Accessing Creative cloud typekit downloas

When I access Creative Cloud, all I get is a page re buying Lightroom.  I have the PS/LR monthly subscription and want to access Creative cloud for other related downloads like Typekit.

Hi Phred,
Sorry for the confusion here. The Photoshop/Lightroom Creative Cloud subscription comes with a Trial Typekit Plan. If you won't to use all the Typekit desktop fonts, you would need a Portfolio Plan.
Could you shoot us an email at: [email protected] with some more details? I think that would be the best way to get this sorted.
Cheers,
Benjamin

I was unable to access the laptop last night to create a new user; however my client would perfer not to try a second account since that would make it unusable for him while we test the second profile.
Also John Sophos was installed after this started to verify that it was not a virus/malware (I know pointless step but it has happened to me before) so I don't think that is the problem

  • I cant Access  creative cloud on my windows 8.1 desktop, how can i fix it ?

I cant Access  creative cloud on my windows 8.1 desktop, how can i fix it ?

I'm wondering if I'm having the same issue. When I try to launch the Creative Cloud app, the app appears to launch, but the main area is white.
I am running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit - all updates are applied.
Here are some things I've tried:
    I've tried restarting my computer.
    Disabling my firewall/antivirus (Avast)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app.

I get a small Blank Window showing when accessing Creative Cloud App, it is very annoying.

  • Creative Cloud Typekit Sync removes fonts at will

Typekit fonts are becoming unusable due to reliablity issues. Sometimes with as much regularity as 2 or 3 times per day. All of a sudden all the fonts are gone from the machine and the creative cloud menu bar icon simply touts the feature without any kind of error - just an insulting "Hey, you should try this feature that you've been using for months and your job depends on..." - note the added sarcasm.
I'm on a mac, I'm running Mavericks, I've got the latest OS updates and software updates from Adobe. I've got persistent Internet with no gaps spanning 30 minutes let alone 30 days. This happens at a minimum weekly. I am deathly paranoid of ever having to use my laptop for work because if I get in a  situation where my abilities to compensate for Adobe's failures are limited due to no internet access - I am HOSED.
    Please look into this.

    Hello hofgutjmart,
I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with font sync.  Would you please email some of your recent log files to us at [email protected], so we can look into the problem?
    On OS X:
    * Open the Finder
    * under the Go menu, select "Go To Folder"
    * in the window that opens, type:  /Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
Remember to replace "(username)" with your own account name.
(Or if you are comfortable working from the Terminal, cd to $HOME/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/)
Attach the 3 or 4 most recent CoreSync-yyyy-MM-dd.log files to an email. Please don't send a zip file, as they often get flagged as spam.
    Thank you,

    Ken,
Please be aware that having the Block Cookies settings in Safari set to "from third parties and advertisers" does not allow access to your company's online support chat system.  I was trying to figure that out earlier and this came up.  Someone needs to work out a way for there to be nonconflicting configurations for different parts of the site.
(If you have it set to the default, the button for the support chat does not appear, only if you have it set to 'never'.)
I am still getting an issue where I have an 'https:localhost/ appearing as a fail-to-open on the creative.adobe.com page, despite changing the cookies earlier as noted.   My hosts file is clear.  I can use it from Firefox and Chrome, but Chrome's issues with its caching drove me away from it (I do not need a 400mb cache), and Firefox has been rather slow.  The site works fine, I just am concerned about this 'localhost' request.
In addition, the page simply sits there trying to load from it, and eventually I get an error that the page has hung while loading.

  • How do I access Creative cloud from my computer?

I have had CC for a few years now but do not know how to access the 20G of cloud space available. Does it show up as a drive on my desktop? or, Can I make it that way? That would be most convenient but my main question is 'where is it?' and 'how do I get to it?'

Any items (files and / or folders) you place in the Creative Cloud Files folder will by synced up to the cloud storage. (You can also Upload files just using a browser at the Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files).
Once you have items uploaded you can do a read-only share from the Files page using Send Link. Or you can allow others to update the folder by using Collaborate.
If you use Send Link the person does not need an Adobe ID. Collaborate does require a free Adobe ID.

  • How to access creative cloud storage?

    Hello,
I am new to the Creative Cloud and cannot seem to find how to access the 20gb of storage offered with the plan. I may have missed it, but is this available with the monthly plan? If so, where does on access this?
    Thank you,

  • Creative cloud typekit license website

    Hello,
My college has a Creative cloud membership, it also includes Typekit. When we build a website for a customer do we need a separate Typekit license when we use a Typekit font for this customer or can we use my colleges license for the customers website?
    Cheers.

    Hi Leonet,
If you want to use Typekit on your clients' sites, you would need to upgrade to a Business Plan. Reselling to clients (using Typekit to serve fonts for client sites) is permitted on Business Plans only. We may limit the number of sites you can resell on each plan in the future, but for now the only limitation is for pageviews (which begin at 2M pageviews a month and go up from there).
You can learn more about our Business Plans (which also feature VIP support and guaranteed uptime) at the bottom of this page: https://typekit.com/plans/
You could also choose to purchase an individual Typekit account on behalf of each of your clients, or you might ask your clients to purchase the accounts which you can help manage.
I hope this helps; please let me know if you have any further questions.
    Cheers,
    Benjamin

  • Can't access creative cloud with safari

I get a blank page every time I try to access any creative cloud pages from Safari.  I've tried emptying cache, quiting and restarting, etc.  It's fine from Firefox.  The Activity window says https:localhosts/   bad url.

  • Cannot access creative cloud because work computer.  How can I cancel membership if I cannot even access the account?

All I get when I try to sign in is a page that states "File Not Found (404)".  I can't sign in so how can I possibly cancel the membership?

Jaly1385 if you have a month to month plan you need to contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to cancel your membership.  You can find additional details on how to cancel your membership at Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html.

  • Can you access creative cloud programs on multiple computers as a student?

    Hi there,
I am a student and i recently purchased CC on my laptop, i thought that you could access the programs on two computers if not logged in at the same time? is this not the case? if not am i able to transfer my membership from my laptop to my iMac?

Yes, you are allowed to have working installations on two machines.  To get it on the second machine just repeat the process for it... install the Cloud manager, sign in, install the applications.
