Accordion behaviour on IPad

Hi All,
I am observing strange behavior of accordion in Ipad. Sometimes while expand collapse it just hangs.
I am handling tap event. Also how to see the tooltip in Ipad?
Note setTooltip Api does not work even on desktop.
any pointers will be helpful.

Strange behaviour on iPad

On the iPad (3rd generation, iOS 6.01) there is to notice a strange and irritating behavior in some areas of my homepage.
To demonstrate, what I mean, please go to this page:

You see a page with nested widgets, in this case a "blank composition" nested into a "featured news" composition.
On my computer (iMac, OS 18.8.2) everything works fine. But If I go to this adress on my iPad, I realize several issues:
• Tapping on "Dezember 2012", you will find a row of triggers on the bottom of the page.
Tapping on "1" leads to a video, "2" opens a very small slideshow with only two pictures changing with horizontal transition. "3" shows a single picture.
If you stay on this last element for a little while, you will see a flickering every 4 seconds – what is precisely the interval of the slideshow transition defined for the slideshow transition of element "2"!
When I now go back to element "2" and swipe the two pictures, the automatic transition stops. Going back to element "3" again, the flickering is gone! Obvious the transition of the slideshow in "2" affects somehow the single photo in "3" and all following elements of the widget.
This behavior is noticeable in every similar situation: If you tap on "Oktober 2012" and go to element "3" the flickering appears as well. It stops, when you swipe the slideshow in element "2".
• And one more very "nasty" behavior: The slideshow ("Dezember 2012", element "2") works very smoothly on my Mac: the photos (horizontal transition) move from the right to the left. After the last picture the first photo comes in from the right too, what guarantees a fine, homogenious sequence.
On my iPad, the horizontal transition of slideshows work in a different and quite irritating way. The pictures don’t loop around, but go back and forth: When the last picture is reached, the slideshow runs very fast back to the first picture and starts again.
Especially the first issue I mentioned above (flickering) really needs a fix. I hope the Muse-team will have a look at this!

Strange behaviour of iPad Photos app/My Photo Stream with iOS 8.1 and Yosemite

My requirement is surely simple and commonplace, yet is proving impossible to achieve thanks to Apple's weird design of the Photos app and the way My Photo Stream works. I'm very technically savvy, but I'm quite prepared to admit I'm being stupid if someone can explain what I'm doing wrong! I have an iPad Air running iOS 8.1 and a MacBook Pro Retina with OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). I've enabled iCloud Drive on both. iPhoto on the Mac is at v9.6.
I have a selection of 109 photos from a recent holiday in a folder on my MacBook, which I would like in a folder on my iPad as a nice way to show them to friends. iTunes may work but seems so incredibly clunky and old-fashioned I hoped I could do it over the network or via the cloud. I would use (and often have used) Dropbox, which is reliable and logical but rather tedious as you have to save each photo one by one.
So, with a little research and playing around, I found that I could get them to the iPad using iPhoto on the Mac, with My Photo Stream enabled. However, it doesn't seem to work. The photos were all created yesterday so had yesterday's date (I'd removed EXIF data that contained various earlier dates).
I've just done the following test:
I deleted all photos from the iPad (using the Photos app)
On the Mac, I deleted all photos from iPhoto
In iPhoto Preferences on the Mac, I turned on “My photo stream”, with the two sub-options also enabled
I imported the 109 photos into iPhoto
On the iPad, in My Photo Stream, I saw the photos gradually appear over the next few minutes
A minute or two later, when no more seemed to coming, I found that 103 of the original 109 were in My Photo Stream. So, strangely, 6 photos were missing
Even stranger, in the “Photos” tab, under “Yesterday” 37 of them could be seen. If I understand this correctly (which I may not), that means 37 of them had been copied from the My Photo Stream to the iPad itself. Am I right? Why only 37?
On the iPad, I added a new Album called Summer 2014
I selected all 103 photos from My Photo Stream to add to the album
In the Summer 2014 album, I briefly see “103 Photos” at the bottom of the album, but this quickly changes to 66 as photos that briefly appeared now disappear, leaving only 66 left in the album
Checking in Photos/Collections/Yesterday, I find there are now 66 photos (rather than 37 as there were earlier) - the same ones that are showing in my Summer 2014 album.
If I attempt to manually add any of the missing photos to the album, nothing happens - the album refuses to allow any more than the 66 it has.
In iPhoto on the Mac, if I click on the SHARED/iCloud entry on the left, I see all 109 photos, which I think means iPhoto has correctly shared them all, so I suspect the problem is with the iPad.
Yesterday, when I was playing with this, the album allowed 68 photos. I tried deleting one and adding one of the missing photos, but it wouldn't allow this either, so I don't think it's objecting to the number of photos so much as disliking particular ones.
I've got 7.7GB free space on the iPad so I don't think it's a space issue.
Can anyone help? If it's a bug in iOS, iCloud or OS X, how can I report it, given that I'm out of my 3 months support for both my machines?

Well done lumacj! This is a good workaround. Forgive me if I offer a simplified version here (this works if original photos are in Photo stream):
1. In "My photo stream", tap on select at top of screen
2. Tap on each photo you want to send via WhatsApp (circle with "√" shows for each photo)
3. Tap on square box with arrow at bottom of screen (Share) - NOT "Add To"
4. Tap on "Save image(s)"
5. Check that selected photos now appear on "Camera Roll"
6. From WhatsApp, send photos as you would have normally

Problem with accordion behaviours

Hi, with the new update, my accordions are not behaving as I set them up initially and I cannot use the new settings to effect any changes. I am aware that they have been updated, etc. I have them all closed initially and even though "Overlap items below" is not selected, they still overlap objects below them when I expand them.
Here is an example of a page I uploaded with the previous version (at the bottom of the page) and how they "should" work http://www.laureus.co.za/about.html.
So when I export it now, it just overlaps my footer completely.

it came to me instead.
I replied to him that I have seen issues with the accordion not showing up correctly, specifically in Camino.
Our Muse/Edge site is working well.

Odd Accordion Behaviour

I have a dynamically populated accordion in my application, and I'm experiencing some very unusual behavior.
Background: I have a User object, and this object contains an array of lecture object. For each lecture, I add a box to my accordion, and the box contains information about the lecture, along with a Play and Stop button.
The problem is when I select any item other than the first one. I select the item, and the accordion expands properly. When I press the PLAY button, the recorded lecture plays (in an iFrame), but then the accordion moves to have the first one (selectedIndex = 0) selected! It does this every time, and I cannot find out what the problem is.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I have included the main parts of code below.

Slightly Odd Accordion behaviour

I've been trying to create a nav system for a photographer
friend... a simple enough concept made possible by Spry - an
accordion containing sets of thumbnails for the various pages he
has. I'm still struggling to get to grips with exactly how to nest
loops of data, but I can probably find more information on that, so
that's not what I'm here to ask about.

- the rollovers and click actions on the Accordion header labels
are very temperamental... I find I can only get the hover state
when on the extreme right hand side of accordion elements below the
open element. Moving over the element headers themselevs produces a
text selection cursor... Any ideas why that would be?

IOS5 - Erratic Notification centre behaviour on iPad 1 when displaying calendar entries

Anyone else having an issue when enabling Calendar events to be displayed in the notification centre - where the notification centre scrolls up and down, adding and deleting entries constantly? (as if it's in a loop from ****)

Seemed to have solved the problem ...
If you do see this happen - you'll notice a calendar entry that it keeps adding / deleting... go delete the offending entry from your calendar. Problem then goes away ...

Accordion Spry Widget default loading behaviour

Am using the accordion spry widget to display some
spring/summer courses and
I need all panels closed when the page first loads. I've
tried to find the
relevant code, but have not been successful in changing it to
make this
work. If I change the behaviour of the 'this.defaultPanel'
the whole
accordion stops working. How can I change the accordion
behaviour to have
all panels closed at page load?

Import from iPad - destination greyed out

I got a problem, when I import pictures or videos from my new iPad to Aperture 3 the the drop-down menu for the destination (in german: Zielort) and the textfield for the project name (in german: Projektname) is greyed out always. This only happens with the iPad not with a iPhone or a normal digital camera.
It is really annoying because I always have to manual create the directory - I guess its a bug. Does anyone has the same problem or can give me a hint to solve the problem ? btw, iOS, OSX and Aperture are up-to-date.

Nevertheless it is not clear to me, why there is a difference in behaviour for iPad and iPhone - for me it isn't a feature because every import from the iPad requires a lot more steps to get the thing done - I can't see any advantage. Hopefully apple will change this thing in the future.

Can anyone explain the split and overlapping date ranges in PHOTO moments. I would have expected each date to have its own slot. What logic is used for deciding which photos to include and where to split them?

Maximum tabs in tab interaction in Captivate 7

I am using the tab interaction in Captivate 7. I wanted to add seven tabs. But the interaction is allowing only five tabs. Can we increase this?

When I try to open my accordion interaction in iPad ios 6, I face the following issues. I created the accordion interaction using Captivate 7 version.
1. Audio is not playing
2. When opening one accordion, the already opened one doesn't close automatically. As a result, the accordion open one below the other and the third, fourth, and fifth accordion is not visible.
Is there a work around for the second issue. Please let me know

Some images do not display in browser, iPad Air 2. When I load a page with several jpgs (one 1920x720, then 8-10 800x800px), only the first few are shown. Behaviour is similar for Safari and Chrome. Website issue or iPad?

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I'm using a new Wordpress theme that is meant to be responsive. The large image is for a header, than you scroll down to see the rest, one by one. Some one the pages work OK on my iPad, typically the old ones where the maximum image size was 500 x 500. It's the new pages and those I've updated that are causing the problem. On the iPad the large image loads, then a couple of the small ones become visible as I scroll down, but then darkness (rather like my knowledge level).
Being new to IOS and iPads, I'm trying to work out whether I should be looking here, or amongst the Wordpress stuff for a solution.

Accordion Ipad

Hi All,
I have created a new component based on SAP accordion. The only change is It will allow multiple sections to be opened at one time.
However I am stuck up with tap and hold functionality of this.
When user taps and holds the component for sometime in IPAD, user is unable to open other section.
can someone provide me some insights?

I didn't think there was an iPad edition of ADE.
I thought it was necessary to download an ereader app such as Bluefire.
If you have downloaded such an app and are using it, let us know which app it is.
If it isn't Bluefire, try Bluefire which works well on my iPad.

Curious behaviour on mac, iphone and ipad

Hi all,
i found a curious behaviour on my mac, iphone and ipad.
all devices trying to connect to the ip address 192.168.0.11. I'm not in this segment of ip address range. All devices are in the 192.168.44.x/24.
The funny thing is, that the source port (e.g. 192.168.44.70:56218) is trying to connect to the same port at the adress 192.168.0.11:56218
I've had never used this adress range of 192.168.0.0...
Can anyone tell me what this behaviour is for?

Ipad Calender strange behaviour - It goes back one week

I have an iPad (Not iPad 2). I have updated the software and am using iCloud (I used to use Mobile Me).
I have my cal set to Monday as the start of the week day. I use week view
My problem is ONLY with All day events on a Monday.
If I try and edit one of those entries the calender goes back one week and then goes back to the correct week and comes up with the edit box.
What is wrong. This never happens on my iPhone 4 also synced via iClous but there is no week view.
Have I got a setting wrong ? If so where is it.
Does this happen on yoiur iPad and is it only on a Monday for you or is it on what ever day is your start of the week ?
How can I fix this ? It's really bugging me . I have spent hours looking for a solution.

Just to add ...
I have changed my international settings to the US (They were on the UK as thats where i am) and the problem is now with all day events on a Sunday and fine for the monday.
It seems to be a bug on first day of the week all day events or something I am doing wrong
