Accidentally deleting all my emails

I was deleting emails on my iPhone, I don't know what happened, it seems that I accidentally deleted every emails on my inbox. All my emails in the past couple of years are gone.
Even when I come home to my Mac, they are also deleted from the inbox on my Mac.
What can I do to recover them? I have set up Mail on both my iPhone and Mac to only delete deleted emails after 1 month, is there a way to recover them?

Have you checked, on your Mac. the trash folders (email program first, the mac one then) ?
If mail deletes on iPhone are synced with your home mac, without the need of any sync on your side, it means your email account is most likely IMAP. To recover them, ask your email provider helpdesk, it may happen they keep a daily backup and can restore your mailbox status.

Unless you stop using your computer immediately and purchase file recovery software, the answer is 'No'. It's a deliberate process to delete all your email, so that makes me wonder why you were messing around with it, or not paying attention to what you were doing.
This is exactly type of situation where you need to have a bootable backup of your entire hard drive.

Yes it can; it restored mine from time to time.
Go to your email pages, then open Time machine.   It should open with a rather narrowed version of the page but decipherable all the same.
Once the grey time scale appears, scroll up until you reach the approximate date or the date of the missing mail.   Highlight the mail then click restore.
Clearly it could be a long job to do all of them and I don't think there is a form of consolidated restoration.

Lion has deleted all my emails and Time Machine back ups !

I had the very bad idea of installing Lion :
- first consequence : it deleted all my emails
at this point I was a bit disappointed but of course I had a back up of my emails via all the saveguards done automatically on my Time Capsule via Time Machine, so I decided to go there to get back my emails...
but ahhhhhh
- second Lion effect : it had deleted all my saveguards in my Time Capsule !!!!
I called Apple technical support :
they are very sorry but indeed Lion deleted my emails, and sorry again it has screwed my Time Machine, technically they have no solution !
Does anyone hat the same issues ? or had better technical support ?

This one would require another HD with plenty of space to recover to.
You should use another Boot Disk or other Mac with this one in Target mode to do the recovery.

Did you have time machine set up? Maybe you can retrieve them from a backup.
Oh... and if your mail provider is someone like Google, They may be sitting in your all mail folder on the server.

Go to the edit menu in the Spotify app and see if you can undo any changes made.

You CAN delete all your email. Here's how: >> Open Inbox >> Edit >> Check/select the top message; it will highlight the move button. >> Press and hold the move button and uncheck the message that you had checked earlier. >> Lift all your fingers off from the ipad screen and leave it alone. Wait until all your messages pile up on the right hand portion of the screen (in ipad); iphone will give you the actual number of emails it has selected for the action. Now they are just waiting for your command to be moved ALL at once. >> Choose trash to delete all of them or any other folder where u want to move them, like one piece. Remember this will replicate your action on the server so you will ACTUALLY move them or delete them on the server and not just the ipad. The Delete All button shows up at the bottom of the screen. Hit it! You’re done! I accidentally deleted all my music off my iPod and then synced my iPod to iTunes on my computer. However, it says "Some of the items in the iTunes library including --------- were not copied to the iPod ----- iPod touch because they could not be found". What do I do to get my music back as it is in my iTunes on my computer but not in my purchased file on iTunes on my iPod as the music is off a CD. Help would, as always, be helpful. Thanks.

That message means that iTunes can't find the actual music files. You need to find the music files. This may help

IIf you want to remove them from your device, remove the email account through Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calenders. Select the email account & tap Delete Account.
if you want to delete the emails permanently & in one go, you may be able to by logging into your email account through your browser from a computer.

You can create a new IMAP account in Apple Mail, and move all the messages to the IMAP folders. They are synced with the server.
I don't know if hotmail supports imap though, I would prefer Gmail.

If you don't have a back up then you'll need to use a file recovery app like File Salvage
To back up iPhoto you make a copy of the Library on another disk.
