Ok, I'm really pissed off right now, so I try to keep calm and not swear.. so here's what happened:
- Last month I couldn't get into my account anymore with the same login details
- after a lot of hassle, I was able to get back in, but was forced to log in with Microsoft account instead my original Skype account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- I got an e-mail stating an invoice of 60 Euros for 800 mins to Ukraine(!). I don't know anyone there, no way I would want to call anyone there.
- I assumed my account had been hacked so I changed all passwords, etc.
- Now, 1 month later, my account is charged again. Turns out the hacker bought me a monthly subscription for 800 mins to Ukraine, jaaaay!
- I tried to cancel the subscription, but I get a "OOPS, something went wrong" message and it tells me to contact support with this ID : ID: REQUEST-6329897c/2014110912
- I tried to just disconnect the Paypal payment to prevent any more charges, but then it states I should cancel the subscription first. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!
- So WHERE XXXXX IS SKYPE SERVICE?!?! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx there is NO way to actually send them an e-mail about it.
Just leave it up to the community right?
So basically I want two things: refunds for both transactions of 120 euro in total (somehow my account only shows the last one, probably, because I had to switch to a MS account login) and disconnection of the Paypal payment method, so this can never happen again.

You do realize that there are many, many email providers and without knowing which one you are talking about, there is no way to answer your question?
Which then leads to this ..... Have you contacted your email provider about this? That's probably the best place to start. See what they recommend.

Email accounts hacked and now suspended

My email address and my husbands email address have been, we believe, hacked and are now suspended. No amount of resetting attempts and waiting twelve hours has helped. We have tried the online support, which timed out and just didn't work when we were a mere 12 minutes away from talking to someone, my husband submitted an email query last week but we have had no response.
EVERYTHING is linked to our email accounts, can anybody help me get them back??

Try contacting this number 0800 111 4567. You may need your BT account number so have it handy. You will also need to access your computer. Explain to the operator that you believe your accounts have been hacked and the password and security questions have been changed. Obviously explain it is both accounts, I assume one is the master account and the other a sub account. They may help you with resetting it while you are on the phone or they may tell you that they have to send the new password out to the address on the account.
If they do reset on the phone make sure you can access your email before they hang up other wise you will have to go through the procedure again.

If you decided to use creative cloud as a trial, once your 30 days trial is over, the application(s) will prompt you to purchase the license. It should not start billing you unless you choose to subscribe.

My Account was hacked and calls where made on it. Plus someone used the auto pay to buy 25 dollar skype credit thing.

One of my email address was hacked. When I discovered this setout to change all my passwords and when I tried access my iTunes account associated with this email the Password had changed. Not sure if maybe my wife didn't change it already I went in to I forgot my Password link and when I attempted to answer questions it appears that they changed my birthday, so of course that didn't work. I then attempted to ask for an email to be sent so I could change password it has been over an hour and I still have not recieved the email.
I don't think I had a credit card associated with this account so I think I am ok. But I am fairly certian I have some purchases associated with this account and want to at least insure I have all of these.

Seems pretty obvious you need iWork and it is not expensive. However, I am always suspicious of downloading files from the internet. A 'pps' file should open with Microsoft Power Point.

Basically the title says it all. My account was hacked into, password and security question has been changed and now I can't get back into it to even disable my credit card. If anyone has any advice on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

Facebook was deleted and now I can't delete that spotify account?

Hey, I just went through facebook hell. I couldn't verify my facebook profile name adequately, so they deleted my account. My spotify was linked with this account. Since I can no longer log into facebook, I can't access this spotify account to cancel my subscription. I tried contacting Spotify, but no response. Please help! I had spotify premium and can't afford to keep paying for something I can't use. On top of this, I made a new spotify account with my e-mail instead and now I can't log in with my computer. It consistently says incorrect password even after I had uninstalled and reinstalled the application as well as restarting my computer. If somebody could help me it would mean the world to me. A good friend just passed and on top of losing all of facebook pictures together, I can no longer just cry and listen to spotify in my room hah. Thank you SOOO much.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
