicemail, contact your cellular carrier.

Purchased a Season of a TV show, but the last episodes are showing up as needing to be purchased again?

Out of curiosity, I purchased Season 1 of The Devils Ride. At the time, there were only 3 episodes. I was notified when episode 4 became available and was able to download / watch the episode without problem, but since then there have been 2 new episodes, and those 2 are not available for download.... rather they have an individual purchase price listed nex to them. However, the season is being shown as "purchased" in the itunes store.
What the heck is that about? How can I purchase as season, have iTunes say "this season is purchased' but then when I look at the listings for the episodes, it seems I have to buy the last few episodes on their own.
Is there anyway to get the store to register the fact that I purchased access to the whole season? I'm kind of frustrated that iTunes thinks I need to buy these individual eppisodes even though the season is clearly being registered as purchased.
Any help would be appreciated!

When I transferred the info from an old ipod, broken, to a new one the contacts I received were from all over the place, many whom I did not even know. Can I only restore from the last sync or can I go back further to get my old contacts?

I recently had to replace my ipod touch. The old one had a broken button and would not change the screen correctly. Apple gave me a new ipod and told me all I needed to do was update the new ipod from the itunes which I had backed up prior to getting the new one. When I did the sync , the info for my contacts was giving me names and addresses from all over the place except the itunes. Can I retrieve info from a previous sync or only to the last sync that was made?

Yes I did. When installing the new ipod it had to update the software, then it sync'ed the information onto the new ipod. The contacts were not the original ones, and all the phone numbers have dissappeared. Is there any way to recover them?

Why will Firefox 4 no longert allow me access to a Domino web access/IBM email account that I was accessing with the previous version of Firefox?

I have an email account at a university where I am teaching. My email address there is [email protected] . With the previous version of Firefox I was able to access my email account. After I installed Firefox 4, I no longer have access to this account. Instead I get a message telling me to reload from my browser, but I cannot see how to do this. I need to have access to this email account from my desktop computer, and so I was thinking of uninstalling Firefox 4. Also, on another website that I use as my home page, which is www.marketamerica.com/signewaller , I had it set up to automatically remember my username and password when going to my "back office" from that site, but now after installing Firefox 4 I have to retype my username and password.

I deleted the account on my ASUS email at settings. The ASUS appeared to delete the Yahoo email account, but when I clicked on the shortcut, my yahoo email had updated and everything looks good.

You don't need to buy an earlier version of iDVD to have it run with Lion. iDVD 7 has been with us since iLife 08. Tell us in detail what you're experiencing.

I can't uninstall in order to reinstall. It keeps telling me a previous version needs to have the computer restart. I restart. Back to needing to restart. Right now I can't access Firefox at all.

I upgraded to the new version and something went funky. Tab weren't working. So thought I'd uninstall and reinstall and now I'm stuck in the cycle. I can't uninstall as it tells me that a previous version needs the computer to restart. I'll restart and then try again and get the same message. If I try to just reinstall, it get the same message. Right now, I can't access Firefox at all. Help!

I understand that you are unable to uninstall the software in order to re-install the software with your HP Officejet 8600. I am sorry for the frustration, but I am happy to help!
I am not sure which version of Windows you are using, but this should work with Windows XP and up. Please try a level-three uninstall by going through this fatal error guide, Fatal Error 'Error 1155. Not Found.' (MSI Error 1155) Displays During Software Installation in Windo.... Even though this guide does not match your error, I believe the level-three instructions will help.

Cannot see the Previous Versions using SharePoint Designer 2013 - Versions cannot be accessed at this time.

I was trying to view the Version History of a page from the SharePoint Designer 2013, I got the following error. "Versions cannot be accessed at this time, because the server is busy. Please try again later.
Whereas I can able to access the version history through browser, the issue only occurs in SharePoint Designer.

Hi Ramkumar,
I understand that when you use SharePoint designer 2013 to check previous version of a page, it will pop up the error window. This is a known issue and here are two feasible workaround:
1.Use SharePoint designer 2010 to connect SharePoint 2013 site.
2.In SharePoint Designer 2013, use the Versions pane in the Page Summary view to access detailed version information of a file. You can access the Page Summary view by:
a. (Left) Clicking on a filename in the Site Pages list.
b. Select a file Site Pages list by clicking anywhere in the row (except the filename) and then clicking on “Page Settings” in the Site Pages.
c. Restore the required version.

I do not have the money to buy a new computer and wish not to be vulnerable using your latest version of Firefox. I want to stay with the previous version.

I saw a previous question from a windows user, but it seemed like it was from a very long time ago (talking about the 3.x.x editions), and all the links on that thread seemed to only have updates of 3. I just want to stay with the version of Firefox before this latest update (10/30/12) that say 16.0.2 doesn't work well with my older Mac OSX. Can you provide me a link to reinstall that, and forgive my ignorance, but let me know exactly what I need to do to avoid losing preferences and bookmarks and such? Thanks very much.

All Firefox 16 versions still work with your OS X 10.5 operating system, but that is the last version that will work. 
Firefox 17 will require OS X 10.6 and later.

How can I return to a previous version of Numbers? Or how can I have all my sheets show on a column on the left hand side, as in the previous version?

I updated my Numbers for Mac only to find out that there are several changes that make it less appealing for me so far (and I don't think it's only the learning curve). Questions: a) can I somehow edit the location of where I can find all the sheets (right now they are on top of the page, and you can't see all of them listed at quick glance but must scroll/arrow through them) I have in that spreadsheet? In the previous version they were all easy access on the left hand side.
Or b) can one go back to a previous version of a program somehow?

On my machine I just hit shift-command-j (the keyboard shortcut I assigned in System Preferences) and a list of the sheets in the current document pops up:
I type a number from the list and jump immediately to that sheet. The hands never have to leave the keyboard.
(This particular document had a sheet named for each month. But the sheets in your document automatically will be listed instead.)
This is done via a Jump to Sheet Automator Service (Dropbox download). To install just doubleclick the .workflow package and (if needed) click 'Download Anyway' in System Preferences > Privacy & Security.
Installation will cause a new item to appear in your Numbers > Services menu. Then, if you want a keyboard shortcut, go here in System Preferences and add one:
You can rename or remove the service by holding down the option key in Finder and choosing Go > Library > Services. You can also view the AppleScript contaned within the service by opening the .workflow package in Automator.
Note, also, that in Numbers 3 you don't have to use those left-right arrows upper right to slowly scroll left-right to the sheets that are out of view. Just move your cursor up to the "band" with the "tabs" and drag left or right. That's much faster than using the arrows.
