hey, i ordered a zen touch yesterday and was wondering what sort of accessories there are to get? any good cases, any adapters? i also have a battery question...is it good or bad for the player to be kept plugged in while listening to it's i heard if it keeps plugged in it overheats? where should i get firewire?

As for accessories, what he gave was usefull, just as well as one of these gadgets. http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProdu...oduct_Id=66903an FM transmitter. very handy, and easy to use. what it does is transmit your music to whatever FM station you choose.

You need an Apple TV to be able to wirelessly send pictures etc. from iPhone.
However you can buy an adapter if you want to connect to a TV

I also get the same problem, this is very tedious but if you edit the song somehow and re-save it then it will copy. Not sure what the problem is at all, tried contacting Apple about this to no avail.

Buying accessories for the Nano 4G

I have been shopping for accessories for my new Nano 4G 16GB, and have run across compatibility issues. I have been told that if the item is compatible with the iPhone then it will work with the Nano 4G. Is this true?
I'm specifically looking for a home docking system with a remote control, to hook my Nano 4G into my home entertainment system. (TV and Surround sound system) I have found one that is designed for the iPhone, and don't know if it will work with the Nano 4G, the seller doesn't know either.
Obviously I should buy the one Apple makes, but I can't afford it.

It's Chinese product with no brand name, so that's kind of hard to do.
I have been reading reviews that talk about Apple using a proprietary chipset that won't allow you to use their newer products with other manufacturer's aftermarket accessories. Is this true?

I can't find accessories for the nokia 520

I live in Texas and I have yet to find a phone case for my phone. I have looked on amazon and other sites. I even bought a few off eBay and all were designed for the 521. The 521 is about an eight of an inch taller that the 520. They just start carrying a gel case at the ATT store here, but no hard cases. Over all this phone is great. With movies and music just drag and drop and it converts automatically. Great phone with no case

I got a shuffle for Christmas and I love it! I have been trying to find a car adapter for it. Does one exist???

Yaa...it does exist..I had connected my ipod to the car audio plenty of times...you can directly plug it in the USP port...and if its supporting auxiliary..you can go for that..

New accessories for Zen micro? New firmwa

i'm most likely gonna buy the zen micro tonight. i figure that it is creative's new "flagship" model so that means its prob. gonna get the most firmware, acc., and most support. if anyone has a reason i shouldnt get it let me know, i've read all the stuff about freezes and everything, but i'm sure by christmas there will be plenty of firmware for all these probs. hopefully lol. also, are there any 3rd party accessories for the micro, like skins or cases or anything? any new firmware about to be realeased?

In Japan, the remote comes with the Zen Micro (still doesn't justify the $80 dollar price increase!!). I tried using the remote and found it to be a waste. I wouldn't bother buying it. When I am wearing a jacket I put the Micro in my jacket breast or side pocket. When I am not wearing a jacket, I use the case and belt clip.
Unless you make massi'vely long playlists and would thus keep the Micro in your bag for LONG periods of time, the remote is essentially useless. It only has volume, puase, play, and next track controls, and no display of course.
Just my thoughts on the remote. The clip sucks on the remote too. It's too small to clip to the strap on my bag securely.

What are some of the best apple or third party accessories for the iPad 2

the Zagg keyboard/case. I also have a leather portfolio cover that I love. Enables me to carry the ipad around without worrying about it since it's protected with a minimum of bulk.
If you're going to do a lot of typing and the onscreen keyboard drives you nuts, then you can get an external blue tooth keyboard.
A screen guard is vital. whether you get a Zagg or others (one advantage of a Zagg, it has a lifetime warranty. costs about 30 bucks, but if you register it when you buy it, if it gets damaged, tell htem, request a replacement, send in your old one and you're set to go.
if you have a camera with a SD card, the camera connection kit is nice since you can transfer and view photos on your ipad. The commercial charger is nice too since you get about 4 more feet of cord so you can more easily use it while it charges.
if you're a person that finds the finger interface tough, they have styluses that you can look into.

Accessories for Nano

Do you think Apple will create some accessories for the nano (itrip, photo connector) and when this would likely happen. Furthermore, 4gb doesn't seem like a lot of storage at this time and I wonder if/when they will increase the memory size.

I know a iPod comes with a usb cord but I would like to use the USB power adapter I have so I can charge iPod during travel with computer/laptop.
It seems to me that the connector in USB power adapter is a regular USB type B connector. But, I could not find the information to confirm it is a regular USB type B. Even it is the regular USB type B connector it does not work with the a usb cord shipped with iPod, which is a USB type A connector. That's the reason I would like to know if I can use it with new generation of iPod.
Or, I can just get a USB connector converter. But, not sure if it can supply the enough power to ...
