Account does not seem to exist anymore

Maybe anyone can help me. My husband has a premium account. d.galiart-es . I was listening to it 2 days ago. And it stopped all of a sudden. The  said please login. So I did. But now it seems as of the account does not exist anymore. If I type in the name the answer is username or pasword un known.  If I want to change the password is not possible. Please anyone help. I cannot even post the answer on his account because I cannot find it.

I would suggest that you get in touch with Spotify support directly so they can assist you with this.
You can contact support using this contact form. This form is special and does not require login.
The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!
When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I had upgraded to FF 4.0.1 a while ago. Last night I got a bubble telling me that FF 4.1.0 was available and I should download and install. This version does not seem to exist. What is this about?

    I had installed FF 4.0.1 and have been using it for a while. I am running Win XP Pro, SP2. Last night a messge came up informing me that FF 4.1 was now available and that it would be advisable to download and install it. I did this and everything seemed to work fine but when I look at the 'About Firefox' info under 'Help' it still tells me that I am running 4.0.1. Everything still seems to be functioning well but this disturbs me as it does not seem to have been a FF message. Can you please tell me if such a message was sent out, and if so, why, seeing as the version does not seem to have changed?

  • My music does not seem to play anymore after iOS 5 update

    Hey Guys
    Updated from 4.3.5 to 5 this morning
    I have noticed at least 1 error so far. When I go to play my music, i press play, and the pause symbol comes up as expected, however none of my songs will play, the slider at the top does not move, and when i stop them from playing and go to the song list, a little symbol comes up next to one of the songs indicating that it is playing.
    How do I fix this

    It's a very simple fix, it just may take a few hours depending on the size of your library. Just uncheck "sync music" on the music tab and sync. Then check it again and sync again. You will not lose any tracks or playlists. They will all be reloaded perfectly.
    I don't really think this is an iOS 5 issue, but rather a restore from backup issue. And I think these particular issues can be traced to nothing more than a corrupt or incomplete database file. The music is all there, the music player is just not seeing it correctly. My buddy just updated and can't play any music; it was all categorized erroneously as "other." Replacing the database would fix it, I imagine, but I don't know how to do that. My solution seems to be sure-fire.

  • AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9 configure command does not seem to exist

    I have an AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9. Straight out of the box I thought it would have the GUI functional but this is not the case. I am brand new to Cisco products so it is taking me a while to get use to them and to TelNet but from what I have read in about 6 different manuals none have explained how I can access the configure terminal command when It doesn't show up. I am in privileged mode with access of:
    AP001c.588e.a266#show privilege
    Current privilege level is 15
    Version is 12.3(7)JA1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). I haven't changed any settings except the ip settings and time and date.
    AP001c.588e.a266# ? gives me

    Hi Matt,
    The problem here is that the AP you received is a Lightweight AP which is meant to be used with Wireless Lan Controllers and WCS. The "LAP" portion of the part number shows this Lightweight designation. This can be converted to an Autonomous/stand-alone AP that you desire;
    Here is a conversion method;
    Reverting the Access Point Back to Autonomous Mode

    You can convert an access point from lightweight mode back to autonomous mode by loading a Cisco IOS Release that supports autonomous mode (Cisco IOS release 12.3(7)JA or earlier). If the access point is associated to a controller, you can use the controller to load the Cisco IOS release. If the access point is not associated to a controller, you can load the Cisco IOS release using TFTP.
    Using a TFTP Server to Return to a Previous Release
    Follow these steps to revert from LWAPP mode to autonomous mode by loading a Cisco IOS release using a TFTP server:
    Step 1 The static IP address of the PC on which your TFTP server software runs should be between 10.0.0.2 and 10.0.0.30.
    Step 2 Make sure that the PC contains the access point image file (such as c1200-k9w7-tar.122-15.JA.tar for a 1200 series access point) in the TFTP server folder and that the TFTP server is activated.
    Step 3 Rename the access point image file in the TFTP server folder to c1200-k9w7-tar.default for a 1200 series access point, c1130-k9w7-tar.default for an 1130 series access point, and c1240-k9w7-tar.default for a 1240 series access point.
    Step 4 Connect the PC to the access point using a Category 5 (CAT5) Ethernet cable.
    Step 5 Disconnect power from the access point.
    Step 6 Press and hold MODE while you reconnect power to the access point.
    Step 7 Hold the MODE button until the status LED turns red (approximately 20 to 30 seconds) and then release.
    Step 8 Wait until the access point reboots, as indicated by all LEDs turning green followed by the Status LED blinking green.
    Step 9 After the access point reboots, reconfigure it using the GUI or the CLI.

  • Kids Account does not show the protokoll anymore - any patch available?

    Hi Everybody - I have created for my daughter a kids account and initially everything worked fine. But since 8 weeks the protokol doesnot record anything any more. The protokol for programs doesn t show anything any more and the visited Web-sites are only shown until end of April (when I did an upgrade). Is there any patch for the Kids Security Program? Any help here is highly appreciated!

    I found a solution to this issue on the Macintouch website. An unknown reader had a couple of suggestions and his/her preferred method worked perfectly. I now have no "guest" login option on the startup screen, just a normal prompt for a user login and password. I hope this helps someone else. And to the unknown Macintouch reader, Take a Bow!

    After upgrading to 10.7.2, I now have a persistent Guest User on the login screen, despite having disabled Guest User in the login preferences (and rebooted, for good measure). And it appears to allow guest login, despite clearly being disabled in the System Preferences. Anybody know how to get rid of this unwelcome guest? Thanks in advance.
    Two methods:
    My preferred: Click on the Apple, System Preferences, Security & Privacy, Click the Lock to Make Changes, enter your computer administrator username and password, click the checkbox On for "Disable restarting to Safari when screen is locked." Then quit System Preferences.
    Alternate: Click on the Apple, System Preferences, iCloud, Cancel (deleting documents in iCloud), click the checkbox Off for "Find My Mac". Then quit System Preferences. (The reason this is not my preferred is that it turns off the Find My Mac feature, and I like having this feature because it enables me to locate and remote lock/wipe my laptop if sometime steals it.)

    You never logged into iTunes?
    Your AppleID & Password for iCloud&  iPhone should be the same AppleID &Password you used to log in here and post a message.

    Hopefully there is some help. I have had a verizon email account for many years. I switched to email providers and I was having email forwarded. When I try to sign in to the verizon email at the verizon web page it now says that the account does not exist?

    Hi There
    Go to the sales document (order VA02) (Contract VA42).  Click on the relevant item and go to > Environment > Analysis > Account determination.  It shows 6 options, click on each one till you find the relevant account.  Do this for all items on the Sales/contract if necessary.
    This can be found in customizing under SPRO > Sales and Distrib > Basic Functions > Account assignment/costing > Revenue account determination, > Assign GL accounts.  Your SD consultant can help you.
    In VF02, release the billing doc and it will give you details as well.

    I'ved looked and this particular case could be a quirky one.
    The details are:
    User account A is the account that Exchange thinks doesn't exist.
    User account B is her boss.
    A copy of user B's email is sent to A. (done through Delivery Options)
    Senders sometime receive an email back saying user A's address doesn't exist.
    (which really confuses them because they sent the email to B)
    This is the only time the bounce message appears.
    I've removed the forward and added it again. Still the problem.
    Any clues?

    You need to verify old delegates in UserB's mailbox by going to Tools -> Options -> Delegates. Remove old UserA and re-add it.
    This is because of option “Delegates receives copy of meeting-related mails sent to me” is ticked with old UserA id in Delegates.
    If you can't see any delegates then you have another option to delete delegates rule with MFCMapi.
    - Open UserB's Mailbox with MFCMapi where UserB's outlook profile configured in online mode (not Cache mode)
    - Double click the Mailbox of userB to open.
    - Expand Root Container -> Top of the information store -> Inbox folder
    - Right-click the "Inbox" folder, and then click "Display Rules Table".
    - You can see all rules configured in mailbox. 
    - Delete the Delegate Rule with "PR_RULE_PROVIDER" column property shows "Schedule+EMS Interface". (this is the same option which you can set with GUI Delegation "Delegates receives copy of meeting-related mails sent to me" but stale copy is still in mailbox.)

    Just bridge the TC and plug it by ethernet into the main router.
    Bridge in v5 airport utility.
    In v6 it is under network.. change it from DHCP and NAT to Off bridge mode.
    Turn off the wireless.
