Account hasn't been charged but I have a tracking number
My checking account still hasn't been charged for the iphone yet it says my phone has been shipped and is in Ontario, CA. I also have a tracking number... Anyone else have this issue.
same here but Verizon usually withdraws the money once the phone is signed for... dont worry you didnt get lucky hehe

I'm sorry, I do not fully understand your question. However if you are looking for the email address which you have used for your iTunes account, you can find this out by using the "get info" command on any items you have previously purchased from iTunes and navigating to the summary tab.

since getting the 'new' ipad, my old one hasn't been used. I tried it early today and it does nothing. It has been on a charge for a few hours now, the apple logo screen blinks occasionally but that is still all it will do? Is this normal and will eventually work or is something wrong with it?
Maybe it has taken umbrage at being dwarfed by the new model!
Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank power On again in the normal way.] It is absolutely/appsolutely safe! -
That's my order number(s). I ordered today at about 8 am, and nothing has been charged to my checking account. Also, everytime I try to check my order status, it gives me the lovely, "Order could not be found." - message. Should I be worried?

I would think that if you have the confirmation you're all good. I can a $0.00 authorization from Verizon on my account, but they've not charged my card. Most people whose cards have been charged also show a "shipped" status, so I wouldn't worry too much about it if you have the confirmation. If you don't see it tomorrow maybe call *611. You probably don't want to call today because there are a lot of people calling 5-6 times just to see if their order has shipped yet and comparing answers so they can come on here and complain about the inconsistent answers LOL!

I keep getting an "unable to download song" error when I purchase a new song from itunes. The same thing happens when I purchase audiobooks as well, can anyone help? I am connected to wifi all day and they still dont' download.

They've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the email account that you sent them to ? My iPod Classic 120GB makes a clicking noise when syncing with iTunes and will not sync. It will not turn on at this time and has been charged but does not hold the charge. After trying to sync, iTunes states that iPod must be restored. Have tried to do this but not successful, I receive an error code and have done the troubleshooting steps for the error and I am still not able to sync or use my iPod. HELP?

Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

My Mac has been stolen, but I have my iCloud account setup. The "find my mac" app has found the apartment block it's in, but I need an IP address for the police to go and claim it. Is there a way to see the IP address of my Mac through iCloud? I've tried to get the IP address through Gmail and Dropbox but no success. Is there any software that updates automatically that I could find the IP address through?
Shouldn't the IP address be on the box you bought the machine in? If you have the box, take it to the police as evidence that it's your machine. If I were you, I would set the firmware password when you get it back, but make sure you have the password written down in a safe place. If you forget it, there's only two ways to reset it. Either pay $400+ for the tool that can do it, or pay almost nothing for Apple to do it, I think it depends on where you live. The firmware password is this encrypted password and it can't be hacked either. The password prevents anyone from booting the machine into recovery mode, thus preventing them from restoring the computer to factory settings or performing any other functions. It's not stored in the hard drive so replacing that will be of no use either.
