Accidentally moved my camera icon to another page on 4s?

So basically the app icon for the default camera on my iphone 4s has decided to move from the first page, to it's own third page!
I've tried the whole holding my finger on the icon until it "wiggles", and then I have attempted to drag it to both the left and right to move it to another page- but this didn't work!
Please could someone tell me how to move it back to the first page?

The dragging icons is a bit of a learned "art". Instead of trying to force it to the adjacent screen, drag it to the edge and pause for a couple seconds until it jumps to the next screen.

Yeah, I just got the iphone on friday so I'm going to be one of those people..
I was holding the phone while I was helping my sister get the dogs settled in the car and I must have been pressing onto the camera icon and I didn't even realise it until I looked down after a few minutes and the icon was gone. Go to settings, general - restrictions - camera....make sure it is turned on. I did the same thing with my camera icon and this step fixed it.

I accidentally moved my hit counter below the page, i cant get it back

i dragged the hit counter down, and a song down below the page and now i cant scroll down to move it back. I need my hit counter back, and i need my annoying song gone. please help!

How about making a new text box, filling it with a little typing garbage. Then with this text box selected, move it down and down until your missing items are visible.
Before deleting them from their current positions, move them up high enough to get above the lowest point on your page before moving this text box down. Once up in the normal page area, then you can delete them and/or move to a normal spot. Once you delete your garbage text box, your footer margins will move back up to their higher location.

Camera icon on home screen

Whilst at a wedding today my icon for my camera vanished, the you tube one has appeared in its place. I can still access the camera if i type camera in to the search iphone box. Can anyone tell me how i can pin this icon backonto the page

Its not been deleted. More likely you have inadvertently moved the icon to another page. Check your other home screens.

Another thing that can happen is they get lumped together (or with other apps) by accidental screen touching. Mine ended up together in a folder called 'photography'. I just held my finger on it until they were wobbly, and dragged them out to the desktop.

My 2 year old was playing with it one day and now I see that my camera icon is gone!! I searched for "camera" but no result.
How do I get it back so I can use the camera function??

Are you sure your 2 year old didn't accidentally "slide" your camera icon to a different page? The "canned' icons that came with the IP can NOT be deleted (at least normally). However, if they are pushed for a moment, they start to giggle and then a swipe will move an icon to the next page. You can move them back the same way.

If you have restrictions enabled for the Camera, it's icon will be removed from the home screen. Check Settings > General > Restrictions.
Also, if you use an exchange email account, the exchange administrator can prevent use of the Camera. You can either delete that account or check with your exchange administrator about changing the restriction.

Camera Icon reboots phone

WHEN I TAP THE CAMERA ICON THE PHONE REBOOTS. I tried restoring it( the full restore in Itunes, and it still happens. I thought it was just spot in phone, so I even moved the camera icon to a whole new area. It still happened. The phone was previously unlocked. My firmware now is i think 3.1.2. I'd tell you the exact firmware, but my phone just rebooted again.
ALSO.... WHEN I LEAVE IT IN AUTOLOCK FOR TOO LONG THE PHONE TURNS OFF, AND TAKES FOREVER TO TURN BACK ON . PLEASE HELP

If by "unlocked" you mean jailbroken, that is most likely your problem. You will have to go to non-Apple sites to solve this.

My camera Icon has disappeared. How do I get it back? - it had not been moved or hidden in a folder.

I went to take a picture and my camera icon had just disapeared / was not there anymore.
I thought that maybe it had been moved so I checked all the folders and I even did a home page reset but still can't find it.
The photo files are still there thank goodness and I need to work out how to back them up / where they are stored when you sync your phone to itunes. That's another question though!
If someone could please tell me how to get my camera back I would really appreciate it.

Hi,
This usually happens accdently when we surf through the phone's menue trying to figure out more features, and one lands up changing some settings.
Check Settings > General > Restrictions and make sure restrictions are not enabled for any icon missing from your home screens ie: camera, safari etc.

I would like to organize my Ipad2 but can figure out how to move the app icon from one page to another.

Tap and hold down on an app icon until it wiggles. Then hold down on the icon and drag it about halfway over to the next screen and just hold it there for a second or two and the app will jump to the next page. Do it slowly and just hold the app on the edge of the screen. Don't try to drag it over quickly. It takes a little practice.
Tap the home button when you are done and the apps will stop wiggling.

ALL the Icons disappear for seconds after using five-finger-gesture and swipe to another page in the home screen

This issue has been making me annoyed for a long time...
You can find the bug by following steps:
1). Go to Settings APP.
2). Use five-finger-gesture to close this APP, and quickly swipe to another page of home screen before the icons in the current page haven't dropped down.( I mean...The animation that likes icons dropping down)
3). You can see ALL the icons will disappear for seconds.
I've restored the firmware again and again, but it doesn't helped at all...
And if I turn on the "reduce motion" option, the icons won't disappear.
And...Some little bugs:
1) In APP switcher, when swiping up to close APPs, the icon's animation is lost. (I mean...The icons shouldn't disappear without any animations. In iOS7, the icons should have a "closing animation"
2)In lock screen, press the power button with a very high speed, and you will see the "time" in the lock screen is being appeared and disappeared, appeared and disappeared, appeared and disappeared...
I hope you can understand me, I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm a middle school student in China, and I have to report these bugs.

Comments and Comment icons will be moved to the botton of the page

Why are the icons be moved to the bottom of the page once I shared it with acrobat.com The icons became very small, and it looks, that they has diapeared.
I am using Window 7

Moving from one page to another page - need to flush changed data

Hello guys,
I am in this situation:
-- User opens edit page -A and edits something.....
-- clicks another page B on menu -- gets unsaved data warning -- clicks OK
-- Moves to page B (search page).....
-- Searches for the same record and opens same page A (for the same record)
-- Now again i see the same edits I made in the first step
I want to load the data from database here.... i don't want to keep the edits (changes) after i move from that page.....
because what happens is that after i go to another page and hit the Commit button..... that saves the data which i have modified in previous page but didn't save it.... which is a big problem for me....
Any suggestion or idea willl be a greatly appreciated .. thank you...

The refresh operation is part of the row interface. Check the refrech(int mode) and the different modes

If you chose to go the rollback way, you should not generally rollback, but think in units of work. If you navigate to a different unit of work you should do a rollback. I'm doing this whenever the user navigates via a menu entry as they are used as boundries for units of work in my apps.
