Accidently deleted photos from my iphone 5c, not using the cloud, is there any way to get my pics back?

Just got a new iphone 5c and have not activated the cloud. Took pictures Saturday night and copied them to a separate file. Went to the camera roll and deleted them, not knowing that also deletes the file i created.  I have no backup or anything. Is there anyway that I can recover these pics?

No.
