Accidentally clicked 'don't allow access to my videos'

Accidentally clicked 'don't allow access to my videos' when I fist started the software. Subsequently can't access any of the videos or photos on my iPad and can't find any way to change this in the settings. Have tried deleting and re downloading the software but its hasn't prompted me with the question again.

Settings-privacy-videos- turn on access for the desired app.

I have the same problem but in reverse. I clicked on don't allow in FaceBook when I was asked to allow it to access my photos and videos. I have been into the privacy settings as suggested by FaceBook and there is no link.

This problem seemed to have worked itself out... Somewhere amongst these solutions...
1. Reinstall iTunes
2. Restart computer
3. Restart iDevice
It didn't at first, and I thought to myself... "Oh great, another problem which Apple doesn't acknowledge as existing", but don't worry. Give it a couple of restarts, and if all else fails... Create a new Windows Logon and try from there.
It just happens I was in the middle of reformatting my PC and resinstalling Windows 7, so it wasn't so much an issue when I wiped as it worked when I tried it on a fresh system.

Install ForeverSaveLite (free) on your Mac to prevent this in the future.

If your iOS device is locked with a passcode, unlock it.
Tap Trust.
If you're about to sync the device with iTunes, click Accept.
The trusted computer or device can access the files and settings of your iOS device. A trusted computer can sync with your iOS device, import photos, access movies and videos, contacts, and other such content, until you disconnect. Additional Information

RECONNECT IT AGAIN AND PRESS TRUST

When keynote asked me to allow it to access my photos I accidentally selected "don't allow". Now I cannot seem to change that so that It can access my photos. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. I'm working on the program on my iPad. Thanks

See if this works. Settings>Privacy>Photos>Keynote>On.
And if that doesnt do it - also check Settings>General>Restrictions>privacy>Photos

[HELP]don't allow access folder in web root, but allow dowload files in it?

I got a big problem, at least ... with me .. uhm ... I have a web application, which I allow user upload file on, I save that file in a folder below the web root, I mean ... www.mywebapp/files/uploadFile.zip <--- something like that...
I don't want user to able to access files folder, but ... I allow who has already login as admin of my web app can download that files :( ...
how can I do that ... plz help me :(

Put the "files" folder under the WEB-INF directory.
Nothing can access the WEB-INF directory directly.
Then write a servlet that will get requests, and send back the file.
Alternatively you can use web.xml security constraints, to define who can/can't access the files.

Nevermind I ended up having to reset my restrictions and everything was restored after I reenabled the restrictions. There are also other ways to retrieve but I did NOT jailbreak my Ipod.

Ok, this just happened to me and none of the above seemed to work. But, I have found a solution that worked for me:
go to settings > general > reset > then click 'reset all settings' (only click if you happy to reset all settings)
Obviously, this will reset all your settings but not lose content.
My iphone 5S was attached to the computer and itunes throughout this process .... it will power down, restart and you will notice the sync icon start to whirr!
Obviously once redone you will have to reset security thumb/passcode - but your sync should now be working!!!

How do I set a default to never allow access to my contacts and stop the popup requests on every website?

Since last few Nightly updates, I am getting one or more (one site had 5 domains) popup requests similar to "Allow ad.doubleclick.net to access your contacts? [] Don't ask for this site again. Allow access Don't allow access .... This is getting really annoying. If you are going to add this capability to Firefox, please add a default config setting to always deny access and stop the popups.

It is in the process of being disabled. It will likely be some time next week before the code will be reverted.

the main thing is if you can kindly help me through, I have erase my phone from find iPhone but it will erase once it connect to Internett,
when ever I connect phone to iTunes I got one message on the screen of my laptop the message is (do you want to allow this computer to access information on ali phones)
If you don't allow access, you will not be able to manage sync your phone with this computer.
but sadly how I can allow because there is nothing coming on my phone screen. There is just iPhone disable connect to iTune just on the screen
and there is slide for emergency instead slide to unlock,
so this thing if you can help me through it will be very thankful,

Reset all settings should cure that. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings. All your preferences and settings are reset including those for apps. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected. You will be asked all the questions you have answered about using location services again etc. Data like high scores etc will be lost but it will let you use the computer again

Since a recent update? am having to constantly click "Allow access...." Shouldn't once you click on an email sourse it will accept all future emails with full g

Perhaps since a recent update, I have had to go to "Options" and then click "Allow access......" to receive graphics with appropriate emails. Once you have done this shouldn't the program receive all future emails from each source without having to repeat this step every time? I find this situation time consuming and frustrating. My computer skills are at a basic level.

I was just prompted (out of no where) that "CoreServicesUiAgent" would like to access your calendar. Don't Allow. Allow. - What's that for? Why did it show up and do I allow or not? I've googled this extensively and no one knows what it is. Thanks.

This promt seems to relate to iCal - it is requesting access to my "calendar" but the icon shows the iCal icon infront of some icon of a house with a dial - maybe it is supposed to look like a safe dial protecting my house.
There is a ? that launches the Help Centre. There is says the prompt is because something is tying to access the calendar and I need to give permission but I'm not running anything that would have needed access.
Is it possible that one of the websites I was on prompted it? I didn't download anything - but I'm working in SmartSheet, which uses a calendar tool to track projects. Any chance that's trying to communicate with iCal in the background?
But I can't see anywhere online where people know what the CoreServicesUIAgent is, and there's no more info about what/who I'd be giving access to my calendar.

Thanks, I'd done that before coming to Apple and didn't receive any additional information about whether it's safe to choose "Don't Allow" or "OK". I don't know what I'm in for if I choose either one. Can't afford to lose that calendar. I depend on it too much.
