Accidentally turned the Screen Curtain on and cannot get it off ...any suggestions...thank you

Using an iPad and somehow turned the "screen curtain"on.  Having trouble turning it off.  Thanks

You enabled Voice over by triple clicking the home button.
triple click again, then go into settings and turn off voice over.
