Account Balance too high and won't let me make any...

All of a sudden couple weeks back I was seeing $4.26 million in my Skype account although I recharged my account with $5.00. And it is still showing up on my Skype account and it's still a mystery. However, the biggest challenge that I am having as of now is making calls from Skype which have come to a stand by since I cannot make any outgoing calls wherever it is chargeable. Not sure what happened but since I started seeing this huge credit balance on my account, my outgoing PAID calls seems to have been blocked. There is no customer service no that I could reach out to, but I need this to be resolved at the earliest. Also I didn't utilise all of my balance so not sure where did that balance vanish. Hello and welcome to the Skype Community!
Your account shows that you have used up your last credit purchase made on 08/02/2014. To be able to make calls again you'll need some more credit. I'll check out the other aspects and advise.

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

    Shut down and reboot your iOS (press and hold the wake/sleep button and when prompted, slide to poweroff and then press and hold the wake/sleep button to reboot).
    Go look what had happen with your apps.  Maybe it's ok.  If not, tap and hold its icon and then tap the X to delete it from your iOS device and redownload it from the app store (no charge for that).
    Juste to let you know, your description state iPad2 but you are in the forum for iPod.

    Move all good emails that you wish to keep out of Inbox into suitable folders for organising mail.
    Right click on inbox and select 'compact'
    Right click on Deleted folder and select 'Empty Deleted'
    Right click on Deleted folder and select 'Compact'
    Now try to delete some emails.

  • IPhone 3G no longer has sound and won't let me play any music/videos

    The other day a friend of mine tried calling me and when I went to answer I couldn't hear her. I saw that she left a voicemail and when I went to play it, the play but switches from pause back to play very quickly, which won't let the message play. This is also happening when I try to play music or watch videos. I've tried various things, like changing volume settings, plugging in and out headphone jacks, and rebooting the phone many times. Nothing seems to be working. I don't think it's a sound issue since the phone won't let me run apps that require sound. Does anyone know what is going on?

  • During setup sync tells me my email address is already in use and won't let me go any further. I only have one email and don't want to setup another. How do I setup sync?

    I can log into the sync account management with this URL https://account.services.mozilla.com and nothing is listed. When I go to the Sync tab within the preferences window, only two options are listed: Setup a New Account and or Pair a Device. Setting up an account doesn't allow me to use the email address I would like to, saying the email is already in use. I can't "pair a device" because the computer I'm trying to "pair" is my main computer (laptop). I used sync way back when it first came out and it seems as though there are new requirements (legal and otherwise) requiring me to setup a new account. How do I setup and use sync with the email address I have in place already without having to use another email address?

    There was a major change in Sync services back in Dec 2010, but nothing w9th regards to the Username / email address and Password since that time.

    What ever you may have stored on the Sync Server will be erased so you will be starting with with new data in the system.

  • 4.2gigs on my Zen micro and won't let me put any more

    I have put 4.2 gigs worth of mp3s on my Zen Micro but when I try to add any more I am informed that the destination dri've is full! Why?
    I am using the playsforall firmware etc etc so I can drag and drop directly from my hard dri've.
    Is this the reason? Is there any way I can get my full 5 gigs of space? I don't want any of the other features on the zen, I don't want to record audio etc etc, just put my mp3s on there. Also How can I tell how much space on my zen has actually been used? I tried right click on the device -> properties but it doesn't tell me.

    You might want to try a disk cleanup, and format is also available from Rescue Mode. To access the Rescue Mode on the Zen Micro, remove the battery, hold the power switch to the "on" position, reinsert the battery. Choose Disk Cleanup from the menu. Note: Disk cleanup should not remove your tracks. It searches through the disk for files and rebuilds the index, and can be useful for correcting any strange behaviour.
    Note that the tracks will take up more space than their collecti've size, which is the nature of disk systems. But I'm not sure what space they will take up, and the cluster size on the Creative player.

    What happens when you try? Sounds at the moment like either things are locked or you did all the layout on the master page.

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    Have you checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

    I've been with the same UK internet and email provider for years and they've given me solid and reliable service. I've worked my way through the Apple Knowledgebase checklist and tests and proved that my isp/esp is working normally so the problem has to be with Mail.
    I fiddled about trying to create a Mail Account on my late 2011 but-new-to-me MacBook Pro a couple of days ago and, it might be completely unrelated and simply a coincidence, but since then none of my devices, Iphone 4S, Powerbook G4, iPhone 3G, the MBPro can send email using Mail.
    Whenever I try I get prompted for my password but when I enter it says it's wrong but it definitely isn't because I even changed it this morning through my isp/esp and it worked and I then changed it back again to my correct password and it works also to get into webmail that is, not via Mail.
    When I run Mail\Window\Connection Doctor and check the status it shows Mail is unable to connect to server but that it can connect to the internet. I get the following message: Trying to log in to SMPT account failed.  Try to verify that username and password are correct.
    Now, whenever I try to create a new email account on MacBook Pro Mail keeps defaulting to iMap and wont let me change it to Pop which is what I need.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

    I'll finish off this thread in case it's of use to anyone else in the future.
    I couldn't get the email pop account to recognise my sign-in even though I've been using it continually and without problem for the last several years. It's always been BT and Yahoo so it's more likely to be the fiddle about I did on my temporary, pre migration user account that caused the hiccup.
    In th end I had to create another pop account which I was able to once I'd migrated my settings from my PB G4 to the MB Pro.  Unfortunately this didn't merge the numerous email folders that I'd created previously in Mail but I still have them on the PB and I believe they can be transferred manually which is what I will do.

    In AOL, when I try to read the content of mail received, sent, trash, etc. The content is not there. It is just a Bing Icon with Search the Web, enhanced by Bing! I can open my mail and see the content in Internet Explorer.

    Are there any errors/warnings displayed on your screen when you attempt to open an item? If yes, please post them so we can take a closer look at it.
    If not, try clearing you Cache by going to: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network / Offline Storage -> Clear Now. Then clear your cookies by going to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear your recent history.
