Account hacked, now I cant prove my identity??

so, my account got hacked and somebody stole $10 of credit to call mobiles to countries in the middle east. Whilst I'm waiting for the CIA to knock down my door, I decide to change my password (obviously), and contact support to try and recover my lost account balance.
exactly 26 hours later I get a reply stating: "We're sorry to inform you that the information you have provided didn't pass the required information needed to verify your account.". Ok, I'll fill out your enormous form AGAIN and try to prove Im not the same hacker who compromised my account in the first place. Ive had my skype account for as long as I can remember, and cant find my registration email, so the only question I cant complete is 'when did you open your account'.
Today (this time exactly 24 hours later, well done on that) I get the exact same reply again, requesting I complete the same form with the same information all over again.
I hope the irony is not lost on the support team at Skype who wont accept the identity information of the rightful account holder in order to simply open a support ticket after your company granted access to my account to possible terrorists.
Thank you for leaving me high and dry, Skype. I'm off to find my emails from 10 years ago. I hope my 1.44mb floppy disks havent corrupted yet.

Looks like you are not able to download apps from a different country's store. You may need to change the store country for the apps purchased in the other country.
Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account

After you change the country of your account, you won't see the items you purchased from the previous country’s store in the Purchased section.

Send it back. That's the activation lock and it's a theft deterrant program. If the seller can't or won't give you that apple ID to unlock it, then you'll never be able to use it (and it's a very real possibility that the ipad wasn't theirs to sell in the first place)

Email was hacked, now i cant receive emails.

A few days ago my uncle texted me saying that he received an email from my verizon.net account saying that i was in some foreign country and that i needed him to wire me some money.
obviously my email was hacked, i then changed my pw, and noticed that my inbox was empty where usually i get 20+ emails a day wether it was spam or from whoever. my inbox has been empty for about 4 days now, i have tried sending my verizon.net acount emails from my hotmail account to no avail, it has never showed up. any suggestions?

Check in your mail settings to see if email forwadring was turned on.

Account hacked, now can't get a new account set up

a week ago, my Skype account was hacked and used for international calls. I contacted Skype, chatted with a cust services rep and was advised to completely close down that account and create a new one. He suggested I have the account removed from Skype, which I did, too.
I've been trying since then to create a new account. I have successfully completed the screens to set up an account and each time the account has a name like "live:xxxx" where xxxx is my name. When I log back in, this account does not work. I've done this 3 times with 3 different emails, and cannot figure out what the actual login is.
I thought it might be the password, so I clicked on 'forgot password' and I'm sent a token. But when I try to use the token, I'm told it's not a valid token.
I've tried to contact customer support and chat again, but I need a valid account to log into before I can reach the chat again.
I've tried to find answers in the FAQ, but can't seem to find anyone with this same problem.
I put a note on twitter for @skype, but no one answered it.
I use a Mac, although I don't think it's a Mac problem yet. I can't log into the skype.com page to choose and pay for an account.
You can sense my frustration...please advise where to go to get this fixed.

Twitter account hacked now Ipad, iPhone, and iPod all F-up. How doe i fix this?

Twitter account was hacked. They put the twitter name up for auction, somehow they got into my iPhone, iPad, and son's iPod. I know from reading the boards that everyone who says they got hacked is told it can't happen but it has. Nothing is "jailbroken" nor has any device been outside of your physical control. Everyone's iPad is wireless only with no external carriers (AT&T, etc). No one has ever physically been connected to my router (Airport Extreme). And yet someone has gathered personal information. On my son's iPod he was having fun writting nonsensical random letters typed in notes (he is 8). When we just looked at his iPod to see if it was hacked as well, we found hidden words in the random text. Things like sex or sexing even GmbH which is the German symbol for a German Limited Liability Company. It was properly capitalized in the exact order in the prior sentence which is the proper use of the abbreviation. I believe in random walks but that was no accident and eight year olds aren't into limited liability abbreviations. My wife keeps getting crazy messages and my Mac Mini is running slow. Forgot to mention son's iPod was set up using wifes e-mail account (same as Twitter account) I have done all of the following:
Swept all computers with Avast! and my work PC with Malwarbytes. No infections show up.
Cleaned all cache and history's.
Went into Safari preferences and removed all cookies. There was a bunch, but the strange thing is after wipping it clean 2 to 4 would always re-appear even after i check ALWAYS block cookies in the privacy section.
I reset my wife's iPad, iPhone to factory settings.
I erased old network connection and passwords, which by the way was set already at WPA2. New Home base and Network names and random generator to set new password (lower/upper case, numbers, and symbols).
I cross referenced all IP addresses of our devices with the DHCP. By the way the old operating system made this a lot easier FYI.
So does anyone have any additional suggestions and anyone wish to tell me i am making this up?

I cancelled my debit card that is associated with my itunes account but now i cant download my purchases and tells me payment information is incorrect. On top of that i cant not see the "none" option while editing billing information

I all the purchases can be downloaded for free but it asks me to sign in and i hit the sane wall saying payment information is incorrect. i tried removing cancelled debit card from billing information but i can not find the "none" option when i click edit. any help would be appreciated.

Prepare Your Mac for Sale
Boot from the OS X Installer Disc One that came with the computer. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select the startup volume from the left side list then click on the Erase tab. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) then click on the Options button. Select the one pass Zero Data option and click on the OK button. Then click on the Erase button.
Note: You can skip the Zero Data option if you are not concerned about removing sensitive personal data from the hard drive. If you choose to skip this part of the process then it is possible for others to recover data from the hard drive. The Zero Data procedure will prevent others from getting access to your personal information.
This process will take 30 minutes to several hours depending upon the size of the hard drive. After formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Now complete the OS X installation. At the completion of the installation do not restart the computer. Instead just shut it off. The next user will be presented with the Setup Assistant when they turn on the computer just as it would if new out of the box.

You can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance from your account so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I have had my main account hacked again for a second time and cannot get access back. I just got some skype notifications that there have been 12 purchases made in China on my acount. I cannot recover my password as it never sends me the recovery email. I do get the emails that someone is making purchases on my skype account but I cant seem to do anything about it.
The account receovery asks me when I opened my skype acount and I have no idea. I lost access to this account so long ago that I have given up getting it back but just got a second bout of transactions .
Can anyone help me with this please?

It appears to me that you have created a new Skype account as you posted your enquiry here on this message board - use this new account to contact Skype Customer Service to report the fraudulent use of the other account, to request alternate verification details to confirm your "ownership" of the other account, and to remove saved payment details. I would not recommend choosing the "account recovery" path as you have previously attempted.
If you can recover the account, so much the better. If not, request the account be removed.
Last and certainly not least, report the unauthorized purchases to the issuer of the payment method on file. The charge-back process will likely trigger Skype to suspend your first account.

You should contact Apple by phone as soon as possible. You'll need to change your Apple ID and all passwords.
