Account Auto Recharged but still no balance

Hello,
I was using 400 Min- 1 month India subscription. My balance got finished yesterday (20 April) and the renewal date is for today (21 April). Whereas, my account got automatically recharged on 18 April and the amount has been deduced from my Credit Card. But, it says “Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Apr 21, 2012.” 
The query is:
1. The account has been automatically recharged whereas Auto Recharge settings were always disabled.
2. Even if it is recharged, there is no balance in my account.
Please revert on immediate basis. Also confirm how to disable the credit card details from the account.

We have reviewed your account and find that you have used your full 300 minutes allocation in your current billing period. Your next minutes allocation will be added to your account on February 4th 2015. The date upon which payment is taken is irrelevant.

    Open Mail>Preferences>Accounts, the first page has this on it
    If you click on the server name in the box (gmail in your case I assume) it opens and reveals this:

    My skype account automatically rechaged for the subscription call India for a month 800 minutes in 8.99$. The amount got deducted form my cedit card also got the mesage "Order Delivered" and in my purchase history with order number but still my credit is showing zero. That why cannot make a call.
    Please help how the credit wiil be displyed under my subscription  or  how can i get my money back. Also if any one help is there any official email Id where i can post en email.Please do not tell follow this link will help you.     I have used the options of not enable the auto recharge option and also deleted my credit card information but for the last two month Skype is charging a $10.00 credit that I havent asked for and that isn't visible in my skype credit. I only see a payment charge every month made by skype.
    I already explored all the options and cancelled all subscription but it's still happening. How can I solve this?

    The last charge on your account by Skype was on November 25th 2013 for credit worth 400 Taiwan $s. Your account may be compromised.  Change your password immediately and please contact Skype customer service

  • Account re-activated but still not able to use

    My account got de-activated a couple of days ago. I've re-activated it on the same day. Was told after re-activation that Skype would send me an email to confirm re-activation. I have not received the email, and still cannot use account, although money back in the account.

  • Account in credit but still took DD

    Hey, just a quick question which Im sure has already been answered somewhere on here.
    I credited my account last week by card for the full latest bill amount, yet they still took the full amount via direct debit as normal today. Is this normal, or will the credited amount just come off my next bill?

    To answer your question yes the amount in credit will be used against your next bill.
    You should not pay anything if your bill is on DD as this will be taken out automatically by EE.

  • Can't buy things on App Store, but still have balance?

    I have a 17 dollar credit balance and I don't want to lose it, but the app store isn't letting me buy anything. It just comes up as 'your purchase could not be completed'. Then it tells me to go to some support website… is there any way to fix this problem?

    My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

  • Can I upload music from iPod to iTunes? My music has disappeared from my iTunes account, but still have it on iPod.

    Music on my iTunes account has disappeared, but still have it on my older iPod; want to upload it to iTunes, but when I hook up to computer, iTunes wants to overwrite the iPod.  I fear I'll lose it all.  Any help?

    Each time that you add or change the credit card details on an iTunes account a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    And by 'not created' you mean ... ? If you were getting an error message then what did it say ?

    Is your account part of a Skype Manager account?  I ask this because you posted your enquiry on the Skype Manager message board; so if the answer is yes, the account manager may have added credit to your account. 
    If your account is not part of a Skype Manager account, you would have to log into your account on the Skype website, click on View Details in Payment Settings, and click Disable to the right of Auto Re-charge.

    I would like to cancel the auto recharge but when I click on Settings and extras- View Details, the website does not work.

    I received an email stating that I have topped up $10 from my paypal to my Skype account due to auto-recharge. However, I have disabled it in the past. Furthermore, the email sent to me is in mandarin. Please help to correct this. I have since disabled Skype auto-recharge, but just a few moments ago, I received 3 more emails stating that I have auto-recharged (3* $10) from my paypal account! I hope that Skype can resolve this as it is a major nuisance and breach of trust. Thank you very much.

  • HT5262 Is it possible to configure a device to automatically back up to a computer, but still have Contacts sync between multiple devices via iCloud?

    I'd like my iPhone to automatically backup whenever I plug it into my computer to recharge, but still utilize iCloud for syncing contacts between devices.
    It looks like this can be done manually, but setting backup to iCloud, disabling backup of things I don't want (eg Camera Roll because it's too big), and then selecting a manual backup in iTunes when I plug it in.
    The problem with that is I'm afraid I'll forget to manually back it up. I'd feel much more comfortable knowing my iPhone is backed up everytime I plug it in. But, now that I have a new iPad, I'd like it to be able to get the latest version of my contacts.
    Any suggestions?

    not all to each, just duplicating our current system. Each user has a few hundred mb of files (on average) and there is a common drive with a few hundred gb.
    Right now the assumption by Microsoft is that each user will individually install the local Onedrive app and sync their C: drive documents folder to their Onedrive. In our case we have the documents stored centrally and the onedrive app will not sync a network
    folder. I am looking for some method of making it happen.

    My account auto recharged on 12 July with 10 euros, then auto recharged on 21 July with another 10 euros.  If I go onto my call history, it shows calls to the value of 2.90 euros were made during that period. (I am set to auto recharged at 2 euros). Why then was I auto recharged if I had not used the 10 euros?  Are there charges that do not reflect on the call history?
