Check with the credit card or account you provided for payment to ensure they are not blocking Skype purchasees as potentially fraudulent.  Once you confirm this, then contact Skype Customer Service again.  You may also wish to try changing to a different payment method.

    So, you are saying that you set up a brand new Apple ID and then signed into iCloud with it, correct?
    Are you also saying both accounts are disabled for Security reasons? If not, why can't you sign on with the one that is not disabled?

    I've received an email which tells me to verify my apple ID as my account has been blocked for security purposes, the verification process uses all my banking info and I got worried that I may have received a phishing or malware of some sort.

    It is a phishing attempt to get your personal infomation.
    Do not reply and delete the email.

  • My account has been blocked by Skype

    This is second time my prime credit has been blocked. The story is I have logged in from my wife's phone. Day after my premium accoutns has been blocked. I have subscribed premium credit so Skype has taken money out from from my Skype credit. I haven't done any group call for more than a year I thihk. I have used my computer, my phone and my wife's phone. This is a real harassment. If I log in from different device to call mobile or land line how that can be not fair.
    If you really monitor my call, I don't think you will find anythink wrong I am doing that I know of. Could you please explain why you blocked my premium credit. Obviously I need it that is why I am using it. Now I can't make call overseas.

    There are 2 different commands and 2 different users, they're not tied and changing the pwd from one doesn't affect the other.
    You need to reset the pwd from the CUC admin user, not the OS user.

    I have an icloud account that has been absolutely fine for years but this week I received spam emails saying that postmaster returns from a company in Germany. These kept popping up. I ignored them but now i cannot access or receive any emails. Please can you help. We have another email through icloud which is fine.

  • I recently sent a block email to various people at the same time but forgot to use bcc and my account has been blocked for spamming. How can I sort this out?

    I work on the telephones at work and when I cannot get an answer from a customer I send them an e-mail asking them to contact me back at the office (missed call message). However I sent it to multiple recipients as I was in a hurry and did not click the bcc option to hide the customers mail addresses from each other by accident. They then marked the e-mails as spam and now my office thunderbird sends e-mails out but my customers call me saying they have not received any of the e-mails they have requested from our office. I would like to know if there is any way I can rectify this matter as it was just simply a mistake and because of this my business is suffering.

    Talk to your email provider. They control their servers and what happens to your email.

    You can read about this error here: "Blocked", "User Account Control", "Not trusted", or "Return code: 1625" message in Windows.
