Account of app store disconnected

My account of app store has been disconnected without any explanation. How can I fix this problem

I have fixed it...The solution was to reboot the iPhone.  Shut it down, turned it back on, and then the problem apps went away.  I had to resynch them from iTunes.

    You need to  change your account to the  Belgian store. Sign into your account in the iTunes app and view your account details using the account link in the Quick Links on the right side of the Featured pane. There is a section in the  account details for Region/Country. In order to change to the Belgium store you must provide a verifiable bank card from a Belgium bank with a verifiable billing address in Belgium.

  • HT2534 about making account on app store via Iphone

    When i want to create a account in App store on my Iphone 3g S ( 4.1 version )  i get to the part about payment . I cannot select the option " none" because there isn't such a option available only Visa,Mastercard and Amex. Can somone please help me since i don't own a credit card ? By the way,my app store language is croatian so is that maybe the reason ?

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account are to get the questions reset.

  • Cannot access iTunes account or App store

    I cannot log into my iTunes account or my App store, I keep getting the following error message:
    "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again"
    I have tried all the possible solutions I have been able to find so far but they all involve checking updates etc which I cannot do because I can't access anything.
    I have also tried the Keychain thing and that there was nothing there that needed to be amended either - does anyone have any ideas on how to help me please?

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    Step 1
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
    Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
    While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
    Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
    After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
    *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
    Step 2
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

    I would like to remove an account on my macpro. When I set up my mac I used my apple ID. I then gave the mac to my son and he is using his apple id. Whenever he needs to update a mac app like iphoto it asks for my apple id. I would like to remove my id  for help so he does not always need to come to me.

I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
    The issue is that if these iLife apps came bundled on the Mac and your Mac did not come with install DVDs, then these apps have been accepted into your Mac App Store account. The only way to change this is to call Apple Care and as per Hacks previous posts, request to be transferred to the Account Support Team and request that they release the Mac and bundled apps from your account's Apple ID.

    Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap on the previous user's ID and sign out. Then tap sign in and enter the information for your ID and password.

  • Logged in with unknown account apple app store?

    I got the alert on my mac that there were updates for my mac in the app store, so I opened the app store and there I got the notice "There are updates for other accounts, Log in with <email> to perform the updates from this account" (translated from Dutch), but the e-mail address in this alert is not my e-mail address nor is it the e-mail address from anybody I know!
    I know for a fact that nobody has been on my computer, not by my knowledge at least (and I live alone). How is this possible? Is it possible that this is an error coming from Apple? I'm kind of affraid for the security of my Apple Account and my MacBook.

  • Unknown account at App Store

    I am using account named X.
    When I enter the App Store to run update for my program, it pop up another account named: [email protected], which would not be X, and that account is definitely not my account. I have reset the Iphone and the Apple ID Login at settings of App store but it still didnt work.

    In iTunes check who purchased each app. You do this by selecting the app and choosing Get Info from the File menu. Who purchased the app will be in the Summary tab. If any apps are purchased using another account then whenever you try to update that app it will want to use that account to download the new version. You will then need to delete this app and purchase it again using your own account.

  • Two Different Accounts at App Store

    Hello, my old Mac Pro desktop died, (no picture either video card or monitor)  and I got a new iMac.Unfortunately my old Mac Pro (early 2007) was too old to upgrade to Mountain Lion and even though I had a time machine backup, backing up to my new coomputer with Mountain Lion was out of the question.
    I have an iCloud account and while signing in on my new computer I used my me.com address. I have been with Apple for years and have a mac.com account too. When I logged into the App store I was not able to see my prior purchases. On a hunch I logged into the App store with my mac.com account and then I was able to see my prior purchases and installl them on my new computer. I assume I am destined to now use both accounts at the App store.
    Any ideas? I wish Apple would have merged my mac.com accont into my me.com account as they upgraded through the years.

    Sorry about the late reply, I have been setting up my new iMac. Thank you for the helpfull information.
    When I had my old Mac Pro, I just entered my name and password to log into the App store. No @ anything after the name.
    When I received the new iMac and activated my iCloud account I used my name with @mac.com I have not purchased anything on this new compter from the App store. When I log ibto the App store on this new computer with my name with @mac.com and look at my purchsed apps, all I see is iPhoto and Garage band and iMovie that must have come installed on this new computer.
    When I sign out and log back in with my name only and password I see my older purchases from the App store. Also the password is the same for both accounts. I vaguely remember dealing with Apple via chat about not being able to log in with my password and they reset it. This may have had something to do with this. At least I know what I have to do from now on, check the App store via both login's.

    It's never a good idea to use the same password in multiple areas and (were it possible) with Apple IDs that would be very bad practice.
    Umm, I agree. Wouldn't have asked if I didn't have a good reason.
    If Apple is forcing me to maintain 4 accounts (only one of which I actually use), at least I'd like to avoid juggling 4 passwords and 4 email addresses.
    Why on earth do you need so many IDs?   
    Ummm, I don't. Over the last 10 years, my wife and I managed to accumulate 4 IDs. I can no longer tell you why or how. For  years I've used only one, and was surprised to discover the other 3 yesterday when I ran into trouble verifying an email address in order to install FaceTime on a Snow Leopard Mac I still have.
    I guess you didn't read this thread from the top. My first question was how to get rid of the ones I don't need. Surprisingly, the answer was "no way to do it".
    I also asked "can I consolidate them into one?" Answer: " no way to do it".
    Apparently the rationale is because the ID is buried in every music file I download from iTunes -- must be a DRM thing. Over the last ten years, I've downloaded exactly zero such files. Doesn't matter, still no way to do it.
    I suggest you read the links above dilligently; most of yopur problems would then be resolved.
    Been there, done that. Doesn't answer any of my questions. If it had, I'd never have started this thread yesterday. 
    FWIW, I have a very basic approach to my Mac ... keep it simple.
    Very good advice -- I've followed it quite diligently since I got my first Mac in 1984, and with the dozen or so I've owned since then. This is not a Mac issue but an Apple ID policy issue. Not the same thing.
    Don't think I can be of more help than this, though others may wish to contribute.
    I hope they do. Sorry to seem snarky, but the discussion is becoming circular.

    It is part of the account security, there is no way to disable or to bypass the system, even for free apps. Apple always wants to know that it is you using the account. If you don'r want to have a credit card in the account information choose the None payment method and remove the card.
