Account merge not happening

SO my initial purchse for your reward program got applied to another rewards account. I have called for times over the last 4 weeks with the same empty promise given ,, give a couple days , specialists are working on it.
Still ZERO has happened.
Is there anyone in your organization that can correct this screw up ??? Case ID: {removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and thank you for posting!
I can imagine feeling frustrated if you have perhaps been waiting 4 weeks for your two My Best Buy™ accounts to be merged.  If the primary information shared between your two accounts matches exactly, then we should have no problem merging them together.
I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your accounts, and from what I can see, your two accounts have officially been merged.  It may take up to 48 hours for the merge to fully process and 7 to 10 days for any points/certificates that were in the cancelled account to transfer over to the primary account.
If after 10 days it does not appear that the points for the recent purchase you made have transferred over, please feel free to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button within my signature that reads "Private Message."

    When I am trying to do MIRO the document is getting saved but when I am trying to view that document system says document does not exist.
    The MIRO document gets saved and a no. to gets generated but when viewing the document system says document does not exist. Also the Accouting Dcoument is not getting generated.

    1.) Running the report ZREPMIR7 with 'blank' P_UPDATE field:
        This is only a test run!! It shows only a list and does no updates.
        The documents without FI document have an 'X' in the column 'No FI'.
        So you can use this test run to find the MM documents which do not
        have an FI document created.
    2.) Running the report with P_UPDATE field as 'X':
        Now the update will be done. This means that
          - the posted MM document will be changed to a hold document
          - the entry in the PO history will be deleted (because a hold
            document has no entry in the PO history).
        Because the MM document has now the status 'Hold' you can still
        display it in MIR4. To delete this document please call MIR4, go to
        the change mode, and delete it.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

    When i create a original invoice using billing doc type(F2) account determination happens and system automatically creates accounting document as well. If i cancle the orignal invoice using billing doc type(S1) account determination is not happening instead i will get a error message saying that the accounting document has not yet been created.

    For object RF_BELEG 0920, number range interval does not exist
    Message no. NR 751
    Diagnosis
    The database table NRIV has the delivery class 'C', i.e. the SAP default settings are only in client 000.
    Procedure
    Create the missing number range interval in customizing.

    You have to look at the email protocol being used.  the Apple email system uses IMAP, does Tinyworld use IMAP or POP?
    Does the email system permit delivery receipts to be requested?
    Just some of the things one needs to determine from the information provided by the email service provider.

  • Customer Merge Error: Account is not deleted

    Hello Everyone,
    I have faced an issue in the customer merge in AR. Merge completed but the old customer account is not deleted. However, it is inactivated. The error message is the following:
    "During account merge an old customer ID is found in QA_RESULTS table. The table is used to store archival info of test data. The customer name can be used for auditing purpose and cannot be deleted"
    Can anyone help me on this? We want to delete the old customer.

    Why do you need to delete old customers?
    I might be wrong/outdated but I believe you have encountered a normal functionality. In account/party merge, an account/party that was merged will be inactivated but not deleted for recording purposes. However, the merged account/party won't be visible in Apps - but can be selected thru SQL queries.
    With the above, you can forcefully delete records using your own SQL statements(not recommended).

    I have just now tried the Reinstall via iTunes, about 20 into the download, the iTunes logo on the phone disappeared, and the Apple Logo appeared again,,, I waited until the iTunes stated that the download had finished, and the install was in progress,,,
    Nothing happened, still the Apple Logo was visual on the screen, iTunes never recognised the phone which it was on my iTunes account previously,,,
    Still just a bunch of lines, maybe 5 or 6 so small writing,, I personally can not read what it is telling me, someone said it reads, incorrect shutdown,,,????????

    You don't need to start a new thread - you just use the 'Reply' button at bottom right of the answering post. Anyway as you're here...
    You should start by going to System Preferences (or is it called Settings in ML?)>iCloud and clicking the Sign Out button. Then sign back in again. Your iCloud data will disappear from your Mac when you do this (but not from the server) - it will reappear when you sign back in. Alternatively if the message identifies an account which is signed in at System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars you should log out and in there.

    when sending email through yahoo account , i cant upload any attachment with email, a sign of uploading lasts forever without uploading the file.
    this issue do not happen with hotmail account or when using IE to browse Yahoo account.

    Install ClamXav and run a scan with that. It should pick up any trojans.

    Merging was not happened for few invoices because of maximum no of
    items for an FI document (999) has been exceeded (Error message : F5727).
    Excise Invoices were generated for all the documents but not accounting
    entries. We have despatched the goods and it is not possible to cancel
    the Excise invoice & Invoice due to some legality concern.
    We currently have 2 entries in OBCY for summarization for VBRK as BSEG-
    MATNR and BSEG-PAOBJNR.
    We have gone live on 17th aug 2007 from 4.7 to ECC6. We didnt face any problem in the old version.
    Pls advise.

    We found solutions to most of our merge issues in OSS. If you don't get more help here, try there.

            cenvat Basic = 100 debit
            cenvat edu cess = 2 debit
           Cenvat Higher Ecess =1 debit.
       Cenvat clearing account = 103 credit
    when i go the miro
    after simulating in miro i found
    cenvat clearing account = 2 debit
    but it should be 103 debit
    why this is coming please help me...

    Generally it happens if CENVAT Clearing Account in not assigned in OB40 to the Tax Account Keys. But, as per you it has been maintained. So the following if you are using Tax Procedure TAXINN;

  • I can no longer open my Comcast email when I launch from Firefox - it takes me to the email preview page but will not allow me to open the inbox . Does not happen with Internet Explorer.

    This started last month - when I go to my comcast account, I'm able to log on and view my account but can not open my email inbox. When I enter my user name and password, I'm taken to the "Email Preview" page so that I can see a partial view of the inbox but when I click on "View Entire Inbox" it jumps to a page showing that it's loading but goes right back to the preview page - I can't open any of the emails. This does not happen when I use Internet Explorer or Firefox on my older laptop.
