Hi Experts,
I want to change the GL Accounts of Transaction Key " AUM - Expense/revenue from stock transfer " in Tcode OBYC with same as GL Account of Transaction Key "BSX - Inventory Posting".
When trying to change GL accounts for "AUM" Transaction Key, I am getting the below error.
"" Account 790000 already used in transaction BSX
Message no. F4803
Diagnosis
Accounts used in transaction BSX (posting to asset balance sheet
account) cannot be used in any other account determination. Account
790000 (chart of accounts 3335) is already being used in transaction
BSX.
System Response
You cannot use account 790000 here.
Procedure
Correct your entry. ""
Is there any solution for assigning the same GL Accounts for "AUM" Transaction Key in OBYC.

This is specifically for BSX Account. You cannot use the BSX account for any other account key. Purpose is to have reconciliation control on the inventory posting. Reconciliation would be an issue if you have expense/revenue also getting posting to same account.
I think you need a new account.

OBYC : Account 3510601 already used in transaction BSX

Hi,
When I enter an Account in OBYC (Transaction PRD) I get this error message : 'Account 3510601 already used in transaction BSX'
The problem is I can't get the correct account if I don't put this account in PRD transaction, the FI document is generated by Tcode KO88 (after variance calculation done by Tcode KKS2).
Please is there any way to put this account in PRD Transaction although it's used by BSX transaction ?

I think you cannot assign the same G/l already assigned to BSX in PRD Suggest you to create a G/l for price difference and then assign the same into PRD.

I am configuring OBYC for Goods Issue scnario. When I am putting Stock account and this error I am getting

Assumption : My assumption is, the debiting stock accout at the time of GR is CREDITED while issuing goods for production through MB1A. But getting above error while mapping.
Is there any other logic behind mapping ? I gone through the threads from SDN itself I got some idea about GI. The accounting entries which are posted are like as below :
Consumption Raw Material A/c     Dr
      Inventory Raw Material        Cr
Does this mean while issuing goods we should not use BSX STOCK account in GBB ?   In above entry are these P & L account or Balance sheet account ?

Account - 750034 ( Consumption Account) which will be debiting while GI.
1 ) From where system will pick the Stock Account ? 2 ) Is this above configuration correct ?

This is the Inventory GL account (assigned in BSX)
You can not assign this GL account to FRN
FRN use for ncidental costs of external activities, how can this be the Inventory account.
Check the nature of Account.
Create separate GL account for Expenses and assign in FRN

Error in OBYC: Account *** already used in transaction ***

Hi,
I was trying to change the GL account of one transaction key when it gave me an error message that it cant be used because it's already used in another transaction key. However, I noticed one GL account that was in GBB and in PRD but there was no error in it.. Just want to ask, is there a way to set a GL account that will allow it to be posted in 2 transaction keys? And also, what makes it possible to be used in two different transaction keys?

Dear,
we can assign the same G/Ll with different modifier under same transaction event key, but we cannt assign same G/L for different transaction event key.
If u have not assigned this G/L to any other transaction event key then there should be some open document, that is why it is not allowing u to change the G/L.

Separate user accounts after already used 2 ipod nanos in admin account

My daughter purchased a nano a month ago and we downloaded the software. (Note: The kids already had their own user accounts before I downloaded the software.) When she set up her music in the library and plugged her ipod in she was in my admin account. This week my son purchased his own nano and I couldn't figure out how to get them separate libraries, so we had them do separate playlist, but that was kind of a pain. I checked the discussions and found out that if they had separate user accounts they could have separate libraries. I asked someone about how to be able to set up separate iTunes libraries for each person and they said to open iTunes in their accounts and make sure that their libraries are directed to different files (i.e., each of their names) which they were. After they downloaded all their music they wanted in their separate libraries, they plugged their ipod into the USB, but it didn't recognize it. The ipod category in the source file does not show up and the ipod button that usually shows up in the bottom right hand corner doesn't even show up. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the ipods to recognize their new accounts in the separate user accounts?

Easiest is prob to restart the PC and log on as one kid, update one iPod.
Then totally log off that account and log on as the other kid, update other iPod.
There is a program, iTunesHelper.exe that runs in the background. It has to be running under the userID trying to update the iPod.
You can see what I mean if you go to Task Manager
(ctl-alt-del in case you don't know)
Click on the Process tab
Click on the imageName column to sort alphabetically
Make sure to check show processes from all users.
If iTunesHelper.exe is running under Kid1 account, then Kid2 account cannot update iPod.
It all goes back to iTunes not supporting fast user switching....prob more than you wanted to know!

You may have more than one Apple ID that shares the same email address.
Try one of the following to resolve the issue:
This error message means that your email address is already associated with another Apple ID. It could be tied to GameCenter, iTunes Store, or another Apple ID. Try using your Apple ID for those services to log in to FaceTime on your device.
If you wish to use a separate Apple ID for FaceTime, unlink the email address from any other Apple ID before trying to set it up as a separate Apple ID for FaceTime.
If you would like to change your Apple ID to another email address, go to My Apple ID and follow the instructions in this article to change your Apple ID.

I cannot sign in. "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue.   Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc."

I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP.
I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In".   The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.
I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...
The error is:
"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue.   Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc."
It's clearly not a cookie issue..   Stuck...

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

No matter what I try when setting up an account for game center, I get the response that this account is already in use. I have tried several times to reset both my Apple ID and a password.

Have been having trouble trying to set up an account with game center. I have several times reset both my Apple ID and password using both of my email accounts. Each time I get a message saying that it is "already in use by another game center account", which I am sure is me, but I must have done something wrong in the initial set-up. Im trying to switch the Apple ID names around, and what i've learnt is that the Apple ID has to be an Email that isn't an Apple ID. Yup, it's messed alright.

When you have an investment order/WBS create from there the AUC. You collect the cost on the AUC. Final you fill in the settlement rule the final asset in (from a normal asset class) and then you transfer the costs to the final asset.
In the IO or WBS should be assigened a investment profile and the asset class AUC should be set-up correct

UPDATE: it is possible to remove an iCloud affiliation from a device when the maximum number of free accounts has been used. I used the "reset and erase" option from Settings | General | Reset | Erase All Content and Settings. When this was finished, the iPod was like new - not just "restored" as we can do within iTunes and I had done with this device - it was legitimately restored. I signed in with my son's newly created Apple ID and it was accepted and now the device works like a charm. It also still uses my Apple ID and password for the iTunes and App stores, however I have restrictions in place to prohibit him from downloading or buying any content. I hope this helps anyone else that has reported this question.

Please try each of the following steps you haven't already taken, until the issue is resolved. After each step, relaunch the App Store and try again.

That message it means that you will not be able to create another iCloud account on your device as the maximum number have already been created. Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create your new account using on a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.
