Account hacked, unauthorized iTune payment made
I did not purchase any movies or songs on iTune, but I have just received an invoice for the unauthorized purchase by e-mail.
I think my account has been hacked. Could you look into this for me?
Order ID: F6H8H2D6N1 with receipt No.654852114780 was not authorized by me who is the real account holder.
Please cancel this order.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If it shows on your account's purchase history (i.e. it's not a phishing email) : iTunes Store: See your purchase history and web order numbers
then contact iTunes Support via the 'report a problem' page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
or via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
And change your account's password e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, http://appleid.apple.com, or by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device

My account has been hacked and unauthorized charges have been made. My 'registered email' address has been changed as well by the hacker ("Registered email address successfully changed. We've updated your registered email address to *edited for privacy* so I'm unable to to login to even change my password. Skype offers no email address or phone number to call for support, even though my account that has been hacked / taken-over is a premium account. Just to get to this forum page was mind boggling and very confusing. I also learned that Skype does not even offer the option to close or cancel a current Skype account (to potentially prevent further charges). I'd rather not post any personal information at this point, therefore please tell me how to ask for legitiamte help from Skype.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Hello. Can anyone help me. It seems someone hacked my Itunes account. I just received a bill for 79,95 Euro from clic and buy. I even have no Iphone since 1 year and did not use ITunes anymore. I looked for a Phone number to tell them to block everything, but I did not find it. When I try to enter support form, they want my serial number, but I selled my IPhone one year ago. If the purchases were made on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch then to try and stop it happening again you might (depending upon the iOS version on it) have a Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password setting which you can set to Immediately (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering). You can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen -

I have noticed a LOT of fraud with itunes, even with my own account. One time I caught them doing a database restore. I know this because my password automagically reverted back to an old one! I'm an IT guy who helped design DOD classified networks in the mid-pacific. I know security. The best protection for this is to NOT have a credit card listed in iTunes. Use iTunes cards ONLY. It's a pain, but until they step up, it's all you got.

You can always dispute the charges with your bank, if possible. With Apple, they typically stand by the phrase that all sales are final. However, if you go to the iTunes Store, then click on your email address (Apple ID) in the black nav bar, and click on "Account"... you will see a "Purchase History" section. Here, select "See All." If the order is still processing, it will be at the top. If it has completed (at the bottom), click on the arrow next to the order number you want to inquire about. A new order page will open. Here you can click "Report a Problem" then click "Report a problem" (again) next to the item you want to dispute. Here you can chose your problem. You should likely use the "Other" category. It will be up to the customer service person on whether they grant you an exception to their normal rule that you can't get refunds.

Sorry, I'm still not certain what it is you wish to accomplish. If you mean that you wish to remove the payment method from one of the iTunes Store accounts, log into that account, go to the Payment Information, and select the "None" option. See:

Im switching email accounts on my itunes account am the computer isnt recognizing purchases made from my other account on the new one (apps). How can I sign in with my new account and get the purchases apps on both accounts?
This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

i owe apple $30.48 but in the past 45 min itunes has made that charge multiple times to my account and now my bank account has dropped to a mere 6 cents. who can i contact to resolve this issue!

Got an email stating my account was deactivated, but I checked AdobeSend online and my account is OK, no payment necessary. Was this a legitimate email from Adobe or has AdobeSend now been hacked?

How do you pay for your icloud account with an itunes card ?
I don't have a credit card on file because I don't want my kids using it or accidentally using it. I always buy itunes cards for this reason. I refuse to put a credit card on file for this reason. I hope Apple thinks about this and puts this in consideration. I don't understand why I can't put a itunes card on file just like a credit card?
