Account Manager Not Reflecting Skype Minutes used

My account used to reflect this.
I use my iPhone WITH WiFi on to make my calls through Skype.  I have a Skype phone number.
For some reason, the "usage" minutes are all reflecting "0" yet in my history, it shows calls being made.
Anyone know why this happens?

I'm having the same issue. I'm on the unlimited US and Canada plan, but my minutes usage shows at 0. I have two friends who are on the same plan and their usage is accurate. It would be really helpful to see an accurate count on how much time we spend on the phone.

  • 802.1x accounting does not reflect correct port status

    Hi,
    I've just discovered an issue when trying to use MSFT supplicant and Cisco 802.1x accounting. This makes 802.1x accounting completely unusable.
    Facts:
    1. MSFT supplicant does not send EAPOL-Logoff messages and there's no way to enable this (btw. Aegis client does not send it either, except when disabling interface).
    2. I am doing machine authentication along with domain authentication.
    3. Windows XP SP2 is used with EAP registry hacks applied.
    4. PEAP/MS-CHAPv2 method is used.
    Now when the computer is started it is logged into 802.1x with 'host/machine' account and RADIUS accounting start is sent by the switch. That's fine.
    When a user logs on with its 'domain\user' identity, then EAPOL-Start is sent from the host triggering new EAP message exchange and the user is authenticated correctly. However the switch sends Interim Accounting still using 'host/machine' credentials which is obviously wrong.
    Even more bizarre accounting happens when the user subsequently logs off from the machine. The EAPOL-Start is sent from the host triggering new authentication process for 'host/machine' identity and the host is authenticated ok. The accounting being sent is:
    - first Accounting Stop for 'host/machine' User-Name
    - then strange Interim Accounting with most attributes empty or missing

  • Online Authorization code for adding account manager not sending?

    I'm trying to add an account manager and when I get to the part where it asks to input an authorization code, no numbers on my plan have received any such code.

        Sorry you're having trouble adding an Account Manager, flannerybj! I've done it myself by adding my wife a year ago. I recall it being easy to handle. I want that to be your experience as well. The authorization code would be sent to the mobile number with the Account Owner's profile. Is that yours? If you're not sure, you can check when you log in. Next to your greeting name (assuming you've selected one, it will tell you which profile you have).
    If you've confirmed that you have the Account Owner profile but still haven't gotten the message, please confirm that the number you're using is capable of messages (not a Hotspot/Jetback or a Home Phone Connect line).

    If you are getting XXXX in place of Bank number then the issue is at (Setup > Payment >Payment Adminstrator).
    Log into Payments Setup > Shared Setup > System Security Options. Now you will find "External Bank Account Masking Setting" & Number of Digits to Disp . Now provide the numer of digits to display.

  • J1IIN reversal accounting document not reflected in SD document flow

    Dear Experts,
    I have created a billing document and then posted excise through J1IIN. When I reverse the Billing through VF11 there are two accounting documents generated(one for billing and other for Excise reversal). But the Excise reversal accounting entry doesnot update the table J_1IEXCHDR for which again i have to post a reversal for Excise through J1IH. So in order to remove the extra accounting entry for Excise reversal during VF11 we have applied Note No:-  551932 due to which the extra accounting document for reversal of Excise is not getting generated but the reversal of Excise made through J1IH doesnot get reflected in the SD document flow.
    Please let us know how to get this entry in SD document flow.

    Cancelling J1IIN excise invoice will by default take me in the transaction J1IH what i wanted to know is that can the J1IIN cancellation of excise invoice be shown in the SD document flow. If yes then please let us know the note number to be applied to it.

  • Accounting document not posting in production using FIPP

    hi all,
    I had copied a workflow to post the accounting document. i am using release and post methods in that. it is working fine in development. initially when the document is parked, in the header of the document in  workflow control i found that release necessary check box is checked which is same in the production. in the development whenever i am releasing the document the document is getting posted, but in production i am getting the status as released only(relesed check box is checked). and complete check box is not checked( though the document is complete) and document is not getting posted. i noticed in the workflow log that the post block is executed succesfully. the binding are similar to that in the development.
    can any one help me out where the problem is.

    Test the Post method of BOR FIPP separately using SWO1 transaction for the same Accounting Document. And check if it  posting. If it is not then debug the method and try to figure out why it is not posting.

  • Accounting entity not reflecting in display area during ERPI setup

    Hi All,
    I am trying to setup ERPi to load data from Oracle.
    When i am intializing the source i am getting ( The process has been submitted to initialize the source system. Process ID: 8 Extract ID: 89501)
    but when i am trying to configure Accounting entities i am able to select Source system type and source system, i am not getting list of Accounting entities in display area.
    Architecture:
    i am trying to pull data from Oracle GL(11.2.1 E business suite release 12) to hyperion planning version 11.1.2.1. using ERPI. I am using ODI 11.1.1.6.1 and i have applied patch 502 along with it.
    ODI is working fine i am able to run and test agents as well as able to test the connection with database
    please help.

    Did the source system initalize successfully? You need to look at the process details and ODI Operator to see if the scenario completed successfully.

  • Interaction history under Account Management not showing all quotes

    We just noticed that when you look at a customer's account in the PCUI and look at the interaction history tab, not all quotes for this specific account show up.
    Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what is the issue??

    I also noticed that this occurs in the CRM GUI as well. If you search for all business transactions for a specific soldto and the amount is greater than 100, it only returns the first 100. I assume this is what the PCUI does by default.
    Is there a way to return all the transactions?

  • Changes to published Locked Reference processor not reflected in process using that processor

    I performed the following steps:
    1) Created a Process A and made a processor P from a set of 3 standard EDQ processors in it
    2) Published the processor P as a 'Locked Reference Processor' P1 (at Project Level)
    3) Created a Process B that uses P1
    4) Changed P to use a different logic check and re-ran it in process A (gave the results I expected)
    5) Re-ran process B however that gave the original results from (3)
    6) Re-published processor P as P2
    7) Created a Process C that uses P2 that gave the new results from (4)
    I was expecting at step (5) to get the results from the revised processor logic but perhaps I've misunderstood how this works so would appreciate your advice.
    Also is it possible to 'unmake' the processor so that the group of processors (that one made a processor from) appears back on the process page.

    If you had re-published (step 6),  writing over the existing published processor, and then re-ran process B (step 5), you would have got the updated logic. Otherwise you have not actually updated the processor, only the 'master process' the you initially published it from.

  • Portal text personalization not reflecting for all uses

    I have personalized a text in the iView.
    I have Administrator access on the Portal.
    The personalization of the text reflects for users with administrative privilages.
    But for normal users the personalization does not show up (this is the goal)
    Please guide how can i make the iview personalization visible to all users

    It asks me to go to the page through the role and click on edit on the bottom
    The problem i am facing is, I am not able to click on Page and edit. I am only able to click on the iView and edit
    Now, the custom messages are not displayed for the administrators as well, it just displays the change on the preview screen
    Is there something wrong with the link between the Role and the Page?
    Is this a problem with the permissions for Role, Page, iView?
    Please guide what to check.
    The role is ESS, Page is Travel Expenses and iView is Create Expense report. These were copied from standard (Content provided by SAP) into a new folder.

    I followed the link, tried to reset my password by requesting forgot my password providing my email address the one is linked to that account, and said a link been emailed to my inbox. checked my inbox there was nothing in there, waited for hours, nothing in there, the next day I found an email with a link to reset your password, I clicked it, it says "sorry the link has expired" it seems to be a timed link. I don't know why it took too long to receive the email, I thought it should be instantaneously. but it didn't happen that way. so I didn't try another attempt till I ask for why it happened?

    You need to add a credit card. Payments from bank accounts are not a few minutes as paypal use electronic and not wire transfers and that takes days. As said some companies prefer immediate payment so paypal has to send that via a credit card funded payment.     **************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

  • Changes Not reflecting in NWBC client

    We have done some changes to add an Application in ESS Launchpad  which is working fine when launched from NWBC for HTML

    When same link is accessed from NWBC Client changes are not reflected. we are using NWBC 4.0 PL9 and we have cleared all the cahce in Extended support .

    I am working with Ashish on the same issue. The link Ashish is referring here is the Open enrollment link  under benefits.
    The link appears automatically if we maintain adjustment reason in 0378.
    It is appearing in NWBC for HTML but not for desktop client when we login with the same userid.
    We are experincing this almost all are test users in the development and quality systems.

    To check the cache thing , I just made a quick test. My test user for which Open enrollment link was not appearing was earlier mapped to some user say XYZ at 105/001.
    I got a new userid created say ABC and mapped at 105/001 for the same test pernr and I am able to see the Open Enrollment link now.
    I am quite sure now that it has to do with some Cache refresh at user level.
    Any inputs are highly appreciated.

  • Delete skype accounts that are no longer in use.

    We use skype at our company for communicating with clients. Over the years some of our employees have left but their skype accounts are still searchable. We have had cases where customers are not aware that the employee has left and leave messages on their skype accounts which never get answered. I would like to know how to delete/remove these accounts from the directory so they are no longer searchable.
    I have tried the link on the support page but it gives me an error saying that the chat is not available and the only other option is to post here in the forums.
    Please help, I have been trying for a month now to get rid of these old accounts.

    You are correct; you will need to contact Skype Customer Service in order to remove/disable these old accounts.  You did not mention if you use a Skype Manager configuration; if you do, here is a link to the instruction on how to disable un-used accounts:  https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA559/how-do-i-remove-members-from-my-skype-manager?
    The next time you try to reach Skype Customer Service, try using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented even if they don't exactly match what you need to do.  Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    I made an account for a friend and bought a voucher for him. After his first call, the account got locked. Here is the discussion I had on Skype`s live chat. It`s quite hilarious how a multi billion company like Skype hires cheap support from the Phillipines. Why would they do that unless they don`t want people using their service.... Please read on as it is quite hilarious. Oh, can someone ( a NATIVE English speaker prefferably) tell me what in God`s name is the "speciality group" and what is his role?
