Accidentally purchased a game twice, can I get a refund?

Last night, I bought the Monopoly Plus and Final Fantasy XIV Online. After the purchase, I checked the Monopoly Plus from the PS Store just to be sure that I got it and it says "Purchased". Then I checked the Final Fantasy XIV Online and did not see the "Purchased" note but instead the price is shown as if I have not bought the game yet. Thinking that I have not bought it, I immediately add it to my basket and bought it. To my surprise when I checked my email, it was bought twice and the time of my first purchase was just a few minutes from the second one. Can I get this refunded so I can buy a different game instead? Thanks in advance. I hope I can get a refund so that I can purchase a different one.

You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan. Look at downgrade options. There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends.

Further to the other points, what you might want to do is
- first, make sure your daughter does not know your password, and change it if you suspect she does;

You contact iTunes store support and plead your case. YOU are responsible for the security of your Apple ID and password. There are numerous mechanisms in place to make it easy to prevent unauthorized purchases. IF they agree to give you a refund, they will not do so a second time.

The app took over $35 from my account and there is no way this was authorized. Please advise on how I can recover these funds.

They did the same thing to me on 12/24/11. Apple overcharged me 3 times my purchase amount and have caused my bank account to be overdrawn!
I called my bank to make a statement of unauthorized charges AND filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Apple provided no way to contact a live rep and the email reps have been useless...so they left me no other option.
I think they do this to their customers very often. It is extremely dishonest.
I actually posted the above info on this discussion community earlier today...and Apple deleted it! If that isn't an admission of guilt, I don't know what is.
