Account Hijacked - How to Contact Apple?

Hello,
I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

How to Contact Apple to Unlock My iPhone 4?

I have bought an iPhone 4 from Turkey a couple of years ago but found out that is was using a TurboSim.
I can't use it now and need to unlock it.
Any idea how to contact Apple or get proper support to unlock it?
I have tried to contact Apple Premium Resellers where I am currently residing (in KSA) but couldn't get the support I need or have it fixed!
It might be that the shop where I bought it from have sold it to me locked (since I found out later that it have a Turbo Sim in it!!) and now that I have upgraded my OS to iOS 6, it is not working.
I have thrown that Turbo Sim and my phone is still locked and un-usable!

would need to call the carrier of the iPhone 4. Whoever sold it to you would need to complete the contract or is no longer on contract.

Warranty and support is only valid in the country of origin, or in the case of a device purchased in an EU country, only in an EU country.
Unless you will be visiting an Apple store in one of the EU countries before the warranty expires, you are pretty much out of luck.

The questions I have is that what if I don't have the SAT results and or never took the SAT? It says it's required in the application. On the application it also asks for a rank. In my school, they don't give ranks. What should I put on the two (SAT & Rank) fields?

If you have no class ranking and no SAT score, then I would think it will be very difficult for you to compete with students who are able to supply these numbers.

I need to de-authroize all of my computers on my iTunes account. But it says I can only do this once a year. And I can't find any other way to contact apple other than this community. I have no access to a phone because I am in Korea right now....any help??

I placed an order on October 26 and Apples telephone sales people kept making mistakes and the computers were cancelled or shipment that came here was refused, as I was told to do so by the sales people.
Now the item costs more. I should get the correct computer for the price it was at the time I started to order it. Or a possibility could be that I order the items under the new price but Apple should send me a Promo Savings code so it will be at the price it was when I originally did my order.

If you ordered the machine with 4gb of ram direct from Apple, then they did you a favour by messing up the order.
You will save much more money by ordering the machine with 2gb of ram and then purchasing ram elsewhere. For example - www.Crucial.com - compare the prices of the ram from them and then from Apple. The ram supplied by Crucial is made by Micron who also supply Apple with the same ram, so you could spend less and get exactly the same chips.

PS - the Crucial ram warranty is lifetime as opposed to Apple supplied ram which is only warranted as long as the computer is.

How to contact Apple Care since the recall?

Just my luck that I need Apple Care today of all days. You can't get through via telephone all you get is the message to call back. Need to see if I can get a new key board as the current is about half blank. Can't even get through on the support page trying to check my Apple Care status. With the battery recall every Apple website or telephone is jammed. Is there any way to contact Apple Care other than the telephone? Or do we just have to wait until next week when things calm down?
At this point I can't even find out when my Apple Care expires and I know it's getting close to the end of the 3 years.

The Mac Genius there can get a replacement keyboard for you. In addition, you can put your serial number in the field under "About Your Support Coverage" on the main Apple.com/Support Web page. This will tell you how much longer you have on your AppleCare Protection Plan. It seems to be working right now for me.

I looked around a little bit, but couldn't find a place to report Garage Band bugs or contact Apple support for Garage Band iPad. I wanted to notify Apple of the problem that bluetooth audio output in Garage Band does not work. (Yes I am aware of the latency, however, this would still appear to be a bug in Garage Band if a user has explicitly set audio output to bluetooth. Not all applications fo Garage Band require zero latency.)
