Account Help. Can't use Apple ID

Hello.
I am in a complete shambles over my Apple ID account as such I can no longer login to the community using it and had to create this account just to ask for help.
Ok so my main issue is I login using my normal ID that I use on everything and that I normally use on these communities. But as I login it asks me to re-login for security and set my username. Which is odd as I have already done this once. As I choose my name it states that I can't use that email as its already in use.
This is where I get stuck. I am trying to login to the account that is using that email but it says I can't as it is in use yet won't let me use it. I cannot physically get past that barrier and use the account that says its in use.
What am I doing wrong? Why am I locked out of my account?

that's true and I'm fully aware of it, but the thing is that I'm not asking for company's support inside the country! I just need to be able to register thoroughly so i can download apps and buy music...it's an issue which could be fixed online! Apple has so many customers here in Iran and this is the least help the company can provide those who have paid them, but are not able to receive any support from the company, currently, in their own country.
At every store around the corner here in Iran i can make a fake Apple ID, that would work, only with the help of a teenager. But i thought it would be much better if the problem could be solved from the root. i really think this should be discussed by those in charge

Due to a lot of bad press that Apple was getting due to burnt chargers, shocked users (the electrical kind...), etc., due to the lousy third party El Cheapo brand generics, as of iOS 7 the cable must be Apple-certified before the iGadget deigns to use it for charging purposes. Unfortunately (for Apple) the old traditional USB to 30-pin cable is just that, a straight piece of wire, and can't be validated by the iGadget. But lo & behold, the new gear uses the new Lightning cable, which contains an embedded chip that CAN be validated and lousy imitations disabled from use.

I actually believe I authorized my Mac Book for both my wife and my iTunes account. Yesterday when I hooked her iPhone up it told me that my computer was not authorized to download an app, i had to authorize this macbook.
So if the Apps from both iTunes account is on my Mac Book and I hook up my iPhone it will allow my to transfer the apps from my computer to my iphone? So lets say I am logged into iTunes account #1 and I try to use an app from iTunes account #2 will I have to do anything special?

If AppleTV is not for sale officially in Kuwait then Apple may not have negotiated the rights deals to rent movies etc across the internet with an AppleTV2 so you might be limited to what it will offer.
Any compatible video in your iTunes library should play across the local network to AppleTV even if you don't get the Movie/TV Show rental options there. (I only get movie rentals in UK - US always gets more options and earlier).
Netflix is unlikely to be available in Kuwait. Not sure how it would work if you were a US citizen living in Kuwait with a US account - you may get the US options, but companies can block access to services from certain geographical locations.

I'd suggest you consider a cloud-based file sharing service such as Dropbox for this sort of use. iOS is not designed to be synched with more than one iTunes library at a time, so attempting to use it as you describe, connecting a single iPad to multiple computers, almost certainly won't work as you intend and is likely to cause nothing but headaches.
