Account balance not updated

I was charged for a new month of subscription and the order shows 'delivered' status but my account balance for number of minutes left shows I have only 30 minutes left when it should be 60 minutes even after 2 days after my order was delivered.  How do I get Skype to correct this?  if not, my skype credit will start to be charged even though I'm suppose to have minutes left in my subscription.

Please note that the recurring payment is taken three days in advance of your subscription expiring, to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription.The first time you have purchased the Subscription was on the 16th of January so your Subscription will be renewed next time tomorrow

    Hello,
    There is no need to maintain the reconciliation accounts in 3KEH.
    You only need to maintain the additional balance sheet accounts in 3KEH.
    If you further interested to determine on various level, you can write the PCA determination in 3KEI
    Please remove reconciliation accounts from 3KEH.
    Execute F.5D (Balance Sheet Adjustment)
    Execure 1KEH, 1KEK, 1KEI and 1KEJ reports. (Make sure that you have removed test runs)
    Useful transaction code is KE5T, where you can see the difference between FI and PCA

  • GL balance not updated in FS10N

    Dear Friends,
    when i am posting a gl document in F-02, the document has been created with document no and i can view it in FB03,FBL3N and table BSIS.
    But when i am trying to see the ledger report FS10N for that GL a/c, the balance is not updating.
    Note: we are using 6.0, intially i have checked the Biz area Fin Statement in OBY6, later unchecked it.
    is this would be the case?.
    pls help me out to resolve the same.

    i tried everything u said. but the problem is, whenever i am posting a document thru F-02, the document has been created with the Document No and the same data has been updated in BSIS and BSEG table and FB03, FAGLB03 and FABL3N are giving the output well.
    But the table FAGLFLEXA and FAGLFLEXT has not been updated, bcos of which i am not able to view the ledger balance FS10N.

    3. Given correct fiscal year in document creation and report selection.

    I am able to solve this issue. My client has a customized report, which helped me to look into the details of stock in tranisit account. Stock in transit account actually include PPV and TPV alongwith standard cost.

  • G/L account balance not carried forward next year

    Dear All Expertise fourm,
    I found in my report(S_alr_87012277) some G/L account is not carry forward into 2009 from 2008. But in 2008 there has balance.
    It should come in 2009 "Bal carried Fwd". I had done some process for this but nothing change.
    I did block input G/L account from FS00
    I execute program RFSEPA01
    But not any change.
    Can anybody advice me?

    Do the Balance Carry Forward once again, some times it may not CarryForward the Balances.
    Balance Carry Forward for General ledger -->F.16/FAGLGVTR
    If New GL is activated kindly do with FAGLGVTR

  • Account Balance not showing correctly

    Sir,
    Suppose , i have posted an invoice  of Rs.200 against a customer and after some times i recieved payment from this customer of Rs.200 So,  accout balance of this customer should be zero.. But when i see the account balance from business partner master data , it should me Rs.-400 in accout balance field but when i navigate through orange arrow in to accoutn balance details , there i get  zero in balance due field?? ie. it is showing coorectly in details of account ballance but in the business partner master data it is not showing correctly??

    Customer balance is displayed in negative though you expect it to be positive.
    Solution
    Under Administration->System Initialisation->Company Details and the 'Basic Initialisation' tab you will find the setting 'Display Credit Balance with Negative Sign'. This setting decides how Customer and Supplier balances will be displayed.
    NOTE!
    When creating a company it is important to know that this setting is irreversible once transactions have been made in the company.
    When this box IS checked the following applies:
    Customer balances will be displayed as Positive.
    Supplier balances will be displayed as Negative.

  • Alternative account number not updated correctly

    Hi,
    we are using a substitution to change the accounts used in foreign currency revaluation to meet legal requirements in Turkey (according to set-up instructions by SAP Turkey).
    The substitution works correctly, but the problem is that the alternative account is not adapted accordingly. It still shows the alternative account of the original account, and not the one from the substituted account.
    So BSEG-HKONT is replaced, but BSEG-ALTKT still contains the original value.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I think your substitution rule has created only for GL account. So you need to update you rule with Alternative account assignment field also in your substitution. So instead of creating substitution rule on one single field for this scenario you can go for user exit option in substitution. Once you accomodate the HKONT and ALTKT in one rule system will give you the right values

    opened a new Prepaid mobile added to my account which has not happened also had alot of trouble rechargeing with Voucher because the my account was not showing after number of phone calls to Telstra and being told by robot can't do that ring this number same answer rang again and used a different answer got through to overseas call centre very nice but had np idea what i wanted recharge my prepaid finally someone worked out to recharge with voucher.My problem now is my account still has not updated so I can recharge more when needed???

  • Retained Earnings Account balance not carry forwarded to next year

    We have problem in Retained Earnings Account Balance C/F to next year
    example:
    G/L Account closing balance in 2008 - 1000.00 (as per FS10N) after c/f balances to 2009
    G/L Account Opening balance in 2009 - 850 (as per FS10N) (there is a difference 150.00)
    If we double click on Cumulative balace of 850 it will give us - 1000.00 and if we see in report : FBL3N it will show correct balance. Only FS10N is not showing correct balance.
    Can you please let us know what will be the reason ?

    Hi Ravi,
    We are using 4.6C version and last few years there was no problem and we have other company codes which are showing correct balance. But only one company code this difference is coming.
    If we double click the FS10N report opening balace it will give us the correct balance. But in display there is showing less amount.

  • GL Account Balance Not Matching

    Hi,
    We are running SBO2007 PL42.
    We have a GL account where the balance on the front screen under Financials --> Chart of Accounts does not match the balance displayed when you drill down into that account.
    The balance shown when drilling down is the correct one.  Is there any way to fix this?

    If it is only on one GL Account then it need to be investigated and there is not one simple answer to explain this.  There could be a rounding issue as Gordon mentioned or the reconcilled balanced displayed is perhaps not correctly calculated.. many different factors could contribute to this.

  • Accounting Document not updated in BKPF for JV by J1IH

    The user posted JV through transaction code J1IH.
    The document number is updated in table J_1IPART2 but when the user is trying to see the same document in FB03 we are getting the error message as "the document is not exist or not archived".
    And we have checked in tables BKPF and BSEG we did not find this document.
    Can anyone please suggest how to find the reason why the system is not updated this document?

    Thanks for your reply. I have checked in this transaction code also. The system is showing the message as "The document is already posted".
    But it is not updated any tables except the document number is updated in table  J_1IPART2.
    Is there any other reasons for not updating the tables.

  • GL account field Not Updated in Special Purpose ledger

    Hi Experts,
    We are using 4.7 Version in which we found difference in particular Month difference between FS10N and GD13 and GD20 Line Items of Particular Leder.
    We Observed that the Documents are posted but , without being updating the GL Account field column. GL account field column is Blank and Hence it has not been carryforward to Subsequent years.
    Our Questions
    1) How It had happened,  becase all the documents are updated except the 2 documents .
    2) Is there any way to update GL account field in the Mentioned Documents.
    3) Or do we need to Reverse the document and post again. 
    How to proceed on this issue.

    I cannot answer question 1 but I can shed some light on the following ones.
    There are methods to identify and correct Special Ledger document inconsistencies. Usually when I have SPL inconsistencies (such as a blank fund in the SPL document), It is caught quickly and I take the action to reverse the source document and re-post again. That would be my suggestion to follow if at all possible for your two documents.
    If you take a look at notes 764523 and 697068, you will see the reports used to analyze and correct the inconsistencies. Read the notes thoroughly and look at report RGUREP13 in particular.
    If your issue is re-occurring then you should get SAP to look into the matter via OSS and perhaps they could determine the cause.

  • Group Membership under Settings/My Account is not updating

    We use an External table for User permissions/Groups to get updated in Group Membership.
    We use our custom tool to create/update new/existing users with the permissions. Then our ETL picks up the changes from the OLTP tables and update User Permission table in our DWH hourly. Now let me explain the present situation. User ABC is an existing user and never used our Report Portal before, we updated ABC user with all the necessary groups to use Report portal and with curiosity she didn't wait until Hourly ETL run and she didn't had the necessary permissions to run any reports in Report portal. But when she login after 1hr/10 hr/ 1 day/2 day, the user won't see the Permissions getting updated in Group Membership. If we check the User permission table in DWH, it is updated with all the new roles, but it is never being updated in 'My Account' Answers. I think this is some kind of Presentation Cache issue, but I did clicked "Reload Files and Metadata" under Settings and "Close All Cursors" under Settings/Manage Sessions. You may also say it may be with the Caching on Initialization Block for the User Permission table, but we did Un-check the 'Use Caching' right below the Row-wise initialization for the corresponding Initialization block. We has 3 users with the same issue now. But when the user waits for certain time (for at least 1hr), and when they login after the actual hourly ETL ran, they were able to get in and use Report Portal without any issue. So, I am kind of sure this is something with CACHING and I might be missing some thing on Clearing this type of Cache. Could someone please help me out on this? This is in PRD and we are not able to find a solution. Any help would be appreciated!

    Yes, we are using Initialization Blocks to update the User Groups. Our USER_PERMISSION table has Login, Company_ID, Roles, etc columns in it. The Initialization Block will query on this Table and the query has a where clause in it and the Where clause "where company_id=(select substr(':USER', 0, (instr(':USER', '.')) - 1) from dual) and upper(login)=upper((select substr(':USER', (instr(':USER', '.')) + 1) from dual))) and dw_delete_date is null" from which it will get the roles for each user. And YES, the Caching is turned off for this initialization block.
    And I should try deleting the user folders, but my company has a very strict policy so I should do that in DEv, then QA and in PRD. Hope this works, but I am still not convinced why this is happening. We cannot keep on deleting the user folders in future if this happens again.
