Accidentlly deleted purchased Itunes, can it be recovered?

I accidentally deleted a bunch of songs I purchased through ITUNES from my ITOUCH when I sunk it. Is there anyway to recover these songs or am I beat?
Thanks

Purchased songs, videos, iPod Games, and albums can be downloaded only once. See kb article:

You might want to contact the iTunes Store and ask if they will authorize another download. They are not obliged to do so but have done so in the past on a one-time basis. You can contact them here:

  • Delete Purchased iTunes Movies and TV programs

I have purchased itunes movies and TV programs that I want to delete from itunes permanently.  They were deleted until I purchased Apple TV.

    Hello filburt,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. The 2nd and 3rd generations of Apple TV do not have traditional storage. What you are seeing is the purchase history and it will stream from iTunes when you want to watch. It isn’t taking up space on your Apple TV

  • Purchased Items can't be recovered.

My laptop crashed and had to be re-formated, so I lost all my purchases on Itunes. However, when I reload itunes I can see in my purchase history all the records I previously downloaded, but I can't seem to get them recovered! Any ideas on how this can be done?
    Thanks

The policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage."
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on any of the links on this page you'll find a space at the bottom to email your query: iTMS Customer Service

  • Deleted purchase and can't repurchase

I too experienced recent song downloads cutting out in the middle. I deleted the song (and purchase) thinking I could re-download. Not the case, I can't re-purchase in iTunes.
    Thoughts?

I once deleted a (cheap) song in my iTunes Library that I had purchased in iTunes from a Greatest Hits collection because I wanted to rebuy it from the original album (with the original artwork). However when I went to repurchase the song from the original album, iTunes would not let me purchase because it said it was already purchased. I looked in my PC's "recycle bin" and the song was there. Once I emptied the recycle bin I was able to purchase again.

  • Setting App  deleted. How can it be recover?

I am having trouble with my iphone and computer. I had to reset the computer to factory settings. All my itune stuff was gone. I managed to get back music and tv episodes, but having trouble getting back the apps and movies.  When I plug my iphone into the computer it trys to delete everything on the phone. I let my 5 year old at my iphone and she deleted the settings app and the sarfie app . I have no idea how to get it back. Can someone please help!

Those apps cannot be deleted, they are part of the iOS.  Press the Home button once to return to the Home screen. Swipe left to right on the Home screen and type settings into the Search facility and open the Settings app from the list that appears. Go to Settings/General/Reset and tap Reset Home Screen Layout.

  • My cousin deleted my iTunes, how do i recover my music library?

my music library was deleted how do i recover it?

It depends if your cousin deleted the songs on your iTunes or the iTunes app itself. If he deleted iTunes on your iPod, then you could try re-installing the app from the App Store. If your iTunes app got deleted on your computer, then you just have to re download iTunes again, however you did it the first time. If iTunes was already downloaded onto your computer when you first got it, ex. a mac, then again, try finding it on the App Store, as iTunes is classified as an 'app' on your computer (if you have a mac). If you do not have the App Store on your computer, try browsing the web for a way to download it. There are lots of secure sites around for you to download it from. If iTunes wan't deleted off your iPod, then sync your iPod with your computer, and since you will not have iTunes, it will ask you to download it again. You could also try looking in your trash or deleted folder, if you haven't already done so.

  • Deleted purchased app can't install now

    Allan...
Try deleting the files in bold print...
    ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
~/Library/Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist (If you see one that says:  com.apple.appstore.plist (corrupt) move that to the Trash as well)
    /LIbrary/Preferences/System Configuration/Network.interfaces.plist
Now restart your Mac, launch the App Store.

  • Deleting songs iTunes can't find

Hi, all. I've scoured Google for this, but can't find a solid answer.  I just got a new PC and, when iTunes searched my music, there were about 3,000 songs it 'found' but can't locate and I wanna delete those "exclamation point" tracks.
I found the old 'smart playlist' solution (link below) and that nearly worked, but iTunes 11 won't let me delete tracks from within a smart playlist. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Did you select a song then Shift Delete on the keyboard?

  • How to delete purchased items that have not yet downloaded

How do I delete purchased itune items that have not been downloaded.  When I first started using itunes to download movies I would recieve both hd and standard and I don't want both.....I want to delete all the hd ones.

Sorry, but you can't remove things already in the download queue. If you don't want the HD versions, just buy the standard-definition versions ("Buy Movie" rather than "Buy HD Movie"). As to movies already in the queue, it will be by far the easiest to just let them finish downloading.
    Regards.

  • HT201272 How can i recover my purchased itunes movies on ipad?

I have deleted purchased movies from my ipad. How can ik recover these movies?

If you are in a country where films can be re-downloaded and they aren't from studios that don't allow it and the films are still in the store then they should appear in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app. If they don't then have you got copies of them on your computer and/or on a backup that you could resync to the iPad ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (assuming that they are still in the store) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • I purchased itunes match to free up 6gigs of music on my iphone. Can I delete my library to free up all that space?

I purchased iTunes Match to transfer all 6gigs of music from my storage to icloud.
The download is complete and all music has been transferred to icloud but on my iPhone I'm still using the 6gigs which defeats the whole purpose.
Question: can I delete the music on my iphone and if yes, how do I then use the icloud to access my music via iphone??
    Thank you,
    FT

    Yes! It's very simple.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Usage, and under the Storage area, find Music. You may have to tap Show all Apps. Tap on it, then hit Edit, and then delete the data. This will delete all songs from your iPhone.
Then go to Settings > Music and turn ON iTunes Match. Go into the Music app, and all your songs will appear, ready to play/download, and you will have freed up 6 GB.
    Enjoy!

  • I accidentally deleted my itunes but i managed to transfer all my purchases from my iphone to my itunes. However, i am unable to sync my music. I am using a new com so I can retrieve my music. Any help? (:

    please help. (: thanks.

There are no free alternatives that I'm aware of.
The iPhone is not a backup device.
Are you sure that the files have actually been deleted from your computer? You may just need to re-import them to iTunes to get them back in the library.
Purchased media can be re-downloaded from the iTunes store at no charge.
You should seriously consider getting an external drive to use for backups.  Sooner or later your hard drive will fail. It's not a matter of if, but when... Next time you lose data, it might be something quite a bit more important than some music.
