Account disabled

I had an un-authorized purchas on my account a couple of moths ago. I disputed it and we're good. Now when I try to make another authorized purchase the iTunes store tells me my account is disabled even though I reset my password.
please help

I understand that you are getting an "Account Disabled" message on your notebook. Normally this sort of error happens due to a few possibilities. If it is a work computer and is normally attached to a company network, then it is saying that you need to be attached to your company network to login. If you are connected to the company network, then it is possible that either the your network account, or the computer itself have been removed as valid network objects, and you would have to talk to the IT people from your company to resolve this.
If this computer is not a part of a company network, then it would mean that there is a problem with your login account on the notebook. It may be that you have tried to login multiple times and typed your password incorrectly, and so your account was frozen automatically for a period of time, or somehow your account and profile were deleted from the system, by another user who had administrative rights to the computer.
As an example, I have several user accounts on my own computer. My main one has administrator rights, and others are for either regular use, or for my son to use on that computer. With my administrator account, I can delete the admin account (not a good idea), or any other created account.
Let me know any other details you can, so I know what best to advise.

    It is probably something to do with the fact that I am in the Philippines, but what am I supposed to do? According to the support options I have to pay to open a support ticket.     After about an hour on the phone with US support (who were very helpful I must say) it turns out that if you do not have an iTunes account with credit card information and a billing address, you are very much more likely to get your AppleId account disabled "for security reasons". This begs the question of course as to whose security we are talking about here! But there you go. If you are an Apple first-timer, get an iTunes account, fill in all your details, and you should be alright.

    Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
    Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

  • Can't send or receive emails using Windows Live Mail. Webmail login says "account disabled."

    Since yesterday we have not been able to access our Verizon email through Windows Live Mail or loging on to the webmail service.  Nothing happens and we get a "accounts disabled" message.  I checked all of the POP settings and it won't connect.  When we try to log in to the verizon webmail service, it says our accounts have been disabled.  Please tell us what is going on. I've chatted with a representative and am speaking to one on the phone and they can't tell me why it's disabled or how they can enable it again. 

    Ok, now they're telling us that one of our email accounts is associated with someone in Texas.  But we're from California and have always lived here.

    The latest Apple driver support begins with the MP 171.
    Here is Ricoh's official driver download page specifically for the Afico MP 161. Note that new drivers for this device were released on Aug 2, and include Lion and Mountain Lion.
    Hopefully, this will solve your device issues.

    For a few months,I would occasionally get "Account disabled for security reasons" when I try to purchase from Itunes.
    Contacted "customer" service & I must have received the densest employee ever. He wouldn't answer any questions, just gave me the same scripted lines, "reset your password".
    Well, I have reset the password at least 7 times in two months, & I still get the Account disabled page.
    His response is: Well, sounds like you don't know how to reset the password.
    I've had it with this loser, he has not read any of my emails, or he doesn't understand the language. He ignores my repeated requests to put me in touch with his supervisor or someone who can help me.
    So can anyone tell me how to get in contact with ANYONE else, my blood pressure is rising at the thought of getting stuck with this idiot again.
    Also, since he's obviously not bothering to read any of my questions, I have refused to give him any of my personal financial info so he could reset the password. ( That doesn't work anyway, I tried that with another rep last October)
    So any idea who I should contact next? All I know is, I will NEVER use Itunes again.

    If you are not going to use iTunes again, why are you asking how to use it?
    PS Ranting is not allowed in the forums, you would see that if you read the Terms of Use.
    Calling people names also is not acceptable.

    Below is the requirement, i found from other thread in the forum :
    Scenarios:
    1). User already exists in IDM and has the resources assigned to the. Their status is then set to disabled on the database, ActiveSync runs & picks up the change, our form iterates through disabling the resources (or we've also tried setting global.disable which also worked) - result is a success. The user is flagged as disabled in IDM Lighthouse, AD account is disabled and LDAP account has been disabled via a password change (the default behaviour).
    2). User does NOT already exist in IDM. ActiveSync is run, the user is created in IDM and resource accounts assigned and created, user is marked as disabled in IDM Lighthouse but is NOT disabled in AD or LDAP.
    Is there a mechanism to both create AND disable a resource account at the same time? If so can this be done from an ActiveSync form or would it be customised workflow? I've tried the following in my ActiveSync which I found in the forums but this doesn't create the "disabled" accounts on AD or LDAP - it only marks the IDM account as disabled.
