Hello everyone,
Can someone please help me escalate my problem to a person from skype support that actually will listen to me?
I have tried to solve the problem with first-line support, to no avail.
My account was blocked last week, and I contacted support, which resulted in going nowhere.
The storyline:
 - In the last year I was rarely using skype for calling phones (though I regularly use it for skype-to-skype calling) - mainly because I have a good offer from a local operator. However, last week this solution temporarily failed. I saw I still have credit in my skype account, so I tried to call a phone by skype. First time it gave me "destination is temporarily blocked". I thought it is a sort of a technical issue, so I tried the number many times, with no success. Next day it gave me "account blocked".
-  Then I contacted support, and each time they came with ridiculous answers like "increased number of fraudulent calls to that number", or " your transaction has been carried out with a fraudulent credit card ", without giving me the opportunity to prove these are false. After that they seem to have closed the ticket, without any explanation, or solution.
I am really disappointed by skype. The time I most needed their service, I didn't get it. And it seems support does not care about customers at all.

Please disregard the above request - the problem was solved today.

    It appears that Apple no longer accepts my login ([email protected]) as a valid Apple ID.
    It has worked since April of 2001. My Keychains on my Mac's are set with the same login and password. I had one alias for the forums, "Wheelman" and another "Thomas Drolett" for the Apple Store, iTunes, etc. that I set up when I first subscribed to the Dot Mac Service.
    I believe all I need is for them to allow me to login with userID=335906.
    My alias was (is) Wheelman and I'd like to have it back, please.

    Me again...
    Yes. Deleted Apple cookies via the security page.
    Then deleted cache.
    Quit safari. start again.
    Navigate. Apple/Support/discussions
    Click on login. Create new account
    And it automatically loads my DotMac login.
    Delete that entry to my previous and I get a registration page for new account.
    Don't want a new one - want my old one.
    Why, I ask myself? If its just to keep a history of my previous posts - why not just start again. I just like to see my previous usage of the discussion sites I guess.
    Ali, you were able to find my old profile by some sort of magic!
    I would settle for a new registration (ie the one I'm using now to login and with my history of use - Posts. Registered - stated in the original. Bet that can't be done, have tried it on itunes in the past.)
    So. I'm able to login - thats the main issue!
    I cannot yet find an entry portal to my original identity despite your good efforts to lead me there.

    The question mark means the computer cannot find a bootable volumes so can;t do anything, That, combined with annoying sounds, strongly suggests a failed hard drive.
    You can ask a "genius" at an Apple Rtail Store to test it but I'm pretty sure the drive is kaput. I'm hoping you had your data backed up.

    You made a purchase and exhausted the credit on your card before it processed. All purchases are final. Contact iTunes Store support. You need to settle up before you can purchase or download anything else.

    Create a new AppleID on a different iOS device or on a computer. You will
    then be able to use that newly created AppleID on your iPhone.

    Go here and select "Reset your password."  You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions.  You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

    Welcome to the Apple community.
    Once three iCloud accounts have been created on any iOS device, it can you no longer be used to create any more accounts, regardless of what you do to it. You will need to use a computer or another iOS device to create your account and then use the details to log into your account on your phone.

    You are not addressing Apple here. We are all just users like yourself

    No app on the iOS device is required.                           
    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
    - You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.
    iCloud: Erase your device
    iCloud: Use Lost Mode
    - If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the device and report to police and carrier if iPhone or cellular iPad
    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the erase (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 or later on the device. With iOS 7 or later, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

    I'm not sure what you mean when you say "by phone". If you mean that you want to change your iTunes Store account settings from your iPhone, see:

    If i install each application in single single system the system count is more than two. In this case, are we have any license issue? Please advice how the problem will solve?

    I already answered that.  If you purchased a Suite then you can only install and activate it on two machines.  Even if you only insdtall one of the applications of that suite, it counts as one activation of the suite.  You cannot take the six or seven different applications that might be in a suite and install and activate them in six or seven different machines... only two machines.
    If your scenario will allow for it, one thing you can do is install the programs on all the different machines and only activate two of the machines at any given time.  If you need to activate a program on a third machine then you need to deactivate on one of the currently activate machines first so that you have an open activation to use again.  I do not remember if there is a limit to the total number of activations you can process for the life of the software.

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

    It could be browser incompatibility or something else. When you say you can't log in, what happens? Is the bank website generating an error saying you're not using a supported browser? Does the login form for your bank account display as usual, but once you submit the form to log in it doesn't work? Give me a specific step-by-step of what you're doing, such as...

    2. I type in my login
    3. When I submit, the page does nothing
    Obviously that may not be your issue, but giving us details like that will help us come to a quicker conclusion.
