Account Hijack - Please help I've really run out o...

I'm posting here out of desparation. I've filled out the long and unrewarding contact by email form several times. But have never received a response. Once I received a we need more infomration form, but upon completion my request just disappeared into a black hole.
About 72hours ago my account was hacked and hijacked by an 'ethical hacker'. He changed my regstered email account and password. He's since been fishing my contacts for FTP passwords, email accounts and any other sensitive information he can find.
I have tried 5 0r 6 times to send an email via the contact forms to GET MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED, I've told all me friends to block and report the hacker, but still sykpe allow him to continue.
Where should I go with this?, obvoulsy the account to which I refer is not this one, but I don't want to list the name here on an open forum.
Please help, any advice is much appreciated

I think customer support usually reply within 24 hours (but could be longer in certain cases). They may also require you to provide some information to verify that you are the real owner of that account, before they can possibly assist you in regaining access to it.

Hi all.
Last week I thought I would treat myself to a blackberry after hearing all the hype about them. So I bought myself a curve 8310 off ebay. The phone was locked to o2, so I got it unlocked so it would take my vodafone sim. Everything worked like a dream. I could send/receive emails, go on blackberry app world, facebook, msn messenger the lot.
2 days later I updated the blackberry from a 4.2 to 4.5...that's when it all went wrong!!! The browser, email setup and facebook icons all dissapeared and when trying to connect to app world I was getting the message about service books.
I will try give as much info as poss....
When I go to manage connections. Mobile network: vodafone is checked. When I click on services status it says the BIS and BES are not connected.
When I go to advanced options>browser it says 'default browser configuration:' and nothing else or no option to change anything.
When I go to advanced options>service book I have a list of them with green ticks but when I scroll to the bottom i hjave 'vodafone uk mms transport [wptcp]' and 'wap2 transport 01 [wptcp]' and 'ippp for bibs [ippp]' and ippp for 5 click [ippp]' and 'services - vfuk waptrans [wap]' and 'wap mms transport [wap]' ....all with a circle with a line through it.
I have been to the hosting table and clicked register, I have also phoned vodafone a few times who have resent service books. I know there is some connection as I can still sign into msn messenger and chat on there. But the missing icons are not there still and facebook chat app says network error.
Oh, and you have no idea how many times I have done the whole 'remove battery' thing :/
Arrrrggghhhh, actually want to throw it against the wall and watch it turn into confetti.
Really really hope someone can help.

It is a good thing that the service books returned after rebooting the device.. that means you get a fresh new install of the service books. Good.
Now, tell me this, you're sure the device is unlocked?
To determine if your BlackBerry is already "unlocked" or not:
1. On your BlackBerry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Sim Card.
2. At that screen type MEPD (see note below) on your keyboard. A new menu will pop up.
    * If your BlackBerry has a SureType keyboard (71xx, 81xx, 91xx devices) you will need to double-tap the P, so the actual keys entered become M E P P D.
3. Look for Network in the list.
4. If your device is "unlocked", it should say Disabled or Inactive. If it says Active, it's still locked to that carrier.

Someone please help before my warrenty runs out!!!

Now I will address your attitude about it:Its absolutely understandable to be upset over something like this, especially with such an expensive product, but you are generalizing far to much. You may think Apple is being unproffesional by not warning potential buyers of the iPods common faults, but do you really think they would? they are out to sell these things, they arent going to point out the bad in their product. And not all iPods have problems, in fact only a fraction do. That gopes for the rest o Apples products as well. You are too hasty assuming all Apple products are junk, and one of many reasons as to why that is unfair of you is becuase you dont own any other Apple products.

Okay, so you are sending mail from a work account on the iPhone 5, however if you try to send it to your hotmail or gmail accounts from the same work account, they are not received on the hotmail or gmail account? Is that correct?

NO - I dont have any hotmail/gmail account setup on my phone. Its a new work phone and I only have work email account setup on the phone. I was just trying to send a test email to my hotmail and gmail account but failed to receive those using my work email account on iphone 5.
I have tried receiving email on my work account on iphone, sent from my hotmail account (using web) and received it.
Incoming is all fine and I am able to receive emails from all sources but outgoing is only sucessful if I send it to anyone using my company's email account.

Sorry, no idea at this point with so few details to go on. It will probably help if you'll post what version of Mac OS X you're running and who your email provider is. Someone then may have some ideas.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

So I looked up the info on OWC as suggested and found the correct memory to upgrade but not sure how much to get and which option? I wanted to know how much space I have available to upgrade so I don't buy something that's more than what can be used. I'm not sure if I need 4GB or 8GB of ram? It sounds like it still has her information on it, so it might be efficient to navigate to Settings, then General, then Reset, then Erase All Content and Settings. You can then set up the phone again, using your information. This way the phone will be yours, officially, and her data and information will be removed.

Same thing here. I love how they include this nice and easy to follow guide in the box and the KEY step for activation (the phone call) is a total fail. To verizon: the automated just says Terms and Conditions have been accepted for this number. Press 1 to enter another phone number in the order. Well, I HAD NO other phone number in my order. The message gives no other options. She repeats the same line 3 more times and after the 3rd time, it says please hold while we transfer you, call may be monitored etc. Guess what, its 2 am ET and customer service is closed?
Do you guys expect thousands of iphone customers to speak to a CSR just to activate? Why not just let us do it online? I have activated plenty of phones even LTE phones, online. Now I'm going to have to compete with the other 30,000 people who ran into this same problem overnight tomorrow on the phone....
