Account billing issues.

Hi there,
I've recently started getting: 'Please check your billing information', whenever i open Photoshop etc. I've check and re-checked the information and it's correct as it has been all year. Also this card is used on multiple colleague accounts and their payments were taken fine.
This is an issue Adobe's end and i'm having no luck on the help chat, as it seems to stop working and ive left it for well over an hour and the thing looks like its just not working. I was supposed to be second in the queue but still nothing.. Can anyone from adobe help?

Yes, my first subscription was fixed that way. That's why I am on my second. Theres is no special issue wiht my card: that card was used to make the very first payments of the two past subscriptions: the monthly subsequent payment is what seems not to work properly. My Bank is aware of that and has not reported to me any denial of charge against Adobe System. I'd like to try this option (new subscription) since I do not use another card to pay my assets for job due to my accounting control for taxes management.
You'll tell me how or proceed before my software stop working, please...

    Try to change the credit information from your iphone or other ios device. Tap on settings > store > tap Apple ID > tap view account > tap payment information > change

    I have recently changed from PS CC Single App subscrition to the Creative Cloud Photography (PS & LR) offer, one of the customer service advisors cancelled my single app subscrition, I now have this error message?
    Signing out of the Adobe application and then back in does not resolve the issue.
    Can you please sort my account to stop this happening?

    Hi! I'd appreciate any support. I had a one-month, one-app subscription to Adobe Photoshop CC, but I decided to upgrade it to a one-year Creative Cloud Photography prepaid membership. I paid for the fees using a different credit card, and I had successfully upgraded my membership.
    However, whenever I sign in, Adobe says there is a billing issue with my account.

    Hi sophiadedace87,
    Do one thing, Close all your Adobe apps open on your machine, then open the Creative cloud desktop apps.
    Click on the GEAR icon at the top right corner and then click Preferences. [If there is anything installing from it, cancel that or wait for it then perform these steps.]
    Then go to Accounts Tab and sign out from Creative cloud.
    Now sign in back with the your email address on which the purchase was made. And then open your apps.
    Let me know if still sees the error message.

    Sorry to hear about your collections mishap, just keep in mind this is a peer to peer forum for customers and you likely will not receive the help you are looking for from Verizon.
    Now you say that the account went to collections and you have paid it. So at this point I am not sure what you can negotiate anymore. I've read that if you have something in collections and tell the collecting company that you will pay them if they remove the negative mark from your credit, they will negotiate it with you.
    In this situation, if things are as you say and you did not receive the final bill at the correct address, then you may have an argument to take to the credit bureaus. I would file a report with the credit bureaus and see where that takes me, also once your account goes to collections to my knowledge it doesn't have anything to do with Verizon anymore. The debt is between you and the collections company. I would try to contact them and see if you can somehow negotiate having the collection removed from your credit report seeing as the debt has been settled and the bill was never sent to your correct address.
    I haven't really ever dealt with an account in collections, so this is just some helpful information I have thought of, if anything is not accurate in how you can deal with this, I apologize.

    What sort of visa card is it, debit or credit ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts about them being declined
    If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

  • Movie won't download from cloud while having a billing issue

    I've got a billing issue with my account which hopefully will be resolved in the next 48 hours, but in the meantime, a movie that I had already purchased will not download from the icloud to my IPad mini.  Everytime I try to get it to download it takes me back to the billing screen.  I've already purchased this movie several years ago and shouldn't be having this issue, but here I am.  Is this something new that's going on with ITunes with this new update, and if so ***, I've already paid for this movie and my son wants to watch it so why am I having this issue while waiting on a different issue to be resolved?

    Wow! Purchasing a new computer and monitor should be a fun and exciting experience, and instead, it sounds like it’s turned into a complete nightmare. I can only imagine your disappointment when you found two charges relating to its purchase on your debit card account, and I’m sorry for any aggravation this caused. 
    As I want to provide you some piece of mind, I pulled up your order number using your email address attached to the forum. After review of its payment information, I found we collected only one payment.  However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear.  This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
    It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order,  resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed.  Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. This occurred a second time when your account information didn’t quite match up with what we had on file. Please know that we haven’t ordered a collection of these funds and your issuing bank should release the two pending authorizations within 5 to 7 business days.

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

    There is no such number that I have ever heard of. There is an employee website for submitting service escalations, though.

    I have a billing issue. This is a persistent problem. I have a pop up window that says that Adobe has a problem with my payment. I go to my account and everything looks fine. I called before and was told that it was fixed and that will not happen again. Well, it did happen again. I will like to talk with a person in charge of billing. I this became beyond annoying.     If this has any bearing on the situation, there was a security breach at Adobe  back a month or two, ago, and as a result Adobe apparently reported all the millions of credit-card/debits cards as possibly compromised to the issuing banks, and as a result you may have received a new credit  or debug card, which could make the old one invalid.
    Regardless of what your transaction history shows, I'd get on a chat session with someone at support and see what you can get accomplished--even if they promised something that didn't materialize, last time.  Click the yellow Chat Now button on this page:

    Hey community, I no longer operate a Windows or a Mac computer. I have found a better OS.  OpenSource Ubuntu.
    How do I do my iTunes account billing without iTunes? 
    I am not going to reinstall Windows on my laptop doing a dual boot. just to fix an issue that Apple created.
    I've been running Ubuntu for about a month, I've been watching my movies and listening to my music on AppleTV just fine, and now this.
    Here is the message AppleTV is giving me: There is a billing problem with a previous purchase, Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and click Purchase History to resolve the problem.
    There has never been a problem with streaming from the iTunes Store Server on Apple's end.
    Do I sound up-set?

    You can email Apple for help but the link is for the iTunes store not the Mac App Store. You've inadvertently poasted in the Using Mac App Store forum but that's ok. Billing issues are the same for the iTunes Store.
