Account Disabled - Horrible support, don't know what to do
So after spending several hundred dollars over the course of being an apple fan, my account was disabled on itunes. I don't know why.. I called only to be laughed at by a guy named Anthony who said just log out and log back in.. not a very helpful guy. Then I called again, and a lady said there is no voice support for itunes issues!! What the heck? So I emailed, and have been waiting, why is this happening to someone who spent so much money on apples products? I have a iMac, 2 x appletvs, 2 x iphones, ipod, mac mini, you name it I have it.. and apple has turned there back on me.
I have definitely lost my hope in apple, and even more so as a stockholder.

I don't think that the number of products that you purchase affects the level of service. Hopefully Apple would extend the same services to all Apple customers.
It seems you may be over reacting just a touch. Sometimes everything does not go smoothly. A little patience can go a long way.

when I connected the phone to itunes it says that the phone cannot be synced to itunes because it is protected by a passcode and i need to put the passcode in but the phone is disabled and doesn't give me the option to enter the passcode
If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, you will have to force it into Recovery Mode & restore as a new device.

I've been typing my password and email correctly for the past hour and the **** message keeps on appearing....this happened after I got an update for the iOS6.....can someone please help me resolve this? T^T
Thanks.I had a similar issue but mine said cannot verify username and password as it was aparently incorrect!
To resolve this i went to generals: App store and clicked on my apple id. when a pop up shows click on view Applie id account. There select the payment process and select NONE in the type of card instead of your visa or mastercard. save it and then you can try getting into facetime., It should be good. It worked for me. My Apple ID is disabled but I don't know why and I can't enable it again. When I try to download an App a message comes up that says "Your Apple ID has been Disabled" What should I do?
Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I'm trying to set up my purchase account, but it keeps asking me about an iTunes code I have to feel in but I don't know what is that code and where do I get it?
THe iTunes gift code is an optional field, you don't have to fill it in - gift cards are an alternative method of paying for iTunes content, but as they are not available inall countries (and they are country-specific, they can only be used in the country in which they were issued), you may not be able to fill it in anyway. If they are available in your country then you might be able to buy cards from Apple, supermarkets, electrical stores etc

I was gave an Apple iPod Touch that was disabled and I called the Apple store and they emailed me how to fix it but now when i plug it up to the PC it's saying that the iPod is unable to be recognized and I don't know what to do?

The music files, were they bought from your iTunes account or did someone gift them to you after buying from the iTunes account? If they are yours you can download them again if you clear or de-authorise the ipod, it has to be done by whoever gave you the ipod to do this (the registered owner). If they were bought for you on another itunes account I don't think Apple let you use them as they are copyrighted and they don't belong to you, they belong to the person who bought them. If the music files where ripped from music cd's then click and drag them to a new folder on your desktop and have the person who gave you the ipod to de-authorise and unregister it. Then you re register it and put your files back from your desktop folder in your iTunes folder and synch. Hopefully that would work. Any files which you did not buy, I would not know how get around this, best bet is to take it to you nearest Apple Store and explain that they were gifted to you and ask how you can use them. The best way to gift music files is to buy the gift tokens and give these. Hope above helps. -

You can view the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
If you don't recognise the charge (and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it) then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

lots of people seem to be havgin a problem sending email from iCloud webmail.
does your email address have uppercase characters in it?
if so, try creating an alias in lowercase (go to preferences in iCloud webmail and select 'accounts') and see if email sends okay from that -

When you buy an iPhone in the U.S. it's locked to that country with the carrier you bought it for.
If you bought the device unlocked in the U.S. it's unlocked, you can use it on any carrier. Even one's outside the country.
If you want to do a repair on a device you bought in the U.S. and your using it in another country, you must send it back to the U.S. Why? That's where you bought it from.
AppleCare Protection Plans and AppleCare Limited Warranties are registered to your hardware.
Your hardware is your iPhone.
Wherever hardware that was bought then that's the country it was designed to be used in and that's where it was manufactured.
Apple is very localized - if you call U.S. tech support, you'll speak to somone in your country.
So, what does all this mean?
In order to do a repair, you need to send it back to the country you got it from.
And we're all customers like you. We understand that you're upset, but Apple isn't gonna bend the rules to one individual.

You need to place the device in recovery mode.
