Account problems - PLEASE RESPOND

I posted these issues 12 days ago and have had no reply, please respond:
1. I have changed jobs and created a new account using [email protected] Could you please remove my old account jdjwright / [email protected] Note I no longer have access to my old email address but can provide further account details if required.
2. When I created my new account my company address state/province was not listed. My postal city is London and I would have expected to see Greater London in the state/province drop-down list but it is not available. I eventually selected Berkshire instead which is not correct. Can you please remove Berkshire from my address and/or add Greater London to the state/province drop-down list?

The only way to do this would be to create a new Spotify account using your e-mail address. If you contact the accounts team through the online contact form they can definitely set you up with a new account and transfer over all your music content. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will hear from a representative within 24-48 hours.

    It isn't necessary to delete the "peppermint" account.
    Just delete the browser's Apple Cookies, clear the browser Cache and try again.

  • ITunes Gift Card + Account Problems Please Help Save My Money!!!

    I have a Taiwanese itunes account and i bought a gift card in australia (I live in Australia) and i know that i need to get an australian itunes account to buy items on itunes. so i went to create a new account in the australian section and i filled in all the boxes and also it asks for a gift card code if i had one and because i was too desperate so i typed in the code and clicked continue (this was in the payment method section). and then it came up with the page saying that your gift card is redeemed and you can now shop and i clicked ok and it returned to the main page (australian one) and i tried to login into my new account but it wouldn't let me and so i tried to type in my gift card code in the redeem section and it says that this gift card has already been redeemed by another account. I don't know how the **** am I gonna get my points back.  Pleas Help Me !!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm don't think that gift cards are currently available in India (and as they are country-specific you won't be able to use cards from another country).

  • Isight problems-please respond!!!

    I just got my computer back from the apple store when they fixed the screen. Now my computer is not detecting my built in isight. Does anyone know if i can do anything easy from home or do i need to send it back?

    Take it back immediately, and politely ask them to finish the job. BTW, ask them to show you that iSight is working properly before you take your Mac home again.

    If you did not set up find my iPhone on the iPod, you can't find it.

    Hi All,Iam designing a P&L Cube & a Balance sheet Cube.I have a specific problem---Please read below1. In JDE, Account number is the combination of the BU , Object Account & Sub Account.Seems the unique number of accounts (with Account Numbers) are 1.5 million.Upto (Level 6 in JDE) , Accounts are standard across the Companies or business unitsOne company has several business units.Building hierarchy till level 6(level 6 means level 6 in JDE) may not be a problem in Essbase.The real challenge is after level 6,level 7 level 8 level 9 accounts are there & these are not standard for all business units. They differ for each business unit.For example,Bank Account ( suppose at level 6) for a BU 41100000 , BU 41000000 , BU 40000000Bankone (level 7          ) for the 4110000053 bank (level 7          ) for the 41100000Firstunion ( level 7)          for 41000000FleetBank (level 7)          for 41000000FleetBank (level 7) for 40000000So in this case how to achieve uniqueness vis-a-vis Essbase.Answer is : Account number which is the combination of the BU , object account & Sub accountBut what worries me is if we have 20,000 (suppose) Business units & we have level 7 accounts on an average 10 per BU, then which means we have to build 20,000 * 10 which is equivalent to 200,000.... if we think of level 8 , same logic continues....so when we build hierarchy.... for 1.5 million unique records we might end up having atleast 500,000 stored members, I think.My solution to this was not to go to level of detail after 6th level in JDE.What is your opinion?Did anyone come across such a situation. The Business people want to see the level of detail till level 9 of JDE & report also on that...What is the solution for this kind of problem??Notes : Levels in JDE are equivalent to generations in Essbase

    I hope I'm understanding you correctlyWhy don't you have Account and BU in seperate dimensions? You can train users to look for their account and BU in seperate dimensions orOnly create accounts that have values. In other words don't create every possible account BU combination in essbase. Make sure your load file for Essbase doesn't contain zero value and dimbuild from your data file.

  • IPod nano problems! PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!

    A couple days ago I had to re-format the computer due to a virus. I didn't save any of the songs that were on iTunes. That night I listened to some songs on my iPod. The next day I plugged it in my computer for it to charge. When it was done charging, I went to listen to some songs but there were NO SONGS ON IT!! I have no clue what happened... has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know how to fix it? Please respond ASAP!

    Copying songs from your iPod to your computer
    "The iTunes library on your computer holds all the songs you've encoded from your CD collection or purchased from the iTunes Music Store. With default settings, iTunes automatically copies the songs in your library to your iPod. When you use your iPod as a hard disk, you can't see the songs iTunes copies to your iPod in the Finder or My Computer. This is normal. Using the Finder or My Computer, you can't copy these song files from your iPod back to iTunes or to any other computer. The synchronization between your iPod and your computer is always one way: from iTunes to iPod.
    If you've erased the music library on your computer, there's no way to use the Finder or My Computer to copy the songs from your iPod to reconstitute the library on your computer. One solution is to encode the songs from your CD collection again, then sync your new library with iPod. If you purchased songs from the iTunes Music Store and didn't back them up, there's no way to download them again. You'll have to buy new copies of the songs."

    So even if there were any tracks on your iPod, Apple has set it so you shouldn't be able to get them back.
    You need to reload iTunes with music, and then get into the habit of backing them up as well. Once you've done that you can start loading onto the nano.

    I had Windows 8 installed on my corporate laptop till last week and as the OS crashed, I have re-installed the system with 8.1 and it has Office 2013 installed with my corporate ID. It is signed in Corporate credentials by default. But when I am trying to
    use Switch Account option and trying to login with my Microsoft ID to sync my notebooks, it throws an error : "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later".
    Note that My Microsoft is active and i am able to access the pages online.
    Pls help with me with a resolution

    From the description I understand that you're having problems signing into OneNote 2013 with your Microsoft account and that it's giving you an error: "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later". You mentioned you are able to
    access the pages online.
    Could you please try the following:
    Check if you are able to login to other office apps with your Microsoft account.
    Check if you are able to login to the OneDrive app using your Microsoft account.
    Try emptying all saved passwords from the credential manager:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows7/remove-stored-passwords-certificates-and-other-credentials
    Although this link applies to Windows 7, the process is the same in Windows 8.
