Account not valid
I'm having problem with my accounts. I have lived over sees so I have 2 accounts. 1 Australia and 1 UK. The old UK one was always used for itunes purchases. When I got a macbook in Australia I took out .mac and ever since I have always used this one account to register hardware purchases so I know which one they are on. When I registered my new mini I used this account. I've since changed app store and everything to UK account. I've sync with itunes and made sure I'm signed into UK itunes store so device remembers this last store. I can successfully download from the uk music store but I am UNABLE to download apps on my ipad. It tells me that this account is invalid in UK store and I must switch to Australian store. I am most certainly logged in everywhere by UK account and made the music purchase with UK Account. Any thoughts.

This worked, thank you! Even though the Country was listed as correct it still needed a log out/log in...go figure.

Change to the correct store this way.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store.
Or swipe down to he bottom of the App Store in the featured tab and tap on your Apple ID. Sign out of your ID and then sign in again and see if that changes the store for you. -
Account not valid for cost center

In MR11, I am getting error:
Account 1223000 not valid with cost center or I/O only WBS is allowed.
any ideas?Remove the cost center and populate WBS element. Looks like that account does not need cost center cost object but needs WBS only.

While trying to Download apps from Store it shows that My account is not valid for the use in Nepalese store... well, I'm from Nepal but currently I'm in India for my study. So, while I guess I had choosen india while Filling Details.. But now I want Nepalese apps.... What to do?? hel p!!
You can change the store this way.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store
You can also try signing out of your ID at the bottom of the App Store - in the featured tab - and then sign in again and see if that corrects your situation. -

Hi there, When I try to download apps it says your account is not valid for use in the uk store, you must switch to the U.S store before purchasing, however whenever I go onto the Itunes/App link on settings it says my account is in the US already? even though ive tried to change it multiple times?????

Account not valid in my home country!
Hi, I'm getting the message "Your account is not valid in the Ireland store, you must switch to the US Store".
But I am in Ireland, and cannot switvh to the US store as I can't then provide US payment information.
My account was created in Ireland and the phone never used in the US. How can I get around this please?

I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
On my 2012 iPad Touch I notice the App Store has a number of updates waiting. I open app, click on Update All and get conflicting error messages:
Your account is not valid for US Store.
Immediately followed by
Your account is not valid for Japan Store.
I go to the iMac and only log into the Japan Store & try again. Same result on the iPod App Store app. I go back to the iMac & switch store to the US store, go back to the iPad App Store, click Update All, same outcome.
What do I do now?You can only use the country' store in which you are located and your account, including payment method must be associated with that country.
Also, not all apps, and thus app updates, are available in all countries

Cannot call certain numbers - says "account not validated" Why??
When I call some numbers - local, often-used numbers, sometimes it will say 'this account cannot be validated. If you are a Sprint customers, call... If you have another provider, contact them... This also happens with house phone.

Whenever I updated or downloaded a new app from the App Store, a message appears saying:
"Account Not In This Store
Your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store. You must switch to the Swedish. store before purchasing."
I made some research online and asked a few of my friends with the same problem. All they did was sign out of iTunes from settings>iTunes & App Stores or from the App Store itself and signed back in. It worked for many of them but not with my iPhone 4s. It really does get on my nerves to always sign out and back in to the App Store as it sometimes works and allows me to update and download or most of the time it doesnt.
When viewing my Apple ID account on my iPhone (after entering the password) it either views my account or says:
"This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the U.S. iTunes Store. You will be switched to that Store. Try your purchase again."
So I press on OK then either switches me to the App Store app of its choice, or says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store".
I tried restoring iOS6 hoping it was a bad installation, but i still have the same problem.
Can anyone help me please?
ArianAre you sure your AppleID is NOT tied to the US store? If you are trying to buy an app from the Swedish store you will be unable to do that. Some apps are only available on certain stores. That is why you get the "Cannot connect to the iTunes store" message when trying to buy that app. Your updates are being done from the US store ; thats why you can update sometimes and sometimes not.
If you keep encountering problems contact iTunes support. They will help you sort it out.
