Accidentally removed a purchased app from the list

Accidently removed an app from the purchased list. How do I get it back on the list.
Alos is there a way to get App Store from continually saying that this app needs to be updated when in fact it is?

If you clicked the X on the line with the app's name on the Purchased pane, you have hidden the app in the list. Select Account in the Quick Links to the right of the Mac App Store on the Featured pane and you will find a section in your account details to manage hidden apps.
The other issue appears to be a glitch some folks encounter in the MAS that is hard to track down. You can try eliminating cache files associated with the MAS and try to track it down or if you plan to upgrade to Mt Lion later this month hope that will eliminate the problem.

    I found the answer just after posted this.  Thanks to a user named CloudWalker.  Solution is to go in AppStore, View Account under "Store" Menu and unhide any purchases.

    KILLING ADOBE PHOTO DOWNLOADER AND TRAY ICON.
    Easy ! I use Comodo Pro Firewall.
    1) Click on DEFENSE box.
    2) Click on "View Active Process List"
    3) Look down the list of processes. Find APDPROXY.EXE.
    4) Click it, then click "Terminate and Quarantine"
    5) ALL DONE ! No more icon in tray and the program is killed.
    APDPROXY - This is lurking about, you can find it on SEARCH from the START button. BUT, you cannot delete it or move it and MSCONFIG does not work. You can disable it as many times as you like - it will keep coming back.
    SOLUTION ! Download CCleaner, it is a great little program and free.
    Using this you can click on TOOLS, then STARTUP. A list of programs are shown which are enabled at STARTUP. Disabling does not work, just click on APDPROXY and click DELETE. It`s GONE !
    All over in a flash - no more ADOBE PHOTO DOWNLOADER.

    Having a problem with my Macbook (13", Late 2009 I believe) after attemption to update iOS to OS Mavericks. Have run into the grey screen of death, and have almost exhausted all options, including reseting pram, accessing fsck, and even using disk utility to reinstall the iOS. I believe that during the initial update (which is the root of the problem), there was some corruption within the directories which I believe can be contributing to my problem.
    I was hoping to find a way to access my purchased apps from the app store on a windows computer so that I can make a USB boot drive in order to rule out the hardware problem that I am currently speculating.

    Yes if you have the iPod and iTunes set up to sync via wifi. However, you have to do it from your one syncing computer and the iPod and computer have to be on the same network.

    Coupons as in iTunes Store Gift Cards? If you go to the iTunes store tab, there should be an option to "Redeem" in the Quick Links section on the right side of the home screen. Enter the code there to redeem the credit, and then download whatever you wish from the store.

    I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have  no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
    This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

    1. Tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
    3. Tap on your Apple ID
    4.Tap "View Apple ID"
    5. Enter your user name and password.
    6. Tap "Country/Region."
    7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
    8. Select the region where you are located.

    Go to Apple Menu > App Store > View my account > sign in and then edit the payment details with the new card details.  
    I am assuming that your card and supporting bank are in the same country as your residential (billing) address and that you are using the App Store of that country.

    I believe apple no longer accepts debit cards in some countries. Try a credit card instead.  Go to settings/iTunes and App Store tap on the ID then then tap on view apple ID and log in then tap on account info and have a look at the billing options available to you

    Got it sorted though. Seems that Apple has issues with multiple apple id's.
    Seems i had to somehow remember and use the original id i had when i first bought my 1st iPhone. . . .
    Even after that it was extremely hard to get my apps back on my PC.
    If anyone else has the same problem. . . .email Apple. Cya.

    I purchased an app from the App Store and did not get an email receipt.  After opening the app, I found it didn't do what I thought it was designed to do.  I can't seem to find out how to get a refund from my recent purchase.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Hi, I still use an iPhone 4, ever since my recent update of iOS I cannot purchase apps from the App Store, and a message keeps appearing saying that, 'this item cannot be purchased from the US store, and please switch to the Malaysia store''.

    I keep getting this message when I try to update my apps and when trying to purchase new apps from the App Store. I checked my iTunes ID and it turns out that the country shown there is the one that I am actually living in. And it is the same as my billing address, but when I tried to update my apps again, I keep getting this message, 'you are not eligible for purchase of this item from the US store, please switch to the Malaysia store'.     Besides ever since I updated my phone iOS it has started misbehaving, quite irritably at times. Dropped calls, slow typing, apps open very slowly, apps cannot be updated with prompts coming up like, this app cannot be updated now, please try again. I had to delete quite a few apps and reinstall them again. I had a trouble free experience with this phone till now, but is apple losing its magic.
